Dubai Time

4.5
9/2(+0%)
(7) Dubai Time 9/2, Solid effort beaten 5l in a maiden over 6f at Chester on debut; down a fraction in trip, but stiffer track and should improve and go well
9-2, fair fifth on debut at Chester and there's a suspicion that was a useful race.

Hellcat

14/1(+0%)
(8) Hellcat 14/1, Still green under pressure when improved second start to be 2 1/4l third in a maiden at Thirsk; more to come and one to consider
Third at Thirsk on both starts; probably needs another step forward if she's to take this.

Our Hero Matty

40
40/1(+0%)
(4) Our Hero Matty 40/1, Well beaten in a novice at Musselburgh only start, but did show early speed and tire badly; should strip fitter, but plenty to prove
Tailed off when 25-1 for last month's debut at Musselburgh; probably best watched for now.
12
12
(12) Naana's Shadow (13/2 -18%)
Naana's Shadow

6.5
13/2(-18%)
(12) Naana's Shadow 13/2, Keen, but game second beaten 2 1/2l in a novice at Southwell on second start after running well for a long way on debut before tiring; should be thereabouts
Runner-up at Southwell on second start and there's every chance she'll be in the mix.
LTO Selection:

NAANA'S SHADOW took a step forward when finding only one too good at Southwell last month. She showed plenty of dash before giving way in the closing stages that day and the daughter of Havana Grey should have more to offer. Dubai Time wasn't disgraced when fifth in a competitive maiden at Chester on debut and she can make her presence felt, while High Rubican and Grey Horizon are newcomers to note.

Jack Morland has done well with the useful 2yo filly Saucy Jane and MISS YECHANCE gets the nod on debut ahead of High Rubican.

4/6(+0%)
(1) Crowd Quake 4/6, Well backed when landing a handicap by 4 1/2l off 51 over 10f at Windsor last time despite a tardy start; going away late that day, honest type in good form and may defy penalty
Likely to go up by a deal more than his 5lb penalty next weekend; the one to beat.

Walk The Moon

8
8/1(+0%)
(5) Walk The Moon 8/1, Best effort for some time when getting fast ground and beaten 4l off 46 at Bath last time; reasonable chance can repeat that and place contender
Longstanding maiden who can pull hard; had 27 cracks at it under both codes now.

Daring Leader

9
9/1(+0%)
(6) Daring Leader 9/1, Ran to form 5 1/4l third in a handicap at Beverley most recent run off a 45; will probably need more to win this, but can contest places
Decent start for his new yard at Beverley three weeks ago; that gave something to build on.

Mrs Meader

10
10/1(+0%)
(2) Mrs Meader 10/1, Had been out of form, but hinted at a return last time when fourth beaten 5 1/4l in a handicap over 11f at Southwell; mark is stiff based on that, but could show a little more again here
Better run on Tapeta last time (held up off a steady pace); that gives her each-way claims.
4

(4) Tazaman (10/1 +0%)
Tazaman

10
10/1(+0%)
(4) Tazaman 10/1, Has regressed somewhat, but running consistently and only beaten 3 1/4l off 55 over 2m1f at Wolverhampton last time; possibly not quite as effective at this trip
Boasts a decent record in 0-55 company but will want a good test over this trip.

Incan Empire

14/1(+0%)
(3) Incan Empire 14/1, Couple of poor efforts of late and though better latest was comfortably held in a handicap over 10f at Yarmouth; tongue-tie first time; up in trip; unproven on fast ground
Tried in a first-time tongue-tie off the back of two poor runs on turf; something to prove.

