LTO Selection:

14:00 Uttoxeter Handicap Hurdle (Class 5) 23f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

BLAZING COURT proved far more competitive when runner-up on his handicap debut over 2m4f here in July and Martin Keighley's gelding is fancied to find further improvement now he is upped to an extended 2m7f. Punches Cross lost little in defeat when second to a well-treated rival at Fontwell earlier this month and could emerge as the chief threat, ahead of fellow in-form rivals Alioski and Bluebella in what looks an open contest.

Having opened her account at Worcester in May, BLUEBELLA has performed with credit all 4 starts since, third of 9 in handicap at this course 3 weeks ago. Unexposed at this sort of trip, she gets the narrow vote to come out on top in the hope she can prove a little slicker in the jumping department. Seefin looks to have been brought along with handicaps in mind and, along with Blazing Court and Alioski, heads up the dangers.

After a very solid start to his handicap career over 2m4f here, BLAZING COURT moves up in trip again today and gets the vote.

LTO Selection:

14:35 Uttoxeter Maiden Hurdle (Class 4) 16f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

Olivers Travels appeared to relish the step up in trip when gaining a breakthrough success over 2m7f at Worcester recently, which is why the return to 2m in this contest may leave the five-year-old vulnerable. WILLIETHEBUILDER had some smart bumper form when racing in Ireland and could take all the stopping if transferring that to this sphere on his hurdling/stable debut for Dan Skelton. Last-time-out winner Jeudidee likely has more to offer and completes the shortlist.

WILLILETHEBUILDER shaped with plenty of promise in a brace of bumpers for Declan Queally back in the spring and is selected to make a successful hurdling debut after 5 months off. Penalised-pair Jeudidee and Olivers Travels are feared most in that order.

Dan Skelton's new recruit WILLIETHEBUILDER changed hands for a six-figure sum after running well in two competitive Irish bumpers.

LTO Selection:

15:10 Uttoxeter Handicap Chase (Class 5) 24f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

YA KNOW YASEFF escapes a penalty after winning a conditional jockeys' event at Newton Abbot last Monday and looks the one to beat if coping with the quick turnaround. Justshortofabubble finishing behind the selection in third at Worcester eight days earlier and must enter calculations now 6lb better off at the weights. The returning Dragonfruit has won off a break in the past and is another to note off an 8lb lower mark than his last success.

YA KNOW YASEFF had to work quite hard when scoring at Newton Abbot last week but there is a good chance she remains ahead of her mark and is fancied to get the hat-trick up for David Pipe. Justshortofabubble remains in form and can chase her home again. Dragonfruit is interesting off a career-low mark back from 6 months off.

It's worth chancing DRAGONFRUIT, who has a good record when fresh and returns from his latest break on a very good mark.

LTO Selection:

15:45 Uttoxeter Handicap Chase (Class 3) 24f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 3 race.

DO NO WRONG has won in emphatic fashion over course and distance the last twice and, despite an 11lb rise for his latest victory, he is hard to oppose in his bid to land the hat-trick. John Kingston, who partnered the selection to victory at Cartmel earlier in the campaign, is back in the saddle and another bold bid is expected. Jesuitique is feared most, with recent Bangor winner Dieu Vivant also respected off an 8lb higher mark.

DO NO WRONG is thriving all of a sudden and, having scored with a good deal in hand over C&D last time, he's well worth a chance to complete the hat-trick at the possible expense of Judge Earle who was in good form over fences prior to a blip over hurdles last time. Dieu Vivant is also considered.

He didn't fire last time but RISK AND ROLL was very competitive in stronger races than this last season and can go well when fresh.

LTO Selection:

16:20 Uttoxeter Handicap Hurdle (Class 4) 16f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

This is a bit tougher than the conditional riders' race won by Isabella Bee over course and distance last week and, although highly respected, she could be vulnerable in this tougher company. POP THE CHAMPAGNE stands out as one who is very capable of holding her own at this level and, off what looks a fair mark, she shades preference today. Ip Up showed some ability during her time in France and is another to monitor closely on her debut run on these shores.

ISABELLA BEE won readily over C&D last Wednesday and should take a bit of stopping off the same mark if coping with 2 outings inside a week. Karannelle went close off a similar mark last week and gets the nod for the forecast spot under Sean Bowen.

LTO Selection:

16:55 Uttoxeter Handicap Hurdle (Class 4) 20f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

Presenting Pete gained a first success of the season when landing the spoils over C&D last month and a 5lb rise in the ratings is unlikely to prevent another bold bid. However, SACCHOANDVANZETTI was five lengths behind in second that day and, if taking Daire Davis' 7lb claim into account, he is now effectively 12lb better off with the winner. That may be enough for the seven-year-old to reverse the placings, while Ragamuffin returned to form with a solid runner-up effort at Worcester last month and shouldn't be far away if in a similar mood.

RAGAMUFFIN found only one too good at Worcester 3 weeks ago and on that evidence he looks ready to cash in on this reduced hurdles mark. Presenting Pete and Sacchoandvanzetti occupied the first couple of positions in a C&D handicap recently and they look very competitive again.
