(9) Udacha
2Donagh O'ConnorThomas GibneyLast of 12 in a maiden claimer at Navan; struggled off a low mark in a Down Royal nursery; cheekpieces replace blinkers worn last time; unlikely to feature.

2Sean DavisW P Browne50-1 when last of 16 in Naas maiden in which Kurrawa and Moonhall Church ran creditably.
(3) Maarisha
2Yudish GeerdharryW P BrowneFaded from a furlong down on debut in a Navan maiden in which Kurrawa finished third; up against it.
(14) Altoir Na Greine
2Danny SheehyNoel MeadeIn rear in Down Royal nursery in which Kitty Bear was third; officially rated 15lb inferior to stablemate Admiral Halsey
(7) James The Second
2Wesley JoyceMichael MulvanyRelatively experienced gelding now having his ninth start; has been running in nurseries and has failed to build on his third placing over 7f on soft at Galway.
(16) Legendsoftheland
2Rory MulliganJohn Andrew KinsellaRan in good company in maidens; made little impact in a Sligo nursery; the race conditions give him a better chance than is evident from unpromising form figures.
(6) Due Respect
2Hugh HorganMichael ButlerSlow starter first time out at Navan; well held by Kurrawa and Moonhall Church.
(1) Grazi Mille
2Dylan Browne McMonagleCian Hughes32,000 euros yearling; fifth foal; dam unplaced, closely related to 1m2f winner Mulk, half-sister to prolific winner Duke Of Firenze, out of Fillies' Mile/Coronation Stakes winner Nannina; top rider booked for debut.
(11) Sassy Sox
2Robert WheartyGavin CromwellShowed promise on Dundalk debut, staying on over 6f and ending up one place behind stablemate Muine Mor; struggled in a stronger maiden at Naas ten days later.
2nd (12) Allenwood
2Leigh RocheJack W DavisonWeak maiden form; encouraging nursery run over an extended 5f at Sligo; met trouble in running over 7f at Down Royal; others better suited by the race conditions,
(13) Admiral Halsey
2Mikey SheehyNoel MeadeMaiden form appears weak though an initial mark of 63 gives him a theoretical chance in this grade; official rating is based on the fact he was not beaten far when 12th of 18 at Leopardstown on his second start.
1st (4) Moonhall Church
2Colin KeaneAlan McIntyreHas run to a similar level of form in three outings; under 2l behind third-placed Kurrawa when fifth at Navan; Colin Keane booked, should go close.
(8) Kitty Bear
2Cian HorganAndrew SlatterySome signs of potential in maidens; close up in third over this trip at Down Royal in her first nursery; place chance.
3rd (10) Muine Mor
2W J LeeGavin CromwellRan green but kept on well at the end of a 6f Dundalk maiden last month; can improve and seems likely to uphold form with fifth-placed stablemate Sassy Sox who has since finished in rear at Naas.
(2) Kurrawa
2Shane FoleyMrs John HarringtonTwo nondescript runs over 7f before a much-improved display over 6f at Navan; apprentice rider reported that she never travelled in the early stages, so all the more encouraging that she stayed on from the rear of the 16-runner field to finish third; can cope with the extra furlong now that she has got the hang of things; leading chance.

Based on an improved display on her third start KURRAWA looks good enough to win a race of this nature. She holds a slight edge over Moonhall Church on Navan running. Kitty Bear and the once-raced Muine Mor look the pick of the remainder. [Alan Sweetman]