16/1(+0%)
(7) Forest Haze 16/1, Failed to stay down the field in a handicap at Southwell over 12f most recent run; unproven on fast ground; not badly weighted on 2 1/2l 4th over 10f previous start, but major stamina concerns
Ran dismally latest; first run on turf and needs to improve a deal for the surface switch.
8
8
(8) Temur Khan (50/1 +0%)
Temur Khan

50
50/1(+0%)
(8) Temur Khan 50/1, String of poor efforts since winning a classified event at Lingfield back in July; would contend if reproducing that, but long odds that it will do so
Not offered much in two runs back; Walk The Moon is clearly his yard's best shout.
LTO Selection:

CROWD QUAKE arrives here on the back of two impressive victories at Windsor earlier in the month and a 5lb penalty for the latest of those may not be enough to stop him from making it a hat-trick. Walk The Moon was not disgraced when third at Bath last time and could make the frame once again, while Daring Leader is next best.

Having bolted up in a similar race last Monday, CROWD QUAKE is very hard to oppose. Tazaman is a fair each-way alternative.

(2) Giovanni Change 13/8, Benefited from positive ride landing a handicap by 5l off 105 over 3m at Market Rasen last time; enjoys making it; well treated on recent chase form; should be thereabouts though does save best for Market Rasen

15/8(+0%)
(3) Dear Ralphy 15/8, Ran to form beaten 1 1/4l off 98 here last time; consistent; sound surface suits; should give a good account once more with decent claimer up
Runner-up twice this month, latterly over C&D on Tuesday; Chad Bament claims useful 8lb.
4
4
(4) Flemen's Tipple (11/2 -10%)
Flemen's Tipple

5.5
11/2(-10%)
(4) Flemen's Tipple 11/2, Ran to form beaten a short-head off 82 at Plumpton last time; sound surface suits; may contend in very tight contest
Bounced back to form with close second at Plumpton this month; remains well handicapped.
LTO Selection:

The hat-trick seeking GIOVANNI CHANGE is the obvious starting point. The 10-year-old is still handily weighted, despite going up 5lb for his most recent success posted at his beloved Market Rasen. However, this course is quite similar in layout and the change of venue could actually be a prompt for improvement. Dear Ralphy has shown promise back over hurdles of late and looks a bigger danger than Saint Bibiana and Flemen's Tipple on that basis.

All four runners arrive here after creditable recent efforts but Chad Bament's very useful 8lb claim gives DEAR RALPHY (nap) an edge.

Symbol Of Hope

33
33/1(+0%)
(8) Symbol Of Hope 33/1, Probably needed race beaten 9l in a handicap over 5f here last time; generally out of form; up in trip; bit to find
Made low-key seasonal debut last month; all wins since 2021 were gained at Bath.
LTO Selection:

Hierarchy didn't run to his best when ninth at Southwell, but his previous third in a better race stands out and if he can get back to that level, he would be a force to reckon with. PAPABELLA was headed late on to go under by a short head at Kempton and if she takes a step forward for her first start in six months, she could go one better. Mammy and Perianth might be able to claim some prize money.

Progressive mare PAPABELLA switches back to turf after going very close on last month's seasonal debut at Kempton and gets the nod.

Breizh Sea

150
150/1(+0%)
(6) Breizh Sea 150/1, Well beaten in a maiden over 7f at Newcastle only start; up in trip; looks extremely unlikely to be good enough
Always behind over 7f at Newcastle in December and highly likely to be outclassed here.
LTO Selection:

CROWN OF OAKS found himself trapped behind a wall of horses at Newbury last time, but he picked up well to finish third once in the clear. The son of Wootton Bassett can make amends with normal luck in-running and is marginally preferred to Spy Kingdom. Runner-up on debut at Newmarket, the latter found only one too good again when attempting to make the running at Yarmouth, while Pebble Island is a likely improver fitted with a tongue-strap for the first time.

Spy Kingdom rates a big threat but CROWN OF OAKS was a big eyecatcher at Newbury last time.

(5) Somebodycomegether 66/1, Comfortably held in a handicap over 2m at Nottingham last time; regressive on flat; not proven trip; all to do on hurdle debut
Modest Flat performer at up to 2m; best watched on hurdles debut.
LTO Selection:

BELLE LE GRAND won her maiden hurdle with a bit in hand at Warwick earlier in the month, making all under Harry Skelton, and although she has to give 7lb or more to her rivals, she may prove good enough to follow up. First Ever is interesting after her point-to-point third and is well worth a market watch for any signs of confidence. Flat winner Bittalemon has to be considered on her first start over obstacles.

