14:00 Carlisle Maiden (Class 5) 6f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

Those with previous experience do not set a daunting standard so this could be a good opportunity for debutant A FINE CLARET. Karl Burke's colt, who is from the family of some classy sprinters, looks a likely type on paper and with the yard once again enjoying a fine campaign with juveniles, he can strike. The Richard Fahey team is also in good form so Endeavouryourdream must enter calculations. Uncle Sam hinted at ability on his debut and he could step forward.

Those with experience need more, and newcomers A FINE CLARET, Saxon Raider and Endeavouryourdream. make most appeal in that order before market clues.

Not the strongest of maidens and UNCLE SAM, who showed promise on his debut at Leicester, is taken to beat A Fine Claret.

14:05 Gowran Park Maiden 7f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

JANUARY showed real potential when finishing second on debut to a better-fancied, once-raced stablemate and should prove hard to beat. Out of a high-class Group 2-winning dam, her Curragh conqueror had herself shown promise when finishing second on her debut, while fifth-placed Queens Fury reopposes and will struggle to turn form. Queens Fury has been placed, both before and after that Curragh run, and might chase home the selection in second place today. Asdana is out of a well-related juvenile Listed winner and cost 80,000 euros as a yearling, while Va Va Vroom is the first foal from a maiden mare and cost 30,000 euros as a yearling.

JANUARY made a promising start when second at the Curragh 3 weeks ago and is very much the one to beat with improvement likely. Queens Fury has nearly as good a form, but is more exposed. Va Va Vroom is an interesting newcomer.

Unless either of the newcomers can step up to the plate then this looks good for JANUARY, who should improve for going over 7f.

14:18 Chepstow Handicap (Class 6) 10f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

BEAUTIFUL CROWN justified market support to score on his first start for Jack Jones at Lingfield last week and a 5lb penalty may not be enough to stop him from backing that performance up. Breguet Boy is just 2lb higher than his last winning mark and didn't run too badly when fourth at Bath in April. Handicap debutant Al Wasl Dream has to be of some interest, especially given the fact his owner/trainer sponsors the contest.

BEAUTIFUL CROWN struck at the first time of asking for Jack Jones at Lingfield last week and can defy a penalty assuming he can cope with 2 outings in quick succession after a break. Breguet Boy took a step back in the right direction when fourth over 1m at Bath last time and is second choice ahead of Zambezi Magic, who would have finished closer last time but for meeting trouble.

The most obvious answer is BEAUTIFUL CROWN, who looked revitalised when winning on his recent stable debut.

14:30 Carlisle Handicap (Class 6) 6f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

EDGEWATER DRIVE was said to have benefited from a drop from a mile when winning over C&D last month and the unexposed son of Dandy Man could repeat the dose from a 7lb raised mark. Malham Tarn Cove recorded a comfortable success at Bath last time out and he might be the main threat, while King Of The Jungle is most appealing of the remainder.

This is quite competitive for the grade. PARR FIRE caught the eye a bit on her first outing for the Ben Haslam yard at Doncaster at the start of the month and is given a chance to build on that promise. Dream Deal and King of The Jungle arrive in good form and head the dangers along with last month's Bath scorer Malham Tarn Cove.

Last month's Bath scorer, the well-drawn MALHAM TARN COVE, just gets the vote ahead of the unexposed C&D winner Edgewater Drive.

14:35 Gowran Park Handicap 7f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

SUMMER SNOW won over C&D in April and while she disappointed on her latest run, she contests a winnable race. She won in a first-time tongue-tie here in April and while subsequently beaten under a mandatory penalty five days later, is capable of a better showing than her latest run and is well drawn in two. Gosford is another C&D winner who should improve from a recent reappearance run and would be suited by softening ground. Von Krolock met minor traffic when running nicely on his seasonal reappearance recently and while his only win, from 17 runs, was gained on the all-weather, he goes well on turf and is better suited by this longer distance than at the Curragh.

