LTO Selection:

13:40 Dundalk Maiden 6f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

The 92-rated ASHWIYAA has been found an excellent opportunity to shed her maiden tag. Michael O'Callaghan's filly was somewhat unfortunate to bump into a couple of above-average juveniles in her first two starts, then acquitted herself well when third in a Group 2. With nothing of that calibre in this modest contest, it would be a surprise if she can't get her head in front. Smart Impression ran better than the bare form suggested on her racecourse debut at Naas, before finding herself drawn on the wrong side when stepped up into Group company at that same track. Making Time, who finished third on her introduction at Naas in May, was behind Smart Impression on her most recent start. Debutant Special Angel is worth a second look in the market given her connections' success with juveniles this season.

ASHWIYAA showed improved form when third in a Group 2 at the Curragh early last month and ought to be capable of winning a race of this nature on that showing. Making Time could get her career back on track now returning to calmer waters after a break, while Smart Impression isn't without hope either having shaped quite well on both her starts to date.

This should be straightforward for ASHWIYAA who held her own in a Group 2 Curragh event won by a smart filly from Ballydoyle

LTO Selection:

14:10 Dundalk Handicap 6f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

HARRY'S BAR can enhance his fine record at this track by conceding weight to all. The Ado McGuinness-trained eight-year-old found everything happening a bit too quick over 5f here last time, but will be more at home at this distance. Cian MacRedmond claims a valuable 5lb off the Exceed And Excel gelding's welter burden. Tai Sing Yeh returned to something like his best when successful on turf at Naas so the five-time all-weather winner has to be a contender, despite the step up in grade. Queen Maedbh, a C&D maiden winner back in November, looks best of the three-year-old representatives. The Joseph O'Brien-trained filly, who was just touched off by an improving sprinter at Fairyhouse last time, has more scope for improvement than most in this field.

TAI SING YEH comes here on the back of a career-best Naas success so this multiple C&D winner gets the verdict in a competitive handicap. Fellow C&D scorer Dandyville is feared most, although Mickey The Steel is weighted to have a big say too if on his A-game.

An unchanged mark of 91 following her Fairyhouse second gives QUEEN MAEDBH a possible edge over several useful older rivals

14:40 Dundalk Maiden 7f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

NOT FORGOTTEN would be a warm order here had the Michael Halford and Tracey Collins-trained gelding not run on turf at Tipperary last time. The bare form of his previous start, when third over a mile at this track in April, looks particularly strong given subsequent events. Although nothing was found to explain that latest below-par run, the fact he has been off the track since May suggests that something may have been discovered. The John Joseph Murphy-trained Signatory, who was runner-up here in January, made a satisfactory reappearance at Killarney in May. He should be sharper now as a result of that run. Agia is another with solid placed form at this venue having finished third on debut last month. The Ger Lyons-trained filly is another with leading claims in a wide-open contest.

AGIA shaped encouragingly on her course debut last month and can get off the mark at the second time of asking with improvement on the cards. Not Forgotten was third on his previous visit here and is feared most ahead of Signatory.

Ger Lyons has a strong contender in AGIA who weakened into third in a 1m maiden here last month. Not Forgotten is a likely danger

LTO Selection:

15:10 Dundalk Maiden 8f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

The O'Brien family hold the key to this maiden and NOR TIME NOR TIDE is taken to score after a pleasing debut at Killarney. Joseph O'Brien's colt chased home a previous maiden winner who went on to be runner-up in Listed company last week, and he is the only one of these who has been entered in a Group race. Huxley steps up to a mile for the first time after finishing fourth to exciting prospect City Of Troy at the Curragh. On pedigree, he should appreciate the longer trip and is likely to be fighting out the finish. Ballydoyle's newcomer Capulet is bred in the purple and is a half-brother to a juvenile maiden winner over 7f. He missed an engagement at Newmarket last month so may be fairly forward and his trainer won this with a classy sort last year.

A mixed bag and not hard to rule out almost half the field. NOR TIME NOR TIDE showed more than enough on debut to suggest he'll win one of these, and this looks a good opportunity, unless newcomer Capulet proves to be something out of the ordinary. Huxley likely remains with improvement in him and can make it a 1-2-3 for the O'Briens.