Although she is nothing out of the ordinary and has to give weight away, BELLE LE GRAND is taken to follow up her Warwick win.

Marsh Meadow

12
12/1(+0%)
(4) Marsh Meadow 12/1, Green, but showed promise under considerate ride on debut, failed to back that up last time; down in trip; bit to prove, but has potential
Drops in trip and may find life easier once handicapping after today; market useful.
LTO Selection:

Saguaro Blossom may be flattered by an official rating of 80 but she has to be noted, especially with cheekpieces added for the first time. That said, preference is for ANTALYA, who made the frame on both starts as a juvenile and is entitled to have further improvement to unlock. Princess Pw, Velvet Whisper and Be An Angel complete the shortlist.

More questions than answers but perhaps the drop to sprinting will suit the free-going SAGUARO BLOSSOM in first-time headgear.

(1) Ballywilliam Boy 15/8, Travelled well beaten 1/2l off 120 at Warwick last time where just out-battled late; thrown in on Irish form; ought to go well

(2) No Risk With Lou 15/8, Ran to form beaten 2l off 120 at Newbury last time; trainer in form; goes well here; returning from a break; consistent C&D winner; every chance if fit
Dual C&D winner; has good record when fresh; needs to be taken very seriously.
LTO Selection:

Ballywilliam Boy needs to be taken seriously after finishing a close second at Warwick three weeks ago, while Rock House and chasing debutant Magic Seven have bags of scope for progression in this disciple. However, NO RISK WITH LOU was a ready winner over this C&D last November and is the most appealing option from just 3lb higher, especially as this represents a drop in class from his most recent start.

The pick is BALLYWILLIAM BOY, who ran a big race in defeat when back over fences at Warwick three weeks ago.

(1) Filly's Last Lady 25/1, Going probably on fast side down the field in a novice here most recent; returning from long layoff; more needed
Struggled over C&D in final run last season and is best watched back from a year off.
LTO Selection:

Great showed plenty of promise on debut when second at Goodwood last autumn, but failed to build on that on his Newmarket return and arrives with something to prove. IRONIST has a similar profile, with her Kempton second followed by a sixth at the same track, but she had excuses after failing to handle the bend before meeting trouble in running and may be worth another chance. Oh Darling is a half-sister to a winning sprinter and is one to watch on her racecourse bow.

It looks worth siding with GREAT, who sets the standard on his debut form and had a tough assignment on his return last month.

LTO Selection:

MAYO COUNTY finished a respectable fourth at Lingfield last time considering she was drawn wide. Julie Camacho's inmate could prove more at home on this straight 7f, and remains unexposed on the turf. Queens Road Revue looks likely to launch a strong challenge after finishing third off this mark at Beverley last time, while Naval Academy is worthy of a second glance having eased in the ratings.

Having been in good form on the Newcastle Tapeta since joining David Thompson, CORAMENTO earns the vote ahead of Mayo County.

Took this 12 months ago but 12th at Ayr seven months ago; still needs considering though.
LTO Selection:

Pateen won this last season and is back for more off just 2lb higher, but he is 13 now and cannot realistically be expected to find much improvement. Secret Secret has a two-out-of-three record over C&D and warrants plenty of respect, but SUPREME YEATS is narrowly preferred. Two victories over hurdles include one over this trip at Stratford, and the nine-year-old was a solid enough second off this mark when last seen at Worcester in August.

Neil Mulholland's upwardly mobile MILITARY TYCOON (nap) can resume winning ways on the back of an excellent second at Newton Abbot.

LTO Selection:

AUREL accounted for a decent field when winning on debut at Kempton back in November and Ralph Beckett's colt merits the utmost respect here, despite disappointing in Listed company on his return at Newmarket. Boatswain has also shown a high level of ability in two starts to date and is an obvious threat to the selection. The rest all look to be up against it, but Relocal is the pick of them.