It could be significant that Billy Lee is back in the saddle on GOSFORD, who has dropped to 2 lb below the mark she defied when the pair combined over C&D last summer. Von Krolock shaped well on his recent Curragh reappearance and is feared most ahead of Summer Snow, who can be forgiven her latest Cork run and scored over C&D in the spring.

This is open but given the number of times that Paul Flynn has improved new recruits, it might pay to take a chance on SEROTONIN.

14:48 Chepstow Handicap (Class 5) 8f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

STOCKPYLE was 2lb well-in when getting back to winning ways at Kempton last Wednesday, with more authority than the official margin suggests. With that being an apprentice handicap, the five-year-old escapes a penalty and is likely to prove a tough nut to crack due to his rider being able to utilise his full 7lb claim on this occasion. Racing Demon lost all chance at the start when only beating a sole rival home in his bid for a hat-trick at Windsor. He is capable of bouncing back, having won well here in May, while a return to turf might aid the cause of Optiva Star.

It's hard to look beyond STOCKPYLE, who was an impressive winner at Kempton last week and escapes a penalty for that success. Micks Dream heads up the dangers returning from 8 months off, ahead of Racing Demon, who won twice last month (including over C&D) but needs to shake off a poor effort at Windsor subsequently.

Stockpyle is respected but it might be worth chancing MACS DILEMMA, who is well handicapped on last summer's course form.

15:00 Carlisle Handicap (Class 6) 6f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

There doesn't appear to be much pace on offer and that might allow BELSITO an easy time of things at the head of affairs. Kevin Ryan's charge was collared late on by a well-treated rival over C&D last week so he must hold every chance from an unchanged mark, especially if the first-time cheekpieces can elicit some improvement. Atomise continues to run well in defeat and enters calculations, along with Rain Cap, who won't mind any rain, and recent Wetherby scorer Batal Dandy.

BELSITO has been knocking pretty loudly on the door of late, doing very little wrong when second over C&D a week ago, and the application of cheekpieces could be just what he needs to get the job done. Headgear worked the oracle for Batal Dandy at Wetherby and he's a threat, along with Jamie's Choice, who isn't yet exposed.

After a narrow defeat here last week BELSITO is taken to score his second career success with the aid of first-time cheekpieces.

15:05 Gowran Park Claimer 8f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

PLAY IT AGAIN ZAAM was well held in two recent runs, but had previously won twice in May and drops to claiming company. He was a C&D winner in early May and while he probably needs to bring his best form to win, he is a largely dependable four-year-old who is ideally suited by this distance and will appreciate any softening of the ground. Nine-time winning nine-year-old Magnetic North is the star performer in the race but while he ran well on debut for new connections at Limerick recently, running over a mile doesn't suit nowadays. Lohengrin has shown nice form recently and while he is a few pounds 'wrong', should compete being well suited by this distance.

MAGNETIC NORTH can build on last week's Limerick comeback run and give the weight away. Denis Hogan's Miqdaad ran well in a Fairyhouse handicap last time and is second choice ahead of Lohengrin, the mount of Colin Keane.

Though LOHENGRIN went close in a Cork handicap over 7f, Listowel didn't suit his style over a mile last time but he can score today.

15:18 Chepstow Maiden (Class 4) 6f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

FEERAAS shaped with some promise on his debut when third at Lingfield, despite hanging left throughout. Expected to have benefited from that initial outing, the son of Earthlight appears to have been found a suitable opportunity to confirm the form with Hofburg, who has since finished third over 7f at Haydock. Ran Amok sports a tongue-tie and is entitled to step forward from his fifth at Leicester.

FEERAAS showed plenty amidst greenness when third at Lingfield last month, and with a couple of next-time-out winners emerging from that race, Archie Watson's colt can get the better of Waking Dream, who looked in need of the experience last week and she may prove a different proposition here. Hofburg can fill out third spot.

There wasn't much between FEERAAS and Hofburg at Lingfield last month but the former may have more potential.

