150/1(-50%) | (14) Share The Treasure 150/1, Once-raced filly. 200/1, fifteenth of 16 in maiden at the Curragh (7f, soft) on debut 9 days ago. Reported to be in season after finishing in rear on debut, 200-1 chance on that occasion. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||

10/1(-25%) | (7) Go Girl Go 10/1, Once-raced filly. 5/1, second of 8 in maiden at Navan (5.8f, good to soft) on debut 49 days ago. Up in trip. Went close first time out at Navan, this looks like a stronger maiden but could go well. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.
HARBOUR GEM made a promising debut over a mile at Thurles earlier this month and, given normal improvement, should go close. The Barry Fitzgerald-trained filly had fellow newcomer Gushing six lengths back in fourth and the form received a boost when runner-up Alpheratz scored in good style at Gowran on Tuesday. Fleur De Chine also made an encouraging start over this trip at Naas in the maiden won by Kitty Rose and the form of that race has worked out particularly well since with the winner going on to land a Listed race and the second, fourth and seventh all winning maidens next time out. She looks a big threat if handling this much softer ground. Flight Of Fancy and Go Girl Go are others to consider along with a list of interesting newcomers including Azada, Bizarre Dreams and Ocean Diamond.
HARBOUR GEM shaped well amidst greenness when third of 8 in maiden (13/2) at Thurles and is bound to come on plenty for that. He sets the standard as well so gets the vote over Flight of Fancy and Fleur de Chine, who also showed ability first-time out.
With the Harrington team in form, FLEUR DE CHINE can be fancied to build on her debut fifth at Naas

2nd (11) (33/1 -65%) South Pole |
33/1(-65%) | (11) South Pole 33/1, Tenth of 12 in maiden at Navan (8f, soft, 7/2) on debut 17 days ago. Blinkers quickly reached for. Cost 650,000gns a yearling, blinkered now after making a low-key introduction at Navan. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
3rd (6) (2.25/1 -29%) Master Of The Hunt |
2.25/1(-29%) | (6) Master Of The Hunt 2.25/1, Promising individual. 4/11, third of 5 in maiden at Listowel (7.1f, soft) 32 days ago. That was a shade disappointing given his debut promise but blinkers are now on and he remains capable of better. Very much the one to beat. Third to top-class Henry Longfellow, flopped at Listowel, blinkered now, may make amends. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
4th (12) (2.5/1 +29%) Spoken Truth |
2.5/1(+29%) | (12) Spoken Truth 2.5/1, Foaled April 18. Frankel colt. Brother to very smart winner up to 1m Homeless Songs and half-brother to smart winner up to 1¼m Reve de Vol. Lot to like on paper. Noteworthy as a brother to the trainer's Irish 1,000 Guineas winner Homeless Songs. |

|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
7th (10) (13/2 +35%) Shamsuddin |
13/2(+35%) | (10) Shamsuddin 13/2, Stepped up on debut run when second of 10 in maiden at Punchestown (8f, good to soft, 11/2) 38 days ago. Has an edge over Rocking Tree on Punchestown form but that rival seems to have improved. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
8th (1) (40/1 -150%) Auguste Lumiere |
40/1(-150%) | (1) Auguste Lumiere 40/1, Thrice-raced colt. Fourth of 13 in maiden (16/1) at the Curragh (6f, soft) 14 days ago. Three Curragh runs at different trips, looked in need of further when trying 6f on latest. |

Dam 7f (at 2 yrs) to 1½m (Ribblesdale Stakes) winner. Dam won the Ribblesdale/half-sister to Group 1 winners Power and Curvy, in good hands. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
10th (5) (33/1 +34%) Hemight |
33/1(+34%) | (5) Hemight 33/1, Foaled March 4. Zoffany colt. Half-brother to useful winner up to 12.5f Replenish. Dam 2-y-o 5f winner out of very smart 5.5f-1m winner Miss Satamixa. Half-brother to a four-time French winner, dam a 5f AW winner by Cape Cross. |
The chart reads from right to left to today's race.
SHAMSUDDIN took a good step forward from his Curragh debut when beating all bar Ocean Conquest at Punchestown earlier this month with Rocking Tree over four lengths back in fourth. The latter has since gone close at Navan and hopefully Johnny Murtagh's charge can cope with these much softer conditions. Master Of The Hunt shaped well on debut when third behind smart stablemate Henry Longfellow at the Curragh but having failed at long odds-on in Listowel, is now fitted with blinkers. Guildenstern also made a bright start in a Curragh maiden but subsequently struggled on soft ground. Spoken Truth catches the eye on pedigree being a brother to Homeless Songs, while Autumn Winter and Ocean Manifest are others to consider on debut.
It was a little disappointing to see MASTER OF THE HIUNT fail to land the odds at Listowel given the way he shaped on debut but his leading yard apply blinkers and there should be plenty more to come. He can make amends with newcomers feared most in the shape of Spoken Truth and Autumn Winter, the latter a stablemate of the selection.
It may be worth taking a chance on GUILDENSTERN who chased home the talented Diego Velasquez before contesting the Goffs Million