The form horses are the previous winners Aurel and BOATSWAIN and the latter is preferred after his fighting show at Nottingham.

LTO Selection:

BOHEMIAN BREEZE had valid excuses when a respectable second in a similar race at Plumpton 15 days ago. Assuming this doesn't come around too quickly, the five-year-old has a decent chance of getting off the mark on just his third start over hurdles. With doubts about this trip being ideal for both Sergeant Fury and Itaintmebabe, it would be no surprise to see Pottersmattyeeehaa build of his hurdles bow at Fakenham to give the selection the most to think about.

Plumpton runner-up Bohemian Breeze is the one with least to prove but Doncaster handicap third SERGEANT FURY has the best form.

(12) Indian Creak 40/1, Probably needed race down the field in a handicap at Ascot most recent; generally out of form; bit to find
Only occasional flashes of his old self in 2024 and was tailed off on recent stable debut.
LTO Selection:

Circe scored by a neck after being produced late at Newmarket and she has only been put up 2lb, which leaves her with every chance if she gets another good run at the leaders. Indian Creak has won here five times, including the 2021 renewal of this contest, and may surprise a few, but DURHAM CASTLE could be the one. A lightly-raced four-year-old, he finished last year with comfortable victories at Southwell and Goodwood and can improve again to shrug off his 9lb rise.

The lightly raced 4yo DURHAM CASTLE (nap) ended last season with two wins and has plenty of scope for further progress this term.

Lower mark now back on turf but he struggled on his two encounters with grass last season.
LTO Selection:

A comfortable winner on her return at Doncaster last month, AMAYRETTO could have more improvement forthcoming and she can follow up off 4lb higher from a good draw in stall three. Lumenbourg may have a tough task from the widest stall, but he ran an excellent race last time out when second at Thirsk and is a key player, along with Kalganov.

Amayretto is a tempting option but preference is for LUMENBOURG who went close at Thirsk last time and has run well here previously.

Off 13 months since running poorly at Aintree; course winner has his fitness to prove now.
LTO Selection:

TOMMIE BEAU returns to hurdles for the first time since last summer after running well over fences since, albeit without success. He won this race last year and should be spot-on after his Fakenham second over the larger obstacles earlier in the month. Musique De Fee has been a revelation in cheekpieces and is another to take seriously, although she did battle hard for third here on Saturday. Wbee claimed this prize in 2021 and 2022 so is one to consider for the places at least.

The vote goes to OLIVERS TRAVELS who reverts to hurdles on an attractive mark after a productive stint chasing.

Posted similar RPRs in three runs last season from 5f to 1m; market instructive.
LTO Selection:

Two B Tanned justified odds-on favouritism to complete the hat-trick at Musselburgh and it's easy to see why she will have her supporters in her current form. However, MANDANA was closing all the way to the line when beaten a neck into second at Brighton last month. The daughter of Persian King only has a 1lb higher mark to contend with and has Rossa Ryan taking over the reins. Hackney Diamonds is another to consider.

A few with chances but it will be disappointing should the well-bred TEQUILA be unable to raise her game off this low a mark.

Still unexposed after only five hurdle runs but needs improvement.
LTO Selection:

A taking winner on his first start for the Tom Lacey stable at Plumpton last time, TURPIN GOLD could have plenty more improvement forthcoming and he can follow up off 3lb higher. Behind him on that occasion was the reopposing Prince Quattro (third), who has less than two lengths to make up and is 8lb better off taking into account Alex Chadwick's claim. A respectable third at Uttoxeter last time out, Postponed Legacy is another to consider.

Useful Flat racer AL MOOTAMARID has made a low-key start to his hurdling career but still looks interesting on this handicap debut.

