13:22 Naas Maiden 7f  Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

CELTIC MOTIF ran a nice race to finish third on debut at the Curragh earlier this month and might be able to go two places better. A 225,000-euro Goffs Orby Sale purchase, the Saxon Warrior bay is likely to come on plenty for that initial effort. The same can be said for many others, with the Ballydoyle duo of Medici Venus (first-time blinkers) and Garden Of Eden cases in point. Fitzroy Gardens made all to win a barrier trial at Dundalk last month and the Donnacha O'Brien-trained bay is of definite interest. Pleasant Dawn has two solid efforts to her name and should be suited by this step up in trip, while others of note are eyecatching Leopardstown fourth Twolatebabydoll, Johnny Murtagh's Shelbiana and debutants Study The Lady and Midnight Horizon.

CELTIC MOTIF shaped with encouragement when third on debut at the Curragh (7f) 15 days ago and, open to improvement, she gets the nod to build on that effort and make it second time lucky. Now was another who produced a promising first effort and is feared, along with Twolatebabydoll. Shelbiana and Deressa are other likely improvers.

Celtic Motif holds leading form claims but barrier trial winner FITZROY GARDENS may just have her measure

13:57 Naas Maiden 6f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

GRANDE MARQUES and Oxford Rock are the standout names here, with preference for the Fozzy Stack-trained former. Seventh of 21 in the valuable Ballyhane Stakes over C&D earlier this month, the Starspangledbanner chestnut should appreciate this drop in class. Oxford Rock has also been performing at a much higher level of late, finishing seventh in the Queen Mary at Royal Ascot on her penultimate start. She occupied the same position in Listed company at Tipperary last month and it will come as no surprise if she manages to make the breakthrough. Debutants Dramatic and Revoke both warrant respect, while Say Yes To Dreams, Cold Hearted and Jaliyah are others capable of making an impact.

Aidan O'Brien's well-related newcomer DRAMATIC fetched no less than 1,500,000 dollars so is fancied to make a winning start at the chief expense of fairly useful duo Oxford Rock and Grande Marques who both have their sights lowered and can chase home the selection in that order. Ger Lyons' debutante Revoke is another to consider along with Say Yes To Dreams.

The Harrington runner COLD HEARTED showed plenty of promise over C&D in April and had an excuse when a disappointing favourite latest

14:32 Naas Maiden 6f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

Stepping up an additional furlong can see Navan runner-up RION RUBETTE open her account at the second attempt. Despite being sent off 100/1 for that initial outing, the Michael Butler-trained filly travelled particularly well through that race before producing a smart turn of foot to lead inside the final furlong. Although reeled in close home, the daughter of New Bay kept on nicely. On her breeding, she should be better over this longer distance. Rebel Diamond sets a fair standard off a mark of 85. Although a beaten favourite at Sligo recently, the colt is better judged on his previous effort when second in a stronger race at Leopardstown. C&D third No Return will find this easier having contested a Group 3 race at the Curragh last month.

NO RETURN remains with plenty of potential down in class and can open his account. Rebel Diamond surely has races in him, while Rion Rubette exceeded expectations when second at Navan first time up and seems sure to improve.

Several with chances, slight preference for the lightly-weighted RION RUBETTE, narrowly denied in a similar Navan contest recently

15:07 Naas Group 3 6f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

A winner over C&D last month, the David O'Meara-trained NIGHTEYES can make another successful Irish raid. The three-year-old daughter of Night Of Thunder has ben progressing steadily in the sprinting ranks since finishing sixth at York on her reappearance. As a very lightly-raced filly from a highly-respected yard, the Paddy Twomey-trained Firebird has to be given serious consideration. Second on her racecourse debut for previous connections, the Lope De Vega filly has barely had to come out of a canter to win her two starts since arriving in this country. Over The Blues has a bit to find with the selection on their run at this track but Patrick Foley's filly was having just her third ever start. She could be capable of better given the benefit of that experience.