15:30 Carlisle Handicap (Class 5) 14f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

MANUELITO failed to win on the Flat last year, but has won two of only four starts over hurdles since joining David Pipe's yard. He looks capable of going close if translating his progressive form over timber back to this code. Ebony Maw arrives in good form having won over 1m5f at Ayr before going close again at Hamilton. He makes more appeal than Whatacracker, who scored over a shorter trip here last summer and remains 4lb higher.

MANUELITO progressed very nicely over hurdles during the spring, winning his last 2, so it's fairly easy to construct a sold handicapping case for him back on the level. Whimsy takes a big drop in class and is a huge threat if taking up this engagement, with Ebony Maw another to consider.

The front-running Ebony Maw is the form horse here but MANUELITO looks well treated and is taken to open his Flat account.

15:35 Gowran Park Maiden 8f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

SERIOUS NOTIONS hasn't run since December and is badly drawn in 17, but contests a winnable maiden and had some smart form last year. Placed in the Ingabelle Stakes on Champions Weekend last September, she failed to replicate that form on the all-weather subsequently but nonetheless showed form in useful races, with blinkers being dispensed with today. Race-fit Nativity Square is vulnerable to more able types but nonetheless can be relied upon to run her usual race. Next Trick finished third to the Gowran Classic winner at Limerick in May and while she, too, is reliable and should compete, needs to improve to win. Opaque has been well beaten in two maidens to date.

SERIOUS NOTIONS disappointed at Dundalk on her last 2 starts but she's worth another chance on return/back on turf having finished third in a listed race at Leopardstown in September. Counterculture had excuses here 2 weeks ago after a promising debut so is next best ahead of Abbey Actress and Clever Impulse.

A chance is taken on COUNTERCULTURE who stayed on into seventh after starting slowly in Gowran's richest ever race two weeks ago.

15:48 Chepstow Handicap (Class 5) 6f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

ON EDGE came with a late surge to score over 5f at Windsor last week, an effort for which he escapes a penalty. Chris Mason's gelding ought to relish the return to six furlongs and, at a venue he loves, the son of Mayson can repeat the dose. The consistent Connie's Rose is unlikely to be far away, and it would be dangerous to underestimate the well-handicapped Punchbowl Flyer.

An open-looking sprint with the suggestion being GLAMOROUS EXPRESS, who caught the eye with his move into contention at Kempton last month and looks interesting back in class 5 company. Dolly Gray ended her 4-y-o campaign with success, so she's put forward as the main danger on reappearance, ahead of 5-time course winner Connie's Rose and Coco Bear.

The verdict goes to bang-in-form mare CONNIE'S ROSE, who seems to have found something extra since cheekpieces were fitted last month.

16:00 Carlisle Handicap (Class 5) 8f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

Arkenstaar has done all his winning so far at Hamilton and bids for a hat-trick raised 4lb. Jkr Cobbler has won five times over shorter distances, including here last month, whereas Golden Melody drops back down in trip and is fitted with blinkers for the first time after finishing runner-up over 1m2f at Redcar. ALPINE SIERRA has scored off similar marks in the past and a recent third at Ayr suggested Jim Goldie's charge is set for a return to winning ways.

BUSHFIRE could be the way to go here having finished fourth in a better handicap than this a fortnight ago with the combination of a drop in trip and easing ground conditions in his favour. Jkr Cobbler and Arkenstaar are last-time-out winners and have to command serious respect.

Hamilton specialist Arkenstaar has possibilities if he can translate his form to here, but course winner JKR COBBLER gets the vote.

16:05 Gowran Park Maiden 8f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

SLANEY SWAGGER reverted down in distance when running well at Limerick on Wednesday and ran a solid race to finish second. Unsuited by Roscommon's tight turns two starts ago, he is generally dependable and contests a winnable maiden. No Knee Never is rated 77 and ran well over C&D last month so should compete. His stablemate Aeronautic met some traffic before quickening well to land his Naas barrier trial on May 27 and while that form is difficult to assess, the runner-up finished second on his racecourse debut on Friday. In-form Shamsuddin will have no trouble reverting to a mile, while front-runner Master Of The Hunt is top-rated at 84 but performed below that level at Killarney.