On dangerous mark but losing run is up to 17 and was always in rear at Newmarket latest.
LTO Selection:

The returning Socialite was last seen finishing eighth behind recent Lockinge winner Lead Artist in a Group 3 at Glorious Goodwood. Although well held in that race, the low-mileage four-year-old, who has been gelded, is a must for a betting check now dropped in class for his handicap debut. Nevertheless, it could be worth chancing the match-fit STERLING KNIGHT, who should have no issues stepping back up to a mile at a venue where he has won twice before. Alpha Crucis and Native Warrior are other solid contenders.

It's hard to rule out any of these but the vote goes to ten-time winner STERLING KNIGHT, who was runner-up at Newmarket last Saturday.

(6) Jeany May 18/1, Below par beaten 10l in a handicap at Catterick last time for no obvious reason; had run quite well previous two starts and would have a chance on that form, but something to prove now
Fine on good ground but faster conditions a feasible excuse for last two failures.
LTO Selection:

Not beaten far in a valuable handicap at York last time out and narrowly denied behind a progressive sort at Haydock prior to that, BOYNE LADY sets the standard and she can get off the mark at the seventh time of asking. The unexposed Angelic Bugler can follow her home on handicap debut, along with Brazilian Belle, who has run with credit on both starts this season.

This will take a bit of winning but preference is for BOYNE LADY who ran so well in a stronger grade at the recent Dante meeting.

Ex-Irish; not won for more than four years and below best both starts for this new yard.
LTO Selection:

ILIKEDWAYURTHINKIN faded out of contention in the Eider at Newcastle in February, but he may be better judged on his second at Ayr prior. The 11-year-old is a dual course scorer and it would be no surprise to see him regain the winning thread. Siberian Star occupied the runner-up berth at Perth and has to be considered, despite his 2lb higher mark. Fuji Flight is another to note.

Course winner ILIKEDWAYURTHINKIN has his ideal conditions and is taken to get the better of Fuji Flight and Siberian Star.

(10) Balzarini 40/1, Two decent efforts this term, latest beaten 7l in a handicap at Doncaster off 85; 3lb drop here is needed and while fairly weighted others may have more wriggle room off their marks
Well held in two runs back for his new yard and may need further help from the handicapper.
LTO Selection:

Fondo Blanco ran with lots of credit on his handicap bow when filling the runner-up spot at Newmarket and this drop back in trip looks a good move. Sea Baaeed has to be respected off an opening rating of 88, but the vote goes to ARABIAN SUN. The son of Saxon Warrior won one of his three juvenile starts and was thought of highly enough to be thrown into the Vintage Stakes at Glorious Goodwood. He has been gelded during his time off and can make a successful return to action.

Crestofdistinction is respected, but FONDO BLANCO (nap) took a step forward on his handicap debut nine days ago and gets the vote.

Has taken well to fences this spring and scored over C&D 18 days ago; obvious claims.
LTO Selection:

Now that the penny has dropped for ANN D'ARABIE, after a determined success over C&D earlier in the month, she can continue to progress. A 2lb rise could prove lenient and she may have too much for Lucky Rose, who was runner-up over track and trip last time out. Generous Scorpion has the potential to improve for going up in trip and cannot be ruled out.

It's hard to get away from ANN D'ARABIE, who was nudged up only 2lb for her recent C&D win and has scope for further progress.

Not at his best since 2023 campaign, failed to take advantage of drop in class at Cork.
LTO Selection:

JESSE EVANS is as versatile as they come and is an eight-time winner. Beaten just a head in the Galway Hurdle of 2023, he finished a respectable eighth in the latest renewal. Returning to flights for the first time since, he is nicely treated by the conditions of this race and looks the one to beat. Competing in Graded company last season, Belloccio will appreciate this significant drop in class. A fine third on his penultimate start at Fairyhouse, he'll be well fancied to go a few places better. The winner of this race in 2023, Fils D'oudairies will need to bounce back from a disappointing effort at Cork if he is to feature, while Killarney winner My Gaffer looks up against it on ratings.