1st (3) (5/2 +69%) Sli Na Ghealai |
5/2(+69%) | (3) Sli Na Ghealai 5/2, Made the most of a good opportunity in 8-runner maiden at Down Royal (7f, good to firm) 43 days ago, driven clear. Opening mark could have been kinder, though. Won a Down Royal maiden over 7f last time; the ground was good then but has handled soft. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
2nd (4) (5/2 +17%) Basilah Bear |
5/2(+17%) | (4) Basilah Bear 5/2, Improved to get off the mark in 13-runner nursery at Naas (8f, good to soft, 3/1) 37 days ago, cosily. Hit with 8 lb rise but may do better still. Off the mark in a Naas 1m nursery last time; raised 8lb for that; has handled soft ground. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
3rd (2) (10/3 -21%) Sun Never Sets |
10/3(-21%) | (2) Sun Never Sets 10/3, Off the mark in 6-runner nursery (2/1) at Bellewstown (7.6f, heavy) 23 days ago, digging deep. Ought to give another good account. Off the mark in a Bellewstown nursery on heavy; up 4lb but same rider aboard and solid. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
4th (5) (6/1 -9%) Tai Tam Bay |
6/1(-9%) | (5) Tai Tam Bay 6/1, Creditable fourth of 14 in nursery at Dundalk (7f, 7/1) 15 days ago. Should remain competitive. Placed in nurseries at Cork and Dundalk last twice; handles this ground so a chance. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
5th (1) (9/2 -125%) Glamorously |
9/2(-125%) | (1) Glamorously 9/2, Very much going the right way now, following up her Navan win in 13-runner nursery at Naas (5.9f) last week. Fancied to complete the hat-trick. Won the Birdcatcher nursery at Naas a week ago; up 7lb and this new trip is a question. |
The chart reads from right to left to today's race.
A small but competitive field with all bar one of the quintet having won last time out and perhaps GLAMOROUSLY can complete a hat-trick. The daughter of Mehmas hails from a yard in top form at present and should be suited by this step up in trip after needing every yard of the six furlongs at Naas last weekend. She's proven on testing ground and is now reunited with 10lb claimer Keithen Kennedy who was aboard when successful previously at Navan. Sun Never Sets overcame the inconvenience of a slipped saddle when successful on heavy ground at Bellewstown last month, while Sli Na Ghealai has form on various ground conditions and now tackles handicap company for the first time after making all over this trip at Down Royal.
GLAMOROUSLY has been transformed by blinkers and looks up to completing the hat-trick. Sun Never Sets showed a gutsy attitude to open her account at Bellewstown recently and is narrowly preferred to fellow last-time-out scorer Basilah Bear for the forecast spot.
SUN NEVER SETS scored snugly at Bellewstown on testing ground and has those conditions again today, so is selected.