A chance is taken on newcomer AERONAUTIC, who ticks plenty of the right boxes on paper and he will be all the more appealing if strong in the market. Master of The Hunt, Shamsuddin and Slaney Swagger all possess ability but also clearly have their limitations. Vadali remains open to improvement and he completes the shortlist.

MASTER OF THE HUNT hasn't progressed in his five starts but brings a solid level of form to the table and could improve on this ground

16:18 Chepstow Handicap (Class 6) 6f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

Many of these arrive in decent form so only a tentative vote can go to ONE HART, who burst back into life over 7f at Lingfield. There should be a strong pace, so he is unlikely to be inconvenienced by a drop in trip, and given that he remains well treated from 3lb higher, it would come as no surprise were he to mount another stern challenge. Bama Lama was on target over C&D nine days ago and is an obvious candidate up 3lb in the handicap. Port Noir and Global Effort are just two others to consider.

Plenty of these met over C&D recently and the winner that day BAMA LAMA gets the vote to go in again given the authority he scored with. Diamondsinthesand has just a sole success to his name, but he shaped as if in good form when fifth behind the selection last time so is put forward as the main danger, with Global Effort rounding off the shortlist.

The suggestion is SAVANNAH SMILES, who has won twice over 6f on the AW this year and was recently placed over 5f here.

16:30 Carlisle Maiden (Class 5) 9f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

CONDOR PASA offered encouragement on the Kempton Polytrack earlier in the year and after undergoing a gelding operation, he stepped forward to occupy the runner-up berth on his turf debut at Nottingham. On a line through the third, he should have the measure of Zoffandia, although William Haggas' charge is expected to step forward from his introduction and is a big threat. Qamari went into a few notebooks at Wolverhampton, while Aviemore was possibly flattered by his narrow C&D defeat but his rivals still must not allow him an uncontested lead.

This slight step up in trip will help CONDOR PASA and the strong feeling is that this well-bred 3-y-o has a bigger performance in him. Aviemore is an obvious threat, while once-raced pair Zoffandia and Qamari also command respect.

This should rest between the Newmarket raiders, with CONDOR PASA preferred to Zoffandia.

16:35 Gowran Park Stakes 10f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

Last year's Cork Derby winner STAR KISSED would ideally prefer further but nonetheless ran well over C&D recently. A dependable type, she was unable to attain a black-type placing in two Listed runs this year but her recent return to handicap company was encouraging and her 90-rating has been well earned. Five-time winner Belhaven was herself beaten at Listed level recently, but had previously won on debut for new connections at Sligo. She is ideally suited by this distance and there might not be much between her and the selection. Dual C&D winner Glor Tire was effectively running from a rating of 98 under her mandatory penalty at Navan recently and the three-year-old isn't helped by carrying a 4lb penalty today.

CANCELLED went agonisingly close after encountering traffic problems at a crucial stage in a Navan maiden last time and she could find the necessary improvement to make it third time lucky. Star Kissed also arrives here on the back of a near-miss and she is feared most ahead of Belhaven and Glore Tire.

Just denied in a C&D handicap last time by a filly who since ran well in a Group 3, STAR KISSED (nap) can go one better today.

16:45 Kilbeggan Conditions Hurdle 19f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

INSTANT TENDANCE sets the standard here off an official mark of 118 and should prove hard to beat. The Joshua Tree mare has run well twice in handicap company since winning her maiden hurdle at Navan in early March so looks well worth her current rating. Cappacurry Ealu won a maiden hurdle in Listowel a fortnight ago and looks the one who could give her most to do. She has a bit to find, though, off a mark of 105. Miss Oreo holds that same rating and switches back to the smaller obstacles having been runner-up over fences at Tramore.

This looks an excellent opportunity for Gordon Elliott's INSTANT TENDANCE to land a second hurdle success. Recent Listowel maiden winner Cappacurry Ealu can fill the forecast spot.