The versatile JESSE EVANS (nap) reverts from chasing with fair prospects of exploiting a 6lb concession from Belloccio

LTO Selection:

LET'S DREAM doesn't have many miles on the clock and having shown improved form since being gelded, the Michael Bell-trained four-year-old has a decent chance of supplementing his recent winning reappearance at Chester. He showed tenacity to keep his head in front when pressed near the finish and a 4lb higher rating looks very manageable. The hat-trick seeking City Of Delight is an obvious threat, while Magico, Mustazeed and Houstonn all have strong enough credentials to make the shortlist.

The vote goes to the highly progressive CITY OF DELIGHT, who made it 6-10 in handicaps when rallying well to score at Epsom.

2.25
9/4(+18%)
(3) Sir Lowry's Pass 9/4, Bit in hand landing a high-class handicap by 2l off 87 over 10f at Goodwood on seasonal debut; would normally be entitled to improve for that run, upwardly mobile and lightly raced; big player
Did it nicely at Goodwood on his return; unexposed and could have more left in the tank.
LTO Selection:

SIR LOWRY'S PASS looked well ahead of the assessor when scoring comfortably at Goodwood and the form of that contest has worked out well since. A 7lb rise for the four-year-old looks manageable and he is preferred to See That Storm, who arrives on a five-timer following a taking success on his return over C&D. Approval didn't show much in a valuable handicap at Newmarket, but he is best judged on his success at Glorious Goodwood last August.

See That Storm is 4-4 in handicaps but this could go to SIR LOWRY'S PASS, who impressed with his reappearance win at Goodwood.

Six chase wins including over 2m5f here and over 2m4f in February; off since; interesting.
LTO Selection:

ARTHUR'S QUAY struck in good style in this class at Newcastle in February and might have been let off lightly with only a 5lb rise. Ben Haslam's charge remains on a workable mark and can complete a double. Cuzco Du Mathan bolted up over track and trip last August and if the seven-year-old returns in similar form, he ought to have a say. Grey Diamond is another to keep an eye on.

The vote goes to GLORY AND HONOUR who was below his best last time but has sound C&D form and handles the conditions.

(3) Duke's Command 10/1, Hasn't run since 2023 when showing solid 2yo form, last run with cheekpieces on; not the most generous mark and very likely to be rusty
Marvellous pedigree; runner-up in two AW events at 1m/1m1f for C Appleby as 2yo; off since.
LTO Selection:

Midnight's Dream was beaten less than three lengths at Chelmsford and won over C&D before that, although he does have to defy a 6lb higher figure. He can still go well but a chance is taken on DUKE'S COMMAND, who has moved to David O'Meara since leaving Charlie Appleby. Second on his last two starts in 2023, he has been absent since but has to be of interest on his handicap debut. Most Wanted boasts some decent placed form in Ireland and could get involved if he can recapture that level.

This will take more winning than the C&D race won by MIDNIGHT'S DREAM on his latest turf run but he should have more to offer on grass.

Shock winner of Hereford maiden in March, form that has been franked by the second since.
LTO Selection:

Going back up in trip looks like a good move for HIGHWAY ONE O FIVE after a disappointing show over 2m at Uttoxeter last time out. The six-year-old had won both starts prior to that defeat and it may be the handicap-debutant King's Consort who gives him the most to think about, following a maiden success at Hereford in March. Pacific hasn't shown much in recent outings, but she gets weight from all of her rivals.

After beating a next-time-out winner in a Hereford maiden in March, KING'S CONSORT could be on a good mark for her handicap debut.

Pulled up in both point-to-point starts, same fate in a bumper and a maiden hurdle.
LTO Selection:

While clearly not one of the leading lights at Closutton, YORADREAMER might get his turn in this weak contest. A beaten favourite on his last two starts, the Roger Brookhouse-owned chestnut takes a significant step up in trip and, with Paul Townend aboard, it's difficult to look beyond the 118-rated six-year-old. Jacovec Cavern proved easy to back when second at Cork on his latest outing and is closely matched with the selection on ratings. A good fourth in the third race on this programme 12 months ago, Winning Smut is of definite interest on his debut for Gordon Elliott, while the Stuart Crawford pair of Colvin and Annaghbeg are both capable of making an impact.

