2W J LeeMiss Natalia LupiniBy far the most experienced of these having run five times; atoned for odds-on Sligo defeat with a hard-earned Naas success; sets a good standard as a 85-rated colt taking on four once-raced opponents and a newcomer.

With a major advantage in experience and a win under his belt REBEL DIAMOND can be fancied to concede weight to his five rivals. The unknown quantity is Vaniala Baby while Temperance looks best of the four once-raced runners. [Alan Sweetman]

(10) Ohmali
2W J LeeMiss Natalia LupiniSecond foal; dam was an 1m4f AW winner but should get plenty of speed from his sire Sands Of Mali; in good hands.
(11) Winter Bonfire
2Colin KeaneM D O'CallaghanNoted staying on in the closing stages on debut at the Curragh; has a little more than 3l to find with fourth-placed Comanche Brave who was also running for the first time.
1st (3) Comanche Brave
2Gavin RyanDonnacha Aidan O'BrienMade an encouraging debut when stating on for fourth of 19 behind the Aidan O'Brien-trained Ides Of March at the Curragh; form is working out, the winner followed up in a Group 3 race, runner-up Monumental has won a maiden and the third has been Listed-placed; has an edge over Winter Bonfire.

Donnacha O'Brien's COMANCHE BRAVE shaped with promise in a strong maiden over this trip at the Curragh and can uphold form with Winter Bonfire. City Pass has a superb pedigree but his failure to sell on two visits to the sales is a negative. Ohmali is of some interest on debut. [Alan Sweetman]

3rd (9) Never Shout Never
4Cian MacRedmondJack W Davison5f course winner last season but this year's form suggests this 6f is close to his optimum trip; one of his best efforts when fourth to today's rival Imperial Dream at the Curragh on penultimate start.
(5) Goal Exceeded
3Keithen KennedyJohn S O'DonoghueWon a 6f Naas maiden on soft last October; best effort since when third of 11 in a 5f premier handicap at the Curragh in June; gelded since out of the money at Newmarket later that month.
2nd (3) Imperial Dream
4Robyn Donaghue-LeahyPatrick J FlynnTwo wins for Sir Mark Prescott were over 7f, but a return 6f did the trick when he won for this rider at the Curragh last month; form has also included second to Linger For Longer over an extended 6f at Limerick; up 7lb form Curragh win, can remain competitive.
(6) Collective Power
6Colin KeaneEdward LynamBasically reliable sort with a record of seven wins and 22 places from 56 outings; has done plenty of racing since most recent win at Dundalk in February; others have stronger recent credentials.
4th (7) Moltophino
3Seamie HeffernanJohn Andrew KinsellaFour seconds from his last five starts; becoming frustrating but not much improvement needed; chased home a well fancied rival at Navan last time, similar scenario at Dundalk previously; deserves to pick up a race.
(8) Linger For Longer
5Dylan Browne McMonagleAugustine LeahyC&D winner last season; wins this term at Tipperary and Limerick have been over a bit further; not beaten in fourth in a fillies' handicap over 7f here last time.
(2) Heart Of Darkness
3W J LeeP TwomeyA 6f AW maiden winner (second now rated 88) in April; would have been closer in a Listed race here in May had she enjoyed a clearer run; lack of a recent outing is only a slight concern; potentially on a favourable mark for her handicap debut.
1st (1) Grand City Hall
3Ronan WhelanJarlath P FaheyYet to add to a C&D maiden win but has solid form to his credit in sprint handicaps; harmed his chance with a slow break at Ascot a month ago; better judged on form such as neck second over 5f at Fairyhouse and C&D third behind the progressive Kendall Roy.

Though absent since contesting a Listed race at this venue in May HEART OF DARKNESS could be equal to the task in her first handicap. The consistent Moltophino can be expected to go close and Grand City Hall could make his presence felt if there is no recurrence of the slow start that spoiled his chance at Ascot last time. (13) Amemri
4Luke McAteerDavid MarnaneWon three times last year, including twice on AW; nothing of much note this terms but could feature off this mark; last month's Dundalk fifth was a step in the right direction.
3rd (9) Blue Wood
8Colin KeaneKevin Michael SmithWinner over this trip at Down Royal in June; another good effort when third at Dundalk on penultimate start; excuses offered at Bellewstown, reported coughing and lost a shoe in running.
4th (3) Church Mountain
6J M SheridanDenis Gerard HoganAll four wins have been gained at around 1m, creditable fourth over 7f at Naas three starts ago; vulnerable on the evidence of his most recent form, quite short in the betting on both occasions.
(1) Morning Approach
6Danny PowerW McCreeryHeavy ground was probably against her at Roscommon last time; second off this mark at Tipperary in July and a reproduction would make her competitive.
(6) Sobriety Blue
3Andrew SlatteryAndrew SlatteryEight-race maiden, never in the first three; fair form in taking fifth in races at Dundalk and Galway during the summer; needs to find a bit extra.
(7) Goldmoyne
4Ronan WhelanTimothy DoyleGained the second win of his career in emphatic style over this trip at the Curragh last month; backed that up with a solid third of 17 over 6f at the same venue; finished one place behind Surpass And Shine when seventh here in July and that rematch could now prove crucial.
2nd (5) Surpass And Shine
3W J LeePatrick J FlynnThird in a sprint maiden at Dundalk and came from a long way back to finish sixth in a 6f handicap at this venue in July, just in front of subsequent winner Goldmoyne; improved for that when second of 18 over this trip at Leopardstown; holds an obvious chance.

This provides SURPASS AND SHINE to step up a place after a fine second over 7f at Leopardstown. He had previously run well over C&D, finishing just in front of Goldmoyne, a probable danger despite being 9lb higher as a result of a Curragh victory. Blue Wood and Amemri are others to bear in mind. [Alan Sweetman]

(1) Von Krolock
5W J LeeTimothy DoyleIn and out form this campaign; good run when beaten roughly 1l at the Curragh (6f, good to firm) on his penultimate start and sole win came at this trip; needs to bounce back from poor Curragh run last week.
4th (3) I Bid You Ajou
3Gavin RyanMark Fahey10-race maiden; best form has come at this trip and hit the crossbar at the Curragh (7f) 2 starts ago on similar ground to what he'll get here; worth forgiving subsequent run at Gowran and can be in the mix.
(4) Mags
3Ronan WhelanKieran P CotterStayed on nicely, giving the impression she would appreciate a step back up in trip at the Curragh on her handicap debut last month; probably not helped by a low draw that day and only nudged up 1lb; more upside than most.

5Keithen KennedyMichael J BrowneOff the mark at the 16th attempt in a 1m Dundalk handicap when last seen in April; 9lb higher and shorter trip not sure to suit; might need this after 151 days off.

4Seamie HeffernanPatrick J Flynn12-race maiden who was beaten less than a length in a 7f Gowran handicap before a creditable seventh of 28 in a stronger race at the Curragh last time; ought to go well again from the same mark.

There was plenty of promise from MAGS (nap) on handicap debut at the Curragh last time when giving the impression the step back up in trip would suit and she can go well from just 1lb higher. Shaaden and I Bid You Ajou both ran with credit at the Curragh last time and should be involved again. [Phill Anderson]

Jaliyah is likely to improve back up in trip and Kitty Rickets is another filly with experience who should appreciate a longer trip. However, a chance is taken on SEA CORAL who pulled nicely clear with another in a barrier trial recently and she ought to improve on debut over this sort of trip. Any money for the expensive purchase Tswalu or the well bred Happiest would be worth noting ahead of their debuts and like the selection, Miss Ariana showed ability in a barrier trial last month.