This should be relatively straightforward for INSTANT TENDANCE who has 13lb in hand over Cappacurry Ealu and Miss Oreo.

16:55 Chepstow Handicap (Class 6) 8f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

The vote goes to KALAMA SUNRISE, who benefited from the application of first-time cheekpieces when scoring over track and trip. Jack Channon's filly is just 2lb higher and that ought to be well within range should the headgear have a similar effect. Bobacious was far from disgraced on his handicap bow and any progress would bring him into the picture. Letter Of The Law should be on the premises, but he might find a few too strong once again.

KALAMA SUNRISE is taken to overcome a small rise for her C&D success 9 days ago. Letter of The Law was runner-up over C&D on the same day and can provide the chief threat. Thewaytothestars ran her best race of the season when fourth to the selection last time and is another who could have a say.

After signalling a return to form over C&D last week, THEWAYTOTHESTARS (nap) can capitalise upon a favourable mark today.

17:00 Carlisle Handicap (Class 5) 7f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

Mostar Dreams, Romantic Tale, Greycee Bell and Beguiling are all worth a look on handicap debut, but QUESTIONABLE went agonisingly close to making her own handicap bow a winning one and she can gain compensation. The daughter of Time Test didn't get the clearest of passages at Haydock, but still went down by just a short head and the drop from a mile shouldn't bother her. Blufferonthebus has been holding her form well here, while Berrygate has been costly to follow but is capable of making an impact.

QUESTIONABLE left her previous efforts well behind when just denied on handicap bow at Haydock last month, coming clear of the rest with a fellow big improver, and she's fancied to go one better. Mostar Dreams and Blufferonthebus both had excuses last time so can be expected to get back on track.

Provided her upward curve is sustained, QUESTIONABLE (nap) can defy top weight. Berrygate is second choice.

17:05 Gowran Park Handicap 14f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

WHATCOULDHAVEBEEN is a smart hurdler who is well suited by this staying Flat distance. She has progressed very well in her hurdling career, attaining a Grade 1 placing in April 2023, and ran well behind Teahupoo at the recent Punchestown Festival. She was well held on her two most recent Flat runs last October but they were pipe-opening seasonal reappearance runs and, prior to that, had won on the Flat in October 2022. Sceptred Isle has shown nice improvement recently, but is 11lb higher than when winning at Tipperary. Believe In Science is a 21-race maiden who hasn't run since March, but has some useful placed form over similar distances.

This could be the day when BELIEVE IN SCIENCE finally gets his head in front. Jim Bolger's charge performed with credit back from a break at Dundalk in March and he remains on an attractive mark. Walnut Beach scored over fences at Clonmel recently and will be a major threat if he puts his best foot forward back in this sphere, while Whatcouldhavebeen is a live each-way player on the back of a good effort in a Grade 1 over hurdles last time.

Most of these have a lot to prove. Preference is for STRIKING, a C&D winner who didn't run at all badly over hurdles only last week.

17:15 Kilbeggan Maiden Hurdle 16f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

IRINA'S PATH is interesting here on his first start for Gordon Elliott. The Coastal Path gelding hinted at ability in a few runs last year, particularly when eighth in a decent maiden hurdle at Navan in September. The Cullentra handler may be able to extract some improvement now. Dairy Force didn't run too badly in a bumper here last month and Finny Maguire is an noteworthy booking. Seskin Flash ran well at a big price when fourth in Tramore at the start of the month and is another to add into the mix in a tricky affair.

Not a strong maiden hurdle with WE WILL ROCK YOU the selection having fared much better than previously when sixth in a better race than this at Wexford. Miss Aytan and Seskin Flash are a couple of potential threats.