Group 2 entrant NOR TIME NOR TIDE chased home a smart sort at Killarney and can get the better of Huxley and newcomer Huxley

LTO Selection:

15:40 Dundalk Handicap 8f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

He is drawn wider than ideal, but NUMIDIA comes here in good form and can gain a second C&D victory. A winner here in February, Peter Lawlor's gelding was an unlucky fourth at Leopardstown in June before finding only one too good off this mark here last month. There was only half a length between Lasting Peace and Queen Mab when they were placed at Bellewstown. Both are lightly-raced three-year-olds with scope for improvement, although neither has run on the all-weather to date. Punk Poet is a three-time C&D winner who has come down a lot in the ratings. He showed more at Bellewstown two starts back and should be competitive in this grade.

Preference is for LASTING PEACE, who posted his best effort yet in first-time blinkers (retained here) when runner-up at Bellewstown last month. The booking of Colin Keane adds to his appeal and he should go close off the same mark here, provided he is able to build on that now switched to this surface. Boadicea Belle is equipped with blinkers for the first time herself and looks dangerous having returned to form when third over C&D last time. Numidia and Punk Poet are others to consider.

He's drawn wider than ideal but NUMIDIA come here in good form and can gain a second C&D success

LTO Selection:

16:10 Dundalk Handicap 8f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

ALFARIDA, a winner over 7f at Roscommon in June, has finished runner-up on three occasions at Dundalk. She was caught on the line when beaten just a nose over this trip here last month and can go one better off a 2lb higher mark. Fleetfootsoldier has recorded two wins and a second from five starts in handicaps and was a C&D winner in March. He's 7lb higher now but is open to more improvement. The Bog Bank put in a below-par display at Gowran but is generally a very consistent performer. She registered her second C&D victory last month and regular rider James Ryan, partnering her for the 40th time, usually gets a good tune out of her.

Lots with chances. TYNAMITE has a superb course record and also rates the pick of these weights on the back of his excellent Killarney third so is taken to edge out Alfarida who just missed out over C&D last month. Morning Approach is another with winning form at the track who commands lots of respect.

Plenty with chances but ALFARIDA was beaten by the narrowest of margins here last month and can go one better

LTO Selection:

16:40 Dundalk Handicap 11f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

GOLDEN TWILIGHT landed this feature race 12 months ago and subsequently struck for the fourth time at this venue when holding off stablemate Ceallach last autumn. The selection has been consistent in top handicap company this year and should be suited by this drop back in trip. Higher Kingdom and Jungle Cove are closely matched on running behind Alanya in the 1m2f Ladies Derby at the Curragh last month. Save Your Love gained compensation for an unlucky run at the Curragh when scoring at Leopardstown, while C&D winner Burren Song ran too badly to be true in the valuable amateur riders' handicap at Galway.

The suggestion is GOLDEN TWILIGHT who has been successful on his last 4 visits here and arrives on the back of a good third at the Curragh last month. John McConnell's Higher Kingdom is another with a good record here and is second choice ahead of last month's Leopardstown scorer Save Your Love.

Michael Halford runs two and, although Ronan Whelan is on Ceallach, last year's winner GOLDEN TWILIGHT makes plenty of appeal

17:15 Dundalk Handicap 11f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

BRIGHT N SHINE has gone close on his latest two outings and has scope for further improvement, with this drop in trip likely to suit. He was caught close home over 1m3f at Killarney before finding 1m5f just too far at Down Royal, and the booking of Colin Keane adds to confidence. Shining Aitch has shown promise over similar trips this summer and is another to consider along with the Luke Comer-trained pair Dark Street and Nevada Brave, who both won over C&D last winter. French Company has won twice at this venue and returns to the Polytrack after a promising run on turf when third to Belgoprince at Tipperary.

Preference is for KARTAYAZ, who returned to form at Hamilton last time and is only 2 lb above his last winning mark. Bright N Shine and French Company can also make their presence felt.

Colin Keane is a significant booking for BRIGHT N SHINE whose last two outings on turf provide grounds for thinking he can win a race