Beaten favourite in two of his three maiden hurdle starts, YORADRAMER is worth one more chance in the hope this longer trip will suit.

LTO Selection:

ALL WAYS GLAMOROUS made an encouraging handicap debut when second over track and trip two weeks ago and competes off the same mark. The son of Cable Bay might only need to run to a similar level of form in order to go one better. So Smart made a mockery of his 18/1 odds when scoring at Lingfield and should remain competitive, while Maharajas Express isn't ruled out either.

A competitive race in which the lightly raced 4yo ALL WAYS GLAMOROUS gets the vote ahead of recent Lingfield winner So Smart.

(10) Cash In 25/1, 8th of 9 beaten 8 1/2l in a handicap over 5f at Pontefract last time and well below best seasonal debut previous start; top course trainer; back up in trip, but recent form a major worry
AW maiden winner last November but hasn't threatened on turf on either run this season.
LTO Selection:

FILLY ONE pinged the lids to make every yard of the running in ready fashion at Southwell last time and now has a 9lb higher mark to contend with. If the daughter of Calyx can transfer that form to turf, she could prove difficult to beat. Staincliff made the frame in a stronger event at Newcastle in January and is an interesting contender on her first start for the Adrian Nicholls team. Mythical Phoenix is next best.

The unexposed Ayr Bronze Cup winner DILIGENT RESDEV (nap) could have more to offer now back down in trip and he's the pick.

LTO Selection:

SPYGLASS HILL makes plenty of appeal on the back of a creditable second in a more competitive handicap at Newton Abbot. Barry Brennan's veteran still looks capable of winning off his current mark and is marginally preferred to Captain Ivan, who has won two of his last three starts and registered a comfortable success in a lower-grade chase at Haydock last time. High Moon may prove best of the remainder.

Providing the going doesn't get soft C&D winner CHARLIE UBERALLES can take this with in-form Captain Ivan his main danger.

LTO Selection:

LITTLE TIGER ran well on his first start since November when a four-length third over C&D and, with that under his belt, he could win for the second time over track and trip. Guinness Lad only went under by a length and a quarter at Windsor and can also go well, despite an added 3lb. Douglas Dc sports a first-time visor and was actually a position ahead of the selection last time.

An open race. Marginal preference is for LITTLE TIGER, who was returning from a break when just behind Douglas Dc here last time.

LTO Selection:

LONDONOFFICECALLIN is the suggestion in this fiercely competitive affair. He still looks nicely treated and is versatile in terms of trip and ground. The likeable grey is already a seven-time winner and was a respectable eighth of 25 when last seen at Punchestown. Billy Lee Swagger was fourth in that contest, but is worse off at the weights. Digby got a confidence-boosting victory over fences to his name at Bangor and it will be interesting to see how he fares, while recent course winner Straight Home is sure to have plenty of supporters. First and second at Kilbeggan, Ad Caelum and Dartan both warrant respect, with handicap debutants Apple's Of Bresil and Rockymountainbleu others of note.

NATURAL LOOK shaped very nicely on her return from a break last time and she gets the nod stepped back up in trip.

LTO Selection:

Glitter Code was second at Yarmouth on his most recent start and could have a say, but SPEC OF LIGHT looks the one to be on. David Loughnane's charge got up in the final strides at Southwell in March and the assessor may have been kind to only raise him 3lb. He makes just his third start in a handicap and can continue on his upward curve. Fitzmaurice and Boubyan are handicap debutants who warrant market checks.

The eyes are drawn to Fitzmaurice and Boubyan, but fellow handicap newcomer THE HRSE HORSE is also of interest.