Barry Murphy may have the solution with ISLAND MCCOO who shaped quite well at this venue on his second run after a long absence

17:30 Windsor Handicap (Class 5) 5f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

Southbank has won three times on the all-weather, but was well beaten back on the turf at Lingfield last month when behind third-placed FIDELIUS. The latter went on to land a novice race at Chelmsford in good style and Robert Cowell's charge looks worth sticking with back in handicap company. Horse Whisperer was no match for the winner when second at Salisbury and has a bit more to find off her current mark, but Kiss And Run was narrowly beaten at Goodwood when last seen racing over the minimum trip and is not out of this.

FIDELIUS deservedly opened his account when landing a Chelmsford novice last month and he is taken to follow up returned to handicap company. Clear second choice is Horse Whisperer, who has followed her Wolverhampton success in April with solid efforts in defeat at Kempton and Salisbury. Kiss And Run also enters calculations.

This looks good for FIDELIUS (nap), who won an AW maiden easily last time. Split The Profit can go well too if getting away better.

17:45 Kilbeggan Handicap Hurdle 24f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

TRAMPS LIKE US drops back into the lowest grade after a good run at Wexford last month. The Court Cave gelding was third to the progressive Flicker Of Hope in a competitive event and a similar effort may be enough to get his head in front now. The Lucky Lobster ran well on his last visit here, when chasing home Reserve Judgement, and has to be a leading contender. He was just a neck ahead of Navy Waves at the line last time and that rival is 1lb better off so they are weighted to be close again.

THE LUCKY LOBSTER produced his best effort to date when runner-up here 2 weeks ago and he remains unexposed at this sort of trip. Tramps Like Us and Navy Waves also arrive on the back of good placed efforts so are others to consider.

Slight preference is for THE LUCKY LOBSTER over Navy Waves. The pair were almost inseparable when placed here last time

18:00 Windsor Maiden (Class 5) 5f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

Ant Colony disappointed when sent off favourite at Leicester and a hood is applied in the hope of improvement. INVINCIBLE CROWN ran out of steam in the closing stages when third over 6f at Chelmsford on his introduction, but this shorter trip looks sure to suit on that evidence and a bold bid is expected from Richard Hughes' colt. Colocolo could finish closer with normal progress, while Distant Rumble is another likely improver.

Having shaped with plenty of promise on debut in a 6f Haydock maiden, JOHN'S DRAGON is appealing dropped to 5f on what is likely to be a faster surface here. The Kodi Bear filly made a striking mid-race move in that contest before giving way in the closing stages. Invincible Crown made a positive start to his career when third at Chelmsford recently and he rates the main danger. Colocolo is most interesting of the others following a fairly encouraging introduction on the all-weather.

Quite open but JOHN'S DRAGON's Haydock debut was a lot more encouraging than the bare result may suggest.

18:15 Kilbeggan Handicap Hurdle 24f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

KILASHEE comes here in winning form and may be able to follow up on her chase success at Clonmel 10 days ago. The Oscar mare produced a fine front-running performance to score in good style and is rated just 2lb higher back over timber. Cloughroe takes a big jump up in trip again after a solid effort to finish fifth at Sligo over 2m1f. He is tried in cheekpieces now and could get involved in a weak enough race. Justmadeit has shown ability in maiden hurdles and looks one to note in the market on her handicap debut.

CLOUGHROE ran his best race stepped up to this trip when third at Cork on his penultimate start and may still have more to offer back under these conditions. Desert Cave and Kilashee head the dangers.

John Ryan has his team in fine form and perhaps recent handicap chase winner KILASHEE can boost her modest strike rate by following up

18:30 Windsor Stakes (Class 5) 10f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

A couple of these are penalised for recent victories, with MASTER BUILDER looking to have the stronger form. David Menuisier's grey beat a subsequent winner when scoring over this distance at Salisbury and is preferred to Newcastle winner Ribba Hill, who drops down in trip. Galaxy Princess is going the right way judged on a second at Salisbury and should go well again, while Masterofgreygoose has shown some ability over 7f and could be in the mix if lasting home.

