Any market support for debutants Kalahari Blue and Green Ace must be respected, but SOLDIER'S HEART rates as the most solid proposition. The Havana Grey colt found only subsequent Coventry Stakes fifth Al Qudra too strong on his introduction over 6f at Lingfield earlier this month. This drop in trip should suit and a breakthrough victory could be on the cards. Invincible Song makes most appeal of the remainder with race experience.
SOLDIER'S HEART chased home one who ran well in the Coventry on his Lingfield debut and should take a bit of stopping unless the betting vibes are strong surrounding one of the newcomers. Kalahari Blue has a useful pedigree and gets a tentative vote for the forecast spot before any betting clues are known.
This can go to SOLDIER'S HEART who showed plenty of promise when a clear second on his Lingfield debut.

Road To Wembley was thwarted in his hat-trick bid when third at Southwell last time out. Richard Hughes' inmate is also a further 4lb higher in the ratings and he may prove vulnerable once more. With that in mind, it could be worth taking a punt on the downgraded COOL LEGEND, who will appreciate a return to this distance, more so in these calmer waters. Handicap debutant Pure Of Heart arrives here on a fair mark and she also enters calculations.
ROAD TO WEMBLEY has been freshened up since losing his unbeaten handicap record at Southwell in April and is taken to resume his progression. Cool Legend should find this a little easier than the handicaps he's contested at the York Dante and Epsom Derby meetings and is second choice ahead of David Simcock handicap newcomer Lord Chamberlain.
The vote goes to COOL LEGEND whose sixth of 12 in a 0-100 contest at Epsom on Derby Day was probably better than it looked.

Having built on his promising reappearance third at Windsor in April with a victory the following month at Lingfield, PREMIERE LIGNE looks one to keep the right side of. A 4lb rise in the ratings looks on the lenient side and the five-year-old is taken to complete a double. Robusto and Lexington Knight aren't easily dismissed in their current form either.
MR FREEDOM was pulled up in the Swinton Hurdle at Haydock last time but Sheena West's 5-y-o, who did really well on the Flat last year, is not the type to stay down for long. He's selected ahead of last month's Lingfield scorer Premiere Ligne and Lexington Knight..
The choice is MR FREEDOM who has been busy over hurdles since October, but who completed a hat-trick on the Flat this time last year.

Open Secret could only manage fourth on his handicap debut at Doncaster, but he has to be considered now in maiden company with a top rating of 78 in this contest. However, TACTICIAN could improve past him. Andrew Balding's colt has finished fifth on each of his two starts to date and he kept on at one pace over an extended 1m3f at Yarmouth, suggesting this step up in trip would be a good move. Story Horse is another to consider.
OPEN SECRET put up a fair showing for a long way in a decent-looking 3-y-o handicap over this trip at Doncaster 3 weeks ago and could be the way to go back in a maiden with a promising 7 lb claimer taking over. Tactician can improve over this longer trip and looks the big danger.
This looks a good opportunity for OPEN SECRET who should find this easier than the 0-100 handicap he contested last time.

Swindon boasts an appealing profile after filling the runner-up spot at Chepstow and it would be no surprise to see him get involved off an opening mark of 84 now up in trip. However, the vote goes to the more battle-hardened GET THE MUSIC ON. Clive Cox's filly bounced back when only denied by a head at Kempton and she is just 2lb higher for that effort. If she remains in the same form, she could prove hard to beat. Dashinwhitesargent isn't out of it either.
DASHINWHITESARGENT upped his game at Epsom on handicap debut and looks the sort to go on progressing, so he's marginally preferred to American Bay who looks capable of better. Get The Music On is another big player if fully effective on turf.
This can go to handicap debutant SWINDON (nap), who probably still has plenty more to offer after just two starts.
