There is a distinct advantage among front-line starters here, notably a freshly-configured KIRA DE CAHOT (8) who reassured in Paris recently and who benefits from already having won at the venue. KASH DES RIOULTS (7) opened his 2024 account last month and must be taken more seriously this time around. Success may lay among the untried elements here and the smartly-bred MOLINE DE PADD (4), who qualified decently at Caen, is a case in point. MYGIRL DES FORGES (5) qualified a second faster at the same track and also looks a live chance. MASINA DE TILLARD (2) looked better in qualification than most of the horses with a run in them, and deserves to be taken seriously. MUNCH CLUB (8) may have missed the boat first time out but Franck Ouvrie will be loathe to let the same thing happen again.