1st (1) (2/1 -33%) Atlantic Coast |
2/1(-33%) | (1) Atlantic Coast 2/1, Promising sort who made a winning debut in a Curragh maiden (7f) in August and acquitted himself with credit when third of 7 to Diego Velazquez in Group 2 over 1m here 6 weeks ago. That experience won't have been wasted on him and big player with prospect of more to come. Has a leading chance on his Group 2 third to Diego Velasquez with the smart Deepone fourth. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
2nd (2) (11/2 +66%) Bright Stripes |
11/2(+66%) | (2) Bright Stripes 11/2, Thrice-raced winner. Won 14-runner maiden (4/9) at Naas (7f, good to soft) 37 days ago, driven out. Cheekpieces on 1st time. Should have more to offer but this understandably more demanding. Odds-on Naas maiden winner after third in a valuable sales race, faces a stiff task here. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
3rd (5) (5/4 +34%) Military |
5/4(+34%) | (5) Military 5/4, Promising individual. 9/4, 2¾ lengths fourth of 12 to Alyanaabi in Somerville Tattersall Stakes at Newmarket (7f, good to firm) 23 days ago. Highly likely there's more to come on the back of just 2 starts and shortlisted here. Naas winner on debut, should go close on the evidence of fourth in Group 3 at Newmarket. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
4th (3) (12/1 +25%) Gloucester |
12/1(+25%) | (3) Gloucester 12/1, Fairly useful colt. 2 wins from 6 runs this year. Latest win at Fairyhouse in September. 8/1, good fifth of 13 in nursery at Naas (5.9f, soft) 7 days ago. Claims of hitting the frame again. Two wins to his name including a nursery, 93 rating leaves him with plenty to find. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
5th (7) (12/1 +0%) Sluice |
12/1(+0%) | (7) Sluice 12/1, 50,000 gns foal, Starspangledbanner filly. 4/1, got career off to the perfect start when winning 10-runner maiden at Down Royal (7f, soft) on debut 26 days ago, readily. Sure to improve. Handled heavy ground when winning first time out at Down Royal, number two for stable. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
6th (6) (28/1 -12%) The Caribbean |
28/1(-12%) | (6) The Caribbean 28/1, Fairly useful colt. Career best when winning 4-runner minor event at Cork (7f, good to firm, 9/2) 45 days ago, suited by emphasis on speed. Yard look to hold stronger claims with Military here, however. No shortage of experience but looks inferior to less exposed stablemate Military. |
The chart reads from right to left to today's race.
MILITARY was backed as if defeat was out of the question on debut at Naas and duly landed cramped odds in decisive fashion. The Siyouni colt was then stepped up in class to tackle a Group 3 at Newmarket and the form of that race looks solid as the winner and third went on to fill the places behind City Of Troy in the Dewhurst Stakes last Saturday. The likely extreme ground conditions is a question mark about a number of these including Atlantic Coast who has a similar profile to the selection having won a Curragh maiden on debut before finishing third to Diego Velazquez in a Group 2 here on Irish Champions Weekend. Instant Appeal likes to race prominently and opened his account last time when beating Starliner (won since) at Gowran, while Sluice handled this ground when scoring on debut at Down Royal. Bright Stripes finished well in the valuable Ballyhane Stakes before returning to Naas when landing the odds last month.
A winner on debut at the Curragh, ATLANTIC COAST ran at least as well when third in Group 2 company over 1m here 6 weeks ago. That experience won't have been wasted on him and he can make a bold bid to resume winning ways. Military is a similarly progressive juvenile and rates the chief danger, ahead of Instant Appeal who is also expected to step up further.
Third behind two Ballydoyle-trained colts in a 1m Group 2 event at this venue ATLANTIC COAST may take the measure of Military

1st (3) (10/11 +34%) Grosvenor Square |
10/11(+34%) | (3) Grosvenor Square 10/11, Galileo colt who hit the line powerfully when making a winning debut in a Galway maiden (8.5f) last month and encouragingly built on that 11 days on when third in the Group 2 Beresford Stakes (1m) 4 weeks ago. Step up to 9f a plus and big player with prospect of more to come. Won on soft at Galway, second-best of stable's trio in Beresford Stakes, strong chance. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
2nd (1) (13/2 +7%) Cambridge |
13/2(+7%) | (1) Cambridge 13/2, Dubawi colt who confirmed debut promise in determined fashion when landing 12-runner Salisbury novice (1m) 44 days ago, game when tackled. This tougher but highly likely there's more to come representing powerful connections. Won a novice event at Salisbury on good-to-firm last month, Roscommon third was on soft. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
3rd (7) (7/2 +53%) Zaphod |
7/2(+53%) | (7) Zaphod 7/2, €56,000 foal, Zarak gelding. Won 9-runner maiden (15/2) at Tipperary (9f, heavy) on debut 20 days ago, flashing tail but soon clear. Sure to improve. A lot more on his plate than when winning at Tipperary but the going will not be an issue. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
4th (5) (6/1 -33%) Naval Force |
6/1(-33%) | (5) Naval Force 6/1, 75,000 gns yearling, Churchill gelding. Won 5-runner maiden at Killarney (8.1f, heavy, 13/2) on debut 21 days ago, getting the better of one with experience final 1f. Should do better again. Beat two Aidan O'Brien-trained colts in a 1m maiden at Killarney, may hold his own. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
5th (2) (33/1 +0%) Gibbs Island |
33/1(+0%) | (2) Gibbs Island 33/1, Thrice-raced winner. Improved a little more when landing 19-runner maiden at the Curragh (1m, heavy) 27 days ago, digging deep. Even longer trip here shouldn't inconvenience him but further progress needed upped to group company. Finished 1 3/4l behind Cambridge at Roscommon, won in testing conditions at the Curragh. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
6th (6) (12/1 +25%) Spanish Flame |
12/1(+25%) | (6) Spanish Flame 12/1, Lightly-raced winner. 2 wins from 5 runs this year. Latest win at Tipperary in July. Fourth of 6 in minor event (13/2) at Listowel (8f, soft) 32 days ago. Yard in good form. Both wins were on good, soft ground is a concern on the evidence of tame Listowel run. |
The chart reads from right to left to today's race.
NAVAL FORCE made a pleasing start when successful over a mile at Killarney last month and the form of that race received a timely boost when the third, The Euphrates, won at Gowran Park on Tuesday. The Churchill gelding finished strongly and should be suited by this extra furlong. The same remark applies to Grosvenor Square who won a Galway maiden on debut and again put in his best work at the finish when third to Deepone in the Group 2 Beresford Stakes at the Curragh. Look At The Stars took a big step forward from his debut when relishing heavy ground at the Listowel Festival last month, while these conditions will also hold no fears for Zaphod who stayed on really strongly when making an impressive debut over this trip at Tipperary.
GROSVENOR SQUARE impressed when landing a Galway maiden on debut last month and encouragingly built on that upped markedly in class 11 days later when third in the Group 2 Beresford Stakes at the Curragh 4 weeks ago. Open to further improvement now his stamina is tested further, he looks sure to play a big part. Naval Force and Cambridge head the dangers, whilst Ezeliya, the only filly in the line-up shouldn't be underestimated either.
Aidan O'Brien has a relatively poor recent record this race but his Beresford Stakes third GROSVENOR SQUARE(nap) sets a decent standard