3Robert WheartyE SheehyPortage filly; seventh foal; half-sister to winners Hackney Road (5f/6f inc AW/Spain/France; RPR 93) and Palerma (1m/1m2f; 86); dam placed 7f AW (59), out of maiden half-sister to Derby/Arc winner Lammtarra; one of two runners for stable; best watched on debut unless there is market support.
4th (6) Overdue Revival
3James RyanPatrick MartinMade a pleasing debut at the Curragh over 6f, finishing eighth of 17, 9.25l behind the winner at odds of 125-1; lots of speed in her pedigree so not sure the step up to 7f will suit her; others are preferred on this occasion.
(2) Carried With Love
3Mikey SheehyJoseph Patrick O'BrienFirst of two runners for yard; drops in trip after finishing down the field in a pair of 1m2f maidens at Cork (25-1) and the Curragh (66-1); in good hands but is probably one for handicaps and will qualify for a mark after this.
(11) Tiffany Twisted
3Leigh RocheM D O'CallaghanWas 25-1 for her debut at Punchestown (7f, good to yielding) last year and she failed to beat a rival home; in good hands but returns from over a year off and can only be watched unless there is market support.
(13) Winged Victory
3Donagh O'ConnorE SheehyMagna Grecia filly; $105,000 yearling, £4,000 3yo; third foal; half-sister to winners Beechwood (1m3f/1m4f inc Listed; RPR 106) & Enchanted Love (Italian 7.5f-9.6f); dam placed 1m2f (81), out of sister to St Leger winner Milan; second runner for yard and probably best watched on debut.
(3) Dc Diva
3Shane FoleyKevin Thomas ColemanOffered something to work with when finishing sixth of 14, beaten 8l at 40-1 on her debut at Dundalk over 6f; steps up in trip now and her speedy pedigree suggests that this distance might stretch her, though her half-brother has won at this trip; probably best watched on this occasion.
1st (12) Una Matata
3W J LeeChris TimmonsBig prices for both starts so far on heavy ground at Leopardstown (7f) and Roscommon (7.5f); showed improvement second time up to finish fourth of 9 but was still beaten over 7l; tongue tie now goes on and this better ground could suit but others hold more pressing claims.
3rd (9) Storm Averted
3Wesley JoyceMichael MulvanyShowed promise on debut at Punchestown (1m1f, good) six days ago when coming from the back to finish seventh of 14 in a stronger race than this, beaten 4.75l behind Ard Na Mara at 80-1; this drop back in trip raises question marks but she could go well if this run doesn't come too soon.
(1) Aoife's Territory
3Danny SheehyPatrick T FoleyTerritories filly; ninth foal; half-sister to five winners inc Pursuing The Dream (French 5f 2yo Listed; RPR 100), Izlaz (French Listed-placed 1m/8.5f inc AW 2yo; 96); dam maiden half-sister to Listed winners at 6f/1m2f; hood and tongue-tie on for debut; nicely bred debutante worth a market check.
(8) Rodeeve
3Hugh HorganMichael J BrowneRated 65 after four maiden runs; best effort yet when she finished 0.5l ahead of Profit Surge and 1l behind Supreme Success after a 118 day absence at Gowran last time (7f, good); could improve plenty for that run and she is high on the shortlist.
(7) Profit Surge
3Wayne LordanJohn GeogheganWas well-beaten on debut at the Curragh but the step up to 7f and application of a hood (retained) brought about a much-improved performance at Gowran on her second start, beaten just 4l for the win (behind Rodeeve and Supreme Success); would have a place chance here if repeating that.
(10) Supreme Success
3Dylan Browne McMonagleJoseph Patrick O'BrienSecond runner for yard; didn't show much in first two runs but much more like it when a 2.5l second at Gowran (7f, good) last time when she had a couple of these behind; 68-rated filly looks the stable first string on jockey bookings and she makes the shortlist.
2nd (4) Declaree
3Colin KeaneJ P MurtaghSets the standard in this on form and is rated 78; she has placed in all six of her starts to date, including in a 1m handicap at Leopardstown on latest; she shaped like this trip might suit the last day and blinkers now replace the tongue-tie and visor; obvious claims with Keane up for the first time.

The obvious starting point here is the top-rated Declaree but she has proved difficult to win with so far and while the drop to 7f could suit, it is still an unknown. There wasn't much between Supreme Success, Profit Surge and RODEEVE at Gowran Park earlier this month and narrow preference is for Michael Browne's filly. She was returning from a break that day and she could improve plenty for the run. The locally trained Storm Averted shaped nicely on debut and she could go well at bigger odds. [Dave Stephens]