GALAXY PRINCESS and Master Builder both took steps forward in heavy-ground novice events on the same Salisbury card last month and, assuming that they both prove equally effective on what is likely to be much quicker ground here, they may well fight out the finish. In receipt of 12 lb from the penalised Master Builder, the vote has to go to the Ralph Beckett-trained filly. Masterofgreygoose has shown ability both starts on the all-weather and will ensure that this is not a two-horse race.

In receipt of 12lb from the penalised Master Builder, Salisbury second GALAXY PRINCESS looks the one to beat.

18:45 Kilbeggan Handicap Hurdle 24f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

SAM MAGEE has another go over hurdles after missing a recent engagement over fences. The Jet Away gelding came good in style at Wexford in April and there looks scope for further improvement from him. He got a 7lb rise for his victory last time but still looks nicely treated back in handicap company. Foxfire Glow won twice on nice ground last summer and is interesting on his return to action. The Vadamos gelding looks on a competitive mark. Sweet Will has been knocking on the door over fences and returns to hurdling now off a higher mark.

Plenty of depth to this handicap with SWEET WILL just about the most persuasive option having shaped very well over fences last month. Nt Field Minnesota is the unknown quantity in the race, with Baltic Bird completing the shortlist.

Competitive fare but so too was the Ballinrobe h'cap snared by BALTIC BIRD last month and he might be able to follow up off 6lb higher

19:00 Windsor Handicap (Class 3) 6f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 3 race.

BISHOP'S CROWN hung away his chance when sent off favourite at Goodwood but he had been in fine form prior to that, finishing second there when attempting to supplement a success over C&D in April, and he is worth another chance. Amazonian Dream comfortably accounted for Many A Star here last month, although the runner-up didn't get the rub of the green and could close the gap on 6lb better terms. Home City's Doncaster third suggested that there are races to be won with him soon, while Get It is interesting now back from Bahrain.

FIRST FOLIO is down to a mark in the 80s for the first time in 3 years and might be worth siding with to build on a decent first run for the Julie Camacho stable at Newcastle last month. Last-time-out C&D 1-2 Amazonian Dream and Many A Star also make the shortlist along with Tom Ward's Lady Dreamer.

A chance is taken on FIRST FOLIO, who has dropped to a good mark and his debut for Julie Camacho was better than it looks on paper.

19:15 Kilbeggan Maiden Chase 20f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

ASHDALE BOB retains plenty of ability and ran really well when chasing home Maxxum in a competitive handicap hurdle at the Punchestown Festival early last month. This looks a nice opportunity for him now over fences. He already has chase experience and was placed in a good beginners event at Navan a few years ago. The Big Doyen could be a nice sort over fences and looks a danger on his chase debut. Peter Fahey's charge was third in Grade 2 company over timber at Cheltenham last November. Moonovercloon has posted two recent good efforts over fences and is another for the shortlist.

THECOMPANYSERGEANT has been highly tried over fences since falling at Leopardstown but he acquitted himself very well when fourth in a Grade 1 at Fairyhouse 11 weeks ago and he can take advantage of this drop in class. Smart-hurdler Ashdale Bob is potentially a serious threat on his belated return to chasing, while progressive hurdler Lisnamult Lad should take to this sphere (won sole start in points).

A right little contest for a Monday evening at Kilbeggan but THECOMPANYSERGEANT's Grade 1 fourth at Fairyhouse stands out

19:30 Windsor Handicap (Class 3) 6f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 3 race.

ARAMRAM was by no means disgraced when attempting to shoulder a penalty for his successful Nottingham comeback in a hot little Doncaster novice. An initial mark of 90 isn't unduly harsh and he can thwart the double ambitions of Queen's Guard, who impressively justified favouritism on the Lingfield Polytrack. Jimmy Speaking might be happier back on turf, while Salvuccio's C&D fourth was a step back in the right direction. The Good Biscuit was ahead of Beyond Borders at Haydock, although both need to improve.

The manner of QUEEN'S GUARD's recent success at Lingfield suggested that this 7 lb higher mark may prove within her reach. She is taken to confirm that impression by going in again here, with Jimmy Speaking likely to emerge as the chief threat if able to put last week's low-key Kempton effort behind him. Beyond Borders and The Good Biscuit can do battle for minor honours.