LTO Selection:

Young Fire showed a lot more when occupying the runner-up berth at Ayr on his latest outing and is likely to be thereabouts, especially with a 1lb ease in the handicap. However, JUMEIRA VISION finished a respectable fourth over an extended mile at Hamilton earlier in the month and goes off an unchanged mark. With a previous course victory further aiding his cause, the five-year-old looks the way to go. Russian Virtue is the pick of the remainder.

Only last September YOUNG FIRE won off a 13lb higher mark so he has to be of interest after running better at Ayr last time.

LTO Selection:

HOLLYWOOD HARMON was no match for the first two home when third in last year's renewal, but this appears less competitive. She has won a few point-to-points this year and looks set to make a bold bid back over regulation fences. Torngat went close in a hunter chase at Kelso last year and could feature, while Carriglux and Titanium Bullet are last-start winners between the flags at Charm Park.

Perhaps the answer might be CARRIGLUX, who looked in very good nick when comfortably winning his latest point.

Weak form in points, huge price when pulled up in a beginners' chase at Clonmel in March.
LTO Selection:

With an official rating of 140, WESTPORT COVE sets a fair standard. A bumper and maiden hurdle winner, the Willie Mullins-trained gelding has twice finished runner-up from five runs over fences. Narrowly denied at Wexford last month, the seven-year-old then gained valuable handicap experience in a decent contest at Plumpton and should appreciate dropping back into a beginners chase. As a former point-to-point winner, three-time hurdles scorer Al Gasparo has to be seriously respected on his chasing debut. Tipperary second Le Coq Hardi shaped well enough on that occasion to suggest he can win races over fences.

A modest strike rate is a concern, but WESTPORT COVE will be hard to beat if producing a display in keeping with his 140 rating

LTO Selection:

Given the impressive record Gordon Elliott has had in this race in recent years, WESTERN FOLD has to hold leading claims. Having reached the frame on his previous two starts, the six-year-old opened his account over fences with an easy win at Tipperary. His prominent racing style and solid jumping should stand to him around this tight track. A Penny A Hundred, who won her beginners chase around here last September, has to be a contender for Willie Mullins. Anna McGuinness claims a valuable 7lb off the champion trainer's only representative in the contest. Linden Arden is another worthy of consideration having proven his ability to act around here in the past.

HAPPY JACKY didn't quite get home when behind Cadatharla in the Killarney National but he may be able to reverse that form

(11) Some Man 25/1, Unseated in a novice over 3m at Loughrea latest; down in trip; significant jockey booking; off a short-break; multiple point winner; not seen under rules for more than 3 years; lot to prove
Winner of 11 of his 21 starts in points, lightly raced in recent years, hard to assess.
LTO Selection:

Scottish National sixth FLASH DE TOUZAINE should appreciate this lesser assignment. A winner on his previous start at Limerick in March, the Liz Doyle-trained veteran remains more than capable on his day. Although a longer trip would undoubtedly be preferable, he was runner-up over this sort of distance at Wexford last summer. A former Graded winner over hurdles, Dreal Deal should find this more to his liking. The John McConnell-trained 10-year-old has hinted that he retains plenty of ability. Tullybeg, a previous winner around here, shouldn't be discounted.

A lively display over hurdles at Kilbeggan suggests that PAKENS ROCK may go one better than when runner-up in this race in 2023

(4) Cluain Chormaic 66/1, Well beaten in a 4yo bumper at Punchestown only start; that strong form; proven on decent ground; threat with improvement likely
Stayed on when a 100-1 shot on debut at Punchestown, place claims if building on that.
LTO Selection:

LODGE MAN, who stayed on nicely to finish runner-up at Killarney on debut, should have strong claims. Although that effort was over flights, the Pat Doyle-trained gelding should be just as capable in this sphere. Claude, who was well fancied when fourth in a bumper at the aforementioned meeting, should be all the better for that introduction. Cluain Chormaic shaped with plenty of promise when mid-division in a well-contested race at the Punchestown Festival, while Love Me Tender would have to be respected if getting a run.

CLAUDE attracted plenty of market support when fourth on debut and he is taken to get off the mark with improvement likely.
