14:00 Salisbury Handicap (Class 6) 6f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

A highly encouraging third on his return here over 7f recently, BEAU JARDINE encounters similar conditions to when he was successful over C&D last summer and he obviously goes well for Shariq Mohd. Not beaten far on her last two starts over shorter, Willingly is a key player for in-form connections, along with San Francisco Bay, who was a progressive sort last season and returned with a creditable effort for fourth at Lingfield.

SAN FRANCISO BAY is not fully exposed and with his reappearance under his belt, is fancied to take a step forward. Big Bard returns from a break on a workable mark returned to turf and is a definite threat, with Beau Jardine also considered.

Willingly has a lot in her favour and has run solid races in defeat the last twice, but BEAU JARDINE is marginally preferred.

14:30 Salisbury Handicap (Class 3) 14f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 3 race.

CIRCUIT BREAKER caught the eye on his first start for new connections when rallying late in the day for third in a higher-grade race at Kempton. The son of Nathaniel has won on soft ground before and is preferred to the improving Rathgar, who has only been raised 2lb for a determined success at Goodwood. A winner twice over hurdles towards the end of 2023, including in Listed company, Pawapuri must be noted on her return to the level.

A good-quality staying handicap with the vote going to PAWAPURI, who was on the up when last racing on the level for William Haggas and she's since won twice over hurdles for another excellent stable. Duke of Verona and Kyle of Lochalsh showed enough on their respective reappearance to warrant serious consideration.

The old boy TORCELLO (nap) has a very solid record in staying handicaps when there's soft or heavy in the ground description.

15:00 Salisbury Stakes (Class 4) 5f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

Related to some classy sprinters and a half-sister to the stable's 2000 Guineas winner Chaldean, valuable newcomer KASSAYA is bred for the job and she can strike in this intriguing novice stakes. A half-brother to speedster Tis Marvellous, Mythical Composer should know his job first time out, while Pont Neuf looks the pick of those with experience after a taking debut success at Kempton. Amerjeet has let down favourite-backers twice, but cannot be ruled out.

Two thirds newcomers, and KASSAYA makes a whole lot of appeal, being a half-sister to several winners, including Chaldean, and fetching 1M gns as a foal. Megalithic is another interesting newcomer, while Pont Neuf should go well even under a penalty.

This could be a hot novice. MYTHICAL COMPOSER is bred to be quick and precocious. Kassaya is a half-siser to Chaldean.

15:30 Salisbury Handicap (Class 6) 6f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

MONKEY MISS was an impressive winner at Bath 10 days ago and a 6lb penalty might not be enough to prevent Daniel and Claire Kubler's filly from repeating the feat. Miss Stormy Night shaped with promise when finishing third at the Somerset venue last month and she is one for the shortlist, with further improvement likely. Dame Darcey has been running with a certain degree of credit on the all-weather and she could progress now switched to turf.

MISS STORMY NIGHT is still unexposed and shaped nicely when third at Bath last time, so she's worth taking a chance on with this extra distance bound to suit. Monkey Miss scored at the same track last time, so she's the main danger under a penalty, although Irish-raider Layoftheland warrants close attention in the betting.

The penalised MONKEY MISS looked an improved filly in striding clear at Bath and she can follow up.

16:00 Salisbury Stakes (Class 4) 10f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

Master Builder struck the woodwork on his Windsor debut and must rank highly among the contenders here, but a chance can be taken on BYE BYE SALAM. The son of Frankel, a 450,000gns purchase, looks a likely type on paper and he can continue his yard's fine run of form. Signalman must be of interest now upped in trip, while Kingkeer, who made an encouraging introduction despite being slowly away at Windsor, can also get involved.

MASTER BUILDER made a promising start to his career when finding only one with the benefit of experience too strong at Windsor 17 days ago, so he is taken to open his account with improvement to come. He can get the better of Bye Bye Salam, who appeals on paper and makes his debut with his yard going well, while Signalman is also one to consider.

Bye Bye Salam could be dangerous but MASTER BUILDER is taken to go one better than on his promising debut at Windsor.

16:32 Salisbury Stakes (Class 4) 10f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

Ralph Beckett looks to hold a strong hand and his Oxford Comma is taken to go well on the back of a creditable third over 7f at Newmarket on debut. Beautifully-bred 500,000gns purchase Faifa is respected most of the newcomers, but the verdict is for CATCH THE LIGHT. She hasn't been seen since making her debut at Ascot last September, but is entitled to have improved plenty from two to three years and she represents an in-form yard.

This can go to OXFORD COMMA, who showed plenty of ability when third in a back-end Newmarket novice last year and Ralph Beckett's filly should have lots more to offer now tackling middle distances. John & Thady Gosden send out a couple of debutantes and they both warrant considerable respect.

A novice race likely to produce winners. OXFORD COMMA ran a hugely promising first race last season and this is more her trip.

17:02 Salisbury Handicap (Class 5) 12f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

CRACKER STAR fared best of those ridden patiently when runner-up over 1m2f at Lingfield on his penultimate start, prior to pulling clear with the winner when runner-up over this trip at Kempton, and sporting cheekpieces for the first time, he can earn a breakthrough victory. East India Dock finished an encouraging second over 1m2f at Yarmouth and warrants respect upped just 2lb for that performance. War Director merits consideration on his handicap bow.

Preference is for EAST INDIA DOCK, who continued his progress when only narrowly denied by a fellow improver on his handicap debut at Yarmouth 16 days ago. He can get off the mark as he goes up in trip, with Cracker Star heading the list of potential dangers, ahead of the hat-trick seeking Spartan Warrior.

Spartan Warrior scraped home on Tuesday. EAST INDIA DOCK looks the alternative on turf form but Sir Mark Prescott has Warmonger