40/1(-60%) | (9) Masaiya 40/1, Twice-raced filly. Tongue strap on for 1st time, sixth of 7 in maiden (40/1) at Cork (8f, good to firm) 45 days ago. Is probably going to need further and is more likely a future handicap prospect. |

11th (7) (20/1 -25%) Gleaning |
20/1(-25%) | (7) Gleaning 20/1, 17/2 and blinkered, sixth of 8 in maiden at Thurles (8f, soft) on debut 16 days ago. Did not show a great deal on debut at Thurles, Andromeda is the stable's number one here. |

12th (4) (250/1 -25%) Edella |
250/1(-25%) | (4) Edella 250/1, Last of 10 in maiden at Punchestown (8f, good to soft, 250/1) 38 days ago, very slowly away. Safe to rule out following runs over 6f at Naas and 1m at Punchestown, last both times. |
The chart reads from right to left to today's race.
ANDROMEDA has filled the runner-up spot on both previous outings with cut in the ground and is taken to open her account at the third attempt. The Galileo filly beat all bar odds-on stablemate and subsequent Group 1 winner Opera Singer on debut over C&D and was only collared in the closing stages subsequently at Tipperary with Camelot Alexander over five lengths behind. There is very little to choose between Whisper A Prayer and Higher Leaves on their running behind Ezeliya over this trip at Cork. The Henry de Bromhead-trained filly finished well from off the pace when making her debut in that race and should have scope for further improvement. Sara Valentina, Realt Na Ri and Cheeky Wink are three newcomers to note in the market.
The return to 1m will help ANDROMEDA and given she already sets a pretty good standard, she rates the percentage call. Elizabeth Jane is bred to make up into a useful 3-y-o but she can still make her presence felt on debut, with Higher Leaves another to consider.
Despite the doubt raised by her Tipperary defeat ANDROMEDA is the clear pick by virtue of her second to Opera Singer at the Curragh

KINESIOLOGY made little impression after a slow start on debut at Killarney in July but was prominent throughout the following month when making Chief Little Rock work hard to land prohibitive odds over this C&D. The winner has been placed on both outings since including when runner-up to Deepone in the Group 2 Beresford Stakes. Invention never really got involved on debut in the 1m1f Curragh maiden won in impressive fashion by Illinois but did come home well and looks sure to benefit from the experience. Vestigia handled soft ground when just denied in a Curragh nursery and could progress further over this extra furlong, while riding arrangements suggest Ocean Of Dreams may prove the pick of a trio of well-bred newcomers from Ballydoyle.
KINESIOLOGY was nicely clear of the rest when runner-up over C&D in August and given that race worked out, he's very much the one to beat. Invention will have derived plenty from his debut and could be open to a lot of improvement, with Blackpool one of a trio of likely-looking Aidan O'Brien newcomers.
KINESIOLOGY has the experience of two runs to fall back on, notably a close second to a Group-placed colt over C&D last time.

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.
NOBLE ANTHEM won the first leg of this series over a similar trip at Naas in August before finishing second to Fair Damsel over 1m4f in the second leg at the Curragh. There's no doubt he should have won on the latter occasion as well when his rider eased down well before the line and he can make amends over this more suitable trip. Fair Damsel was second under Colin Keane in a handicap at Gowran on Monday and relishes testing ground so looks a big player again. Adhuil also went close at Gowran on Monday when second over an extended 1m1f and the horse that beat him followed up back at the Kilkenny venue the following afternoon.
NOBLE ANTHEM looked set to win at the Curragh before being eased prematurely by this rider. He is unlikely to make the same error again
