13:30 Beverley Maiden (Class 5) 7f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

REMOJI made a pleasing start when second on her debut at Brighton last month, running on well when the penny dropped, and she can go one place better with that experience under her belt. Highland Olly outran his odds to finish third in a similar event over C&D last week and another prominent showing is likely. The more experienced Alreet Cha also enters calculations, but she is yet to score from eight attempts and a supporting role may await once again.

ALREET CHA ran really well in a competitive 3-y-o York handicap a fortnight ago and is taken to open her account. Roger Varian's Remoji is the danger after an encouraging debut at Brighton.

Mysteryofthesands and Remoji are respected but her fifth in a big-field handicap at York makes ALREET CHA the one to beat.

14:05 Beverley Stakes (Class 2) 5f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 2 race.

In a wide-open affair, MAW LAM gets a tentative nod. She defied market weakness when scoring impressively, despite running green, on her debut at Thirsk, beating Mademoiselle into second, and she can confirm superiority over that rival en route to victory once more. Larchill Lass looks to have improved with each start and warrants respect on the back of a comfortable victory at Carlisle last week. Sands Of Dubai and Invincible Annice are just a couple more worthy of careful consideration.

Not only has MAW LAM just about achieved the most of these, but she's also landed stall 1, which could be a big advantage. With that in mind she has to be the call, for all there are lots of potential improvers in here, notably Powerful Lady and Over Spiced.

In an open race, MAW LAM is selected to follow up her debut win at Thirsk, with Nad Alshiba Snow perhaps the main threat.

14:40 Beverley Stakes (Class 2) 5f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 2 race.

Richard Fahey's string is flying and Moving Force warrants the utmost respect after scoring cosily over C&D, but he may struggle to give weight to SHAREHOLDER. The son of leading American sire Not This Time fetched 460,000 euros at the breeze-ups and, for a yard who are no strangers to success first time up, he gets the vote. Regal Gem impressed with a victory over 6f at Pontefract and must enter calculations, for all that he had the run of the race on that occasion.

MOVING FORCE is bred to be sharp and confirmed himself a good prospect when making a winning C&D debut 25 days ago and, with progress anticipated, he earns the vote to make it 2-2. Shareholder, a €460,000 purchase, is very much of interest for the Karl Burke stable despite lacking experience. Jm Jhingree and Regal Gem are both promising also and merit respect in a competitive contest.

Big-money purchase Shareholder needs a close look but MOVING FORCE was impressive on his C&D debut and is taken to follow up.

15:15 Beverley Handicap (Class 4) 7f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

TROPEZ POWER was not disgraced when finishing fifth in a competitive event at York on his return to turf last month and a repeat of that performance would give him a big chance here. Billyb also caught the eye on the Knavesmire on his most recent outing and should not be discounted, while Broken Spear and On The River make the shortlist too.

Lots with chances. BILLYB made an encouraging start for Craig Lidster when fifth in a big-field York handicap and can build on it here off a handy-looking mark. Fools Rush In heads the list of dangers on the back of his good recent Carlisle fourth, although Eligible, On The River and Tropez Power all need factoring in too. Waiting All Night completes the shortlist.

The most appealing candidate is BILLYB (nap), thrown in on his best form for Ann Duffield and arriving after a pleasing run at York.

15:50 Beverley Handicap (Class 5) 10f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

BLUEFLAGFLYINGHIGH was only beaten a head into second at Ripon on his seasonal return last month and Michael Bell's gelding merits plenty of respect on the back of that performance, especially off just a 1lb higher mark. Island Native was also narrowly denied on his latest appearance, at Nottingham last weekend, and is an obvious threat to the selection. Contrast edges out Ludo's Landing to be best of the rest.

It could be worth siding with ORDER OF MALTA. Successful at around this trip last summer, he's entitled to be sharper with his Chester reappearance run under his belt 4 weeks ago and he appeals as being on a handy mark. Blueflagflyinghigh, following his solid return second at Ripon, is next best, with Ludo's Landing and Island Native completing the shortlist.

The vote goes to BLUEFLAGFLYINGHIGH on the back of his good reappearance run at Ripon. Order Of Malta can follow him home.

16:25 Beverley Handicap (Class 6) 12f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

MISS GITANA went agonisingly close to gaining her first victory over C&D, following on from her handicap bow when fourth over 1m2f at Yarmouth. Sir Mark Prescott's filly is going the right way and a 2lb rise is unlikely to stop her from getting off the mark. Rogue King and Walter Hartright were third and fourth in the aforementioned contest here. However, the latter has every chance of reversing the form with a change of headgear to blinkers, and the former needs to bounce back from his subsequent disappointment at Yarmouth.

MISS GITANA was very much suited by the increase in trip when losing out in a head-bobbing finish over C&D 25 days ago and, open to further improvement, she looks to hold sound claims of going one place better. Rogue King needs to shrug off a lesser effort at Yarmouth but is feared if doing so. Wannabeawallaby and Sun Dancer Girl are others in the mix.

Having been beaten just a nose over C&D last time on her first crack at 1m4f, MISS GITANA can go one better and get off the mark.

17:00 Beverley Handicap (Class 6) 7f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

EVELYN'S PHOENIX caused a surprise when scoring at Redcar before finishing third at Nottingham. The drop back in trip may be a slight cause for concern, given his running style, but the uphill finish on this occasion is likely to play to his strengths. Jesmond Dawn didn't appear to get home over 1m1f at Carlisle and better is expected here, while Briar Rose is of interest making her handicap bow.

JESMOND DAWN has been shaping like the drop back to this sort of trip will suit and this is a weaker race than he's been contesting, so he gets the nod ahead of Evelyn's Phoenix, who is going the right way. Briar Rose is another one to note on handicap/seasonal debut.

Ed Dunlop has a good record at Beverley and BRIAR ROSE is taken to defy top weight on her handicap debut.