(10) Pass The Sugar
3Leigh RocheJ F O'SheaWell-beaten and big odds in all four maiden runs; not much encouragement on handicap debut at Cork earlier this month when 80-1; may need more time.
(11) Rhasidat
3Wesley JoycePatrick J McKennaWon a 7f handicap off 58 at Kempton when trained by Dr Richard Newland and Jamie Insole; best effort for this yard at Ayr in July when beaten 5.25l off 53 (saddle slipped); didn't stay a mile when beaten 12l in a Gowran fillies' claimer on latest; this trip will suit better but she needs more to win.
3rd (9) Mulgrave
6Siobhan RutledgeJohn C McConnellSecond of two runners for yard; 6-40 but all six of his wins have come on the AW; 0-21 on turf; won at Dundalk in February off 74 but has been well-beaten in all seven runs since; will be of more interest when returning to the AW.
(6) Platino Bianco
3Robert WheartyChris TimmonsEight-race maiden shaped well on her penultimate start when fourth at Navan (6f, good), beaten 4.75l off 65 in first time hood and tongue tie; well-beaten on second try at 7f on latest at Leopardstown, however, and others look more likely.
(8) Chestnutter
5James RyanJohn C McConnellOne of two runners for yard; won twice last summer at Leopardstown (7f, good) and Tipperary (7.5f, good); however, has lost her form this term and was beaten 9.25l in fourth in a Laytown claimer on latest; hard to fancy right now.
(1) Nikki Swango
3Wayne LordanMiss Natalia Lupini1-10 so far but 0-8 on turf; won a 6f Dundalk maiden a year ago; excellent effort in 6f Naas handicap off 79 on seasonal reappearance in May, beaten just 1.75l; disappointing in three runs since but is lurking on a dangerous mark if repeating that Naas effort upped to 7f for the first time.
1st (3) Loingseoir
8Danny SheehyM C GrassickTumbling down the weights this season; the vast majority of his best form is on much softer ground than he's likely to encounter here; is well-handicapped but is hard to fancy on recent showings and he needs rain.
4th (7) Mullacash Buzz
6W J LeeThomas Dowling6-32 overall (2-17 on turf) but last win on turf came in August 2022; won at Dundalk off 58 last November (7f); poor efforts at 7f-8f on last three starts but did run a big race on only previous C&D outing off 66; needs a revival but knows how to win and can't be totally written off.
(2) The Bear Trap
3Paddy HarnettJohn Geoghegan0-9 on turf but second on four occasions, including at this trip; beaten 1.25l into second off 73 over 7f at Cork on penultimate start and is 1lb lower now; below par when favourite at the Curragh over 6.5f on latest in June; can't be discounted if fully fit on return from 110 days off.
(5) Glamorously
3Shane FoleyMrs John Harrington2-19; won off 76 last October; has come down the weights this term and has been competitive on her last two starts at Leopardstown and Gowran Park (both 7f, good); can be slowly away but she is in decent form and she should be thereabouts if getting away on level terms.
2nd (4) Fivecromwellplace
3Colin KeaneP F McEneryWon off 58 at Dundalk in March; produced a couple of solid efforts on good ground since at the Curragh, finishing second over 6.5f off 66 and second over 6f off 65; again placed off 70 at Dundalk on Friday; blinkers worn for two Curragh runs return and Keane keeps the faith; big chance.

Not many of these come into this race in form. The Bear Trap could go well if fully tuned after a break and Glamorously is another with a chance. Nikki Swango is lurking on a dangerous mark if rediscovering her best form. However, FIVECROMWELLPLACE looks the most solid option. He has run well on four of his last five starts, he has won at this trip and quick ground will suit. [Dave Stephens]

(2) Four Blondes
3Shane FoleyRoss O'SullivanHolding her form well since winning a C&D maiden in July; runner-up to the progressive Monasterboice in a 1m conditions event at Killarney; beaten only a neck by today's rival Vivienda in a handicap at Gowran.
3rd (4) Vivienda
3Colin KeaneG M LyonsHas maintained progress since C&D win in May; twice placed in 1m handicaps before recording a neck success from Four Blondes back at this trip at Gowran; not much between the pair; blinkered for the first time now.
(3) Nelda
4W J LeeP TwomeyWent close in three maidens last year up to 7f in varying ground conditions and also ran respectably in a Group 3; unplaced over 1m on testing ground at the Curragh on seasonal debut; left Jessica Harrington; readily coped with a straightforward task on stable debut in a 1m Killarney maiden in July; superbly-bred filly is potentially well handicapped.