Having not seen out 7f in a warm-looking novice last time, ARAMRAM is well worth another chance. Queen's Guard is second choice.

19:45 Kilbeggan Handicap Chase 20f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

LUCKY ZEBO is still relatively unexposed over fences and may be able to land a tricky looking contest. The seven-year-old won his beginners chase here in fine style last July before a slightly unlucky effort in a rated novice contest at Wexford when hampered in the closing stages. He won his return over timber at Cork in late March and didn't run too badly at Punchestown early last month. Optional Mix ran well when chasing home the well-handicapped Mousey Brown here just over two weeks ago and, despite running from a few pounds out of the handicap, she could be a big player. Gaelic Arc has been knocking on the door and is another to consider.

SEDDON might be getting on but he shaped as if retaining all of his ability on his belated comeback at Punchestown so gets the vote over last year's winner Pakens Rock, who needs to shrug off a poor run over hurdles. Lucky Zero should have more to offer over fences and is another to consider.

While lacking experience in this discipline, LUCKY ZEBO jumped well when making a winning chase debut here last summer and can score

20:00 Windsor Handicap (Class 4) 8f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

Last year's winner Metabolt was all out to score by a head over 7f at Leicester earlier in the month and he only goes off a 3lb higher mark. However, the vote still goes to HIGH SPIRITED, who produced a solid effort to finish third over 1m2f here and may appreciate this drop in trip. The daughter of Belardo has cheekpieces applied for the first time, which could eke out the improvement needed. Nap Hand can fight it out for the minor honours.

The vote goes to NAP HAND, who proved that plenty of the ability he showed in 2022 remains intact when putting in good late work to finish fifth in a 12-runner Kempton handicap last month. The 4-y-o was returning from a year-and-a-half off that day, so he's entitled to take a step forward here. Metabolt is an obvious threat having hit the target at Leicester recently, while High Spirited, though not the most reliable of types, is also accorded respect.

Nap Hand and High Spirited have claims but METABOLT arrives in top form and is taken to follow up last year's win in this race.

20:15 Kilbeggan NH Flat Race 16f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

NELSON MUNTZ ran well to finish third at Clonmel last month and can step forward now. The Mount Nelson gelding improved on previous form when beaten just over three lengths then and the form looks solid with the fourth-placed horse, Beaufort Scale, placed since in Wexford. Tonaghneave Well has been fourth on both starts to date, most recently at Ballinrobe three weeks ago, and should be a big player now in what doesn't appear to be the strongest bumper. Eoin's Charm was disputing when falling at the last in a maiden hurdle at Ballinrobe last time. He could be a big player here, having been taken out of an engagement at Downpatrick on Saturday due to ground.

EOIN'S CHARM showed plenty of ability on both hurdles outings this spring and switched to bumpers, he can make that experience count. Nelson Muntz upped his game at Clonmel last time and is a threat, with Tonaghneave Well also of interest.

Not a strong bumper and EOIN'S CHARM, who has shown plenty of promise in two hurdle outings at Ballinrobe, may be good enough

20:30 Windsor Stakes (Class 6) 11f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

TOP FLIGHT CENTURY finished over six lengths clear of the third when hitting the crossbar on only his second handicap start at Chepstow last time. Sir Mark Prescott's three-year-old has Luke Morris taking over the reins and he looks the one to beat. The main threat might be Thursday, who ran a lot better than the market expected on her handicap debut at Brighton, finishing a fair fourth. Of the remainder, Exceptionality makes the most appeal.

TOP FLIGHT CENTURY was much improved on his second start in a handicap when second at Chepstow and shades the vote over Big Jimbo, who is favoured by these terms. Thursday and Letmebetheboss may prove suited by the step up in trip so they complete the shortlist.

The vote goes to TOP FLIGHT CENTURY, who may well build on his latest effort. Interesting 4yo Thursday is second choice.