NIGHTEYES has improved with each start this season, resuming winning ways in taking style in a C&D listed contest 32 days ago. David O'Meara's filly is very much of interest again at this level and can prove tough to contain again. Fellow 3-y-o Firebird looks worthy of her place at this level and is feared, along with Pink Crystal and Over The Blues.

Decisive C&D Listed winner Nighteyes is the obvious one but DANCE NIGHT ANDDAY didn't get the best of runs then and is preferred

15:42 Naas Handicap 5f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

Dropping into the bottom grade for the first time in over two years could well see MYMOMENTINTIME register just the second win of his career. The Susan Finn-trained five-year-old has run with credit in much stronger races of late, so should certainly appreciate this much easier assignment. With a middle draw, jockey Billy Lee has the option of switching to either side, depending on where the pace proves to be. Recent Cork winner Ginormous has been raised 8lb but should still prove competitive for Micky Fenton. The former Classic-winning rider has his small string in excellent form at the present time. Lady Daar might prove better suited to an additional furlong and if they go hard in front, the Gavin Cromwell-trained three-year-old will be finishing strongly.

LIVINGSTON RANGE lurks on a tempting mark and gets the vote in a difficult handicap to unravel. Mymomentintime, Cork winner Ginormous and Art of Unity are other players.

Old boy ART OF UNITY hit form around this time last year and will be better for last month's fifth at Bellewstown; any ease would help

16:17 Naas Handicap 10f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

First-time cheekpieces and a slight drop in trip could see DABOYA make a winning start in handicaps. Having shaped with promise when fifth on her racecourse debut at Gowran Park in April, the Dermot Weld-trained filly backed that up when runner-up at that same venue next time. A beaten favourite when stepped up in trip at Limerick on her third outing, the daughter of Gleneagles will be more at home back at this intermediate distance. Hasten Slowly, a winner over hurdles at Tramore earlier this month, has to be of interest reverting to the Flat and John McConnell's four-year-old arrives here in the form of her life. Vivacious Lady, who shaped with definite promise on her handicap debut at Leopardstown, is another that holds leading claims for her in-form team.

HASTEN SLOWLY was going the right way on the Flat prior to opening her account over hurdles and, back in this sphere, she looks the one to beat. Quiz Test arrives on the back of a solid showing and should be on the premises again, while Red Trail can get involved if the pace is strong.

It could be worth taking a chance on the unexposed VIVACIOUS LADY, who caught the eye staying on under considerate handling last time

16:52 Naas Handicap 10f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

Ger O'Leary has his string in fine form and YOU OWE ME MONEY may be able to strike now dropping into this grade. The Awtaad filly has been running consistently and it was a solid effort to finish fourth at Gowran when she was last seen in early June. Any rain will help and this looks a good trip for her. Miss Paloma has won two from three since joining Henry de Bromhead and has to be respected. Robyn Donaghue-Leahy claims 7lb in this race, which is a help. Mooretown Lad is only 3lb higher than when winning at Leopardstown and is another who has to come into the mix.

MOORETOWN LAD picked up well to open his account at Leopardstown on just his second handicap outing and there should be more in the locker, so he's preferred to fellow last-time-out winner Miss Paloma. Newfire also makes the shortlist.

The unexposed ABBEY ACTRESS did well to come from a long way back at Galway to take third and should relish this longer trip

17:27 Naas Handicap 10f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

A drop back in trip may help SEE ME THROUGH. He weakened in the closing stages over a mile and a half at Ballinrobe last month having been in fine form over shorter trips previously. He was eased 3lb in the recent readjustments by the handicapper. Johnny Murtagh saddles the top- and bottom-weights in this and both have chances. Shayzann is tried in a hood now after two big runs recently, but does have to give a chunk of weight away to his rivals. Thor's Hammer steps up a bit in trip now. He missed the kick and had to work to get to the front at Galway last time. This small field may suit.

THOR'S HAMMER has been crying out for this sort of trip and can land the spoils in the finale. Stable companion Shayzann and See Me Through should also go well.

The booking of Declan McDonogh for THOR'S HAMMER (nap) is intriguing and his premier handicap third at the Curragh is strong form