Recent handicap form gives Vivienda and Four Blondes a clear chance, but preference is for the well-related NELDA who got off the mark when slamming weak opposition on her stable debut. She could be tested by Nightcliff who obtained useful experience in good company last year and can be expected to show the benefit of her seasonal/yard debut at Tipperary. [Alan Sweetman]

2Dylan Browne McMonagleJoseph Patrick O'BrienBolted up in a 6f Curragh nursery off 90, a mark derived from a C&D maiden second behind the subsequent Richmond Stakes winner Black Forza; out of his depth in the Phoenix Stakes; Curragh Group 3 third behind the smart Ides Of March makes him a strong contender.
2nd (2) One Smack Mac
2Colin KeaneG M LyonsBrother to juvenile Group 3 winner Glounthaune; looked useful when landing the odds on debut in a 6f maiden at Naas in May; taking on experienced rivals without the benefit of a recent run; on the positive side, the stable houses excellent trial material.
3rd (8) Easy Mover
2Wayne LordanA P O'BrienVery green when making a winning debut over C&D in June; disappointed in the Group 2 Airlie Stud Stakes at the Curragh; third of trainer's four runners when fourth behind a stablemate of One Smack Mac in 7f Listed race at Leopardstown; outstayed then, drop in trip should help.

The experience gained at a higher level than this may help RUDI'S APPLE to get the better of the once-raced maiden winner One More Smack and Amy Murphy's dual Chantilly winner Itsatenfromlen. C&D winner Easy Mover may do better than when tried over 7f at Leopardstown. [Alan Sweetman]

2Dylan Browne McMonagleJoseph Patrick O'BrienRan a decent race in a 6f maiden over this C&D in June but was still beaten 6.25l; no show on handicap debut on last start at Galway (7f, soft) though the ground may not have suited; tongue-tie returns but he doesn't look obviously well-treated; others are preferred.
(4) Zambales
2Colin KeaneG M LyonsBeaten similar distances in first three maiden starts at 6f-7f then finished 11.25l behind the winner in a 5f Navan maiden on Saturday; wore blinkers on second start over this C&D (beaten 6.5l) and they return for his handicap debut; hard to fancy after that Navan run.

4th (6) Adrenaline Rush
2Shane FoleyMrs John HarringtonBest effort came in second maiden run at Navan (5f, good) when beaten 4.75l; last sighted finishing thirteenth of 21 in the Ballyhane Stakes, 5l behind Gazelle d'Or; better off at the weights with that rival on handicap debut but is probably best watched unless strong in the betting.
1st (5) Sweet Chariot
2Wayne LordanA P O'BrienRegally bred filly showed promise in her first two maidens at Cork (6f) and Naas (5f); sent off the 9-4 favourite for her handicap debut at the Curragh (7f, good) in first-time blinkers (retained) but finished fifth of 8, beaten 3.75l; down 1lb for that and drops back in trip; leading yard and dangerous to dismiss.
(1) King Thistle
2Patrick McGettiganJ P MurtaghPromise in all three maidens and off the mark at the second attempt in handicaps under this 10lb claimer at the Curragh (7f, good); up 7lb for that but should continue to be competitive off his revised rating; obvious chance if handling this drop back in trip.
2nd (2) South Shore Island
2James RyanM D O'CallaghanShowed ability in maidens and similar story when beaten just 2l off 74 on his handicap debut at the Curragh (6f, good); up 2lb for that but his jockey's claim negates that rise; if the first-time cheekpieces eke out a bit more he should go close for his in form yard.

Quite a few of these have claims. King Thistle won nicely over 7f at the Curragh last time and he should go well again off 7lb higher if handling the drop back to 6f. Handicap debutante Gazelle d'OR isn't discounted and Sweet Chariot could go well but narrow preference is for SOUTH SHORE ISLAND. His yard is hitting top form, he shaped well on his handicap debut and the first-time cheekpieces could eke out the required improvement for him to get his head in front. [Dave Stephens]

A speculative vote goes to JACKIE BROWN, a C&D winner for Tony Martin last year and now running off 7lb lower with a good 3lb claimer aboard. Spirit Of Eagles has an each-way chance on the form of her Laytown second. Coolcalmncollected and Clarinbridge are worth considering on form that involves Theriverrunsdeep who has gone up in the ratings. Blue Wood, runner-up over 1m at Gowran on Saturday, might not be as effective over this trip. [Alan Sweetman]
