LTO Selection:

16:40 Uttoxeter Maiden Hurdle (Class 4) 16f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

Liverpool Knight wasn't best positioned when staying on into fourth off a slow pace in handicap company at Perth recently and must enter calculations on the switch to a novice event, having won a similar C&D event last month. However, Olly Murphy's charge may find conceding 12lb to hurdling debutant AADDEEY beyond him. The New Approach gelding still retains plenty of ability judged on this summer's exploits on the Flat and should take some stopping if taking to this discipline. Footloose Man could chase that duo home.

AADDEEY is a very high-quality recruit to hurdling from the Flat and the 12 lb he receives from Liverpool Knight really should be decisive if he takes to this discipline.

Smart Flat performer AADDEEY should win this if he takes to hurdling at the first attempt.

LTO Selection:

17:15 Uttoxeter Handicap Chase (Class 5) 24f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

DO NO WRONG could have more to offer after staying on to win on the rise in trip to 3m here last month and triumphed with enough in hand that day to suggest that a 4lb rise is manageable. Duke Of Luckley found only a lightly-raced sort too strong at Southwell in late July and is feared most if coping with the stiffer test. A Place Apart and Lough Salt can't be discounted in their current form either.

A chance is taken on DUKE OF LUCKLEY's stamina now stepping up to 3m for the first time. Last-time-out C&D scorer Do No Wrong will be a danger if he can string good runs together for a change. Boagrius and A Place Apart are others to consider in a race where a case of sorts can be made for most.

Although this will be his first attempt at 3m, DUKE OF LUCKLEY (nap) is well worth chancing.

Not yet found his best this summer and behind Elios d'Or when fifth on chasing debut.
LTO Selection:

17:50 Uttoxeter Handicap Chase (Class 4) 16f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

FRINGILL DIKE proved a different proposition in first-time blinkers when scoring on his chase debut at Hexham in May and may maintain his unbeaten record over fences if in a similar mood. The Jedd O'Keeffe-trained gelding does have a 9lb rise to contend with, though, which gives some hope to Getaway Luv and Elios D'Or. The in-form pair are likely be on the scene once more, although the returning Fearless shouldn't be far away if at the same level as his second-placed effort at Perth last July and could emerge as the chief threat.

GETAWAY LUV has returned to his best in this headgear combination of late and earns preference ahead of Fringill Dike, who was a stylish winner in first-time blinkers on his chase debut in May and is greatly respected, despite going up 9 lb. Fearless could have a part to play if all is well following a 13-month absence but Elios d'Or looks vulnerable in what is a stronger race than the one he landed at Worcester last time.

A competitive event can go to GETAWAY LUV, in fine form in this combination of aids.

(4) Mr Tambourine Man 25/1, Fairly useful hurdler at best but all 3 efforts this season have been pretty tame, so plenty to prove.

LTO Selection:

18:20 Uttoxeter Handicap Hurdle (Class 3) 20f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 3 race.

This can go the way of SACCHOANDVANZETTI, who made a highly encouraging start to life in Britain when runner-up over shorter at Southwell in July. He may be winless since November 2019 but this appeals as an ideal opportunity, with the consistent City Derby and Bangor-on-Dee second Presenting Pete looking best placed to chase him home. A winner over C&D in July, One Touch has the form to get involved also.

SACCHOANDVANZETTI shaped like the best horse at the weights when runner-up on stable debut at Southwell last time and, with the return to this trip unlikely to be an issue, he's marginally preferred to Chaos Control, who should be well suited by this extra distance. One Touch is also considered.

Although he has to prove his stamina, SACCHOANDVANZETTI is still given the vote after a good effort on stable debut.

LTO Selection:

18:50 Uttoxeter Handicap Hurdle (Class 4) 16f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

AMBASSADOR picked up where he left off when scoring comfortably over C&D for new connections in July and, despite a 2lb rise, the hat-trick looks very much on the cards for the six-year-old. Narrowly denied on his last two starts, Enthused deserves a change in luck and this track could suit, while Rock On Harry is another who arrives in top form following an easy victory in a maiden at Market Rasen earlier in the month.

A chance is taken on OSLO, who finished with running left when sixth on his return from a lengthy absence at Bangor last month. Rock On Harry and Enthused rate the principal dangers.

Perhaps fortunate to have escaped with just a 1lb rise for his clearcut maiden win 24 days ago, ROCK ON HARRY can follow up.

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

Let It Shine ran well when third at Worcester last month, beaten three lengths at the line after being caught flat-footed two out and then running on strongly, and he is one of many who look likely to appreciate the longer trip here. LIGHTENING GESTURE has a similar profile and ran perhaps his best race yet at Bangor when a two-length fourth on his first start since February, staying on well and suggesting this distance will see him in a better light. Skeeter Park and Roxboro Road as others to consider.

ALBERIC has made the frame on his last 3 starts and, having dropped to a career-low mark, he can get back to winning ways returned to this shorter distance. Benny Silver remains with potential upped in trip for his handicap debut and is feared most, ahead of Skeeter Park.

After an improved display last time, LET IT SHINE can benefit from the step up in trip.

Absent since March but claims in this with left-handed course a help; cheekpieces on.

19:50 Uttoxeter Handicap Hurdle (Class 5) 20f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

BLUEBELLA was going well enough to suggest she may have had a say in the when finish falling at the last at Worcester last month and, as that followed a win and two second places, she could go close today off the same mark. Ranco was value for further than the margin of victory after his jockey mistook the winning post when he scored at Worcester and he can go well again, along with Happy Index, who should be staying on well once again.

An interesting race for the grade, with BLUEBELLA fancied to resume her progress if none the worse for a late tumble at Worcester last time. Valentine Getaway produced an encouraging effort over a trip that stretched her last time, so is respected back down in grade, with Ten Past Midnight, Ranco and Happy Index others to consider in a tightly-knit affair.

A competitive race could go to JACKS ORCHARD, who should benefit from a left-handed track.
