GREAT IDEA was narrowly denied when finishing second over this track and trip in a deeper race recently and, in these calmer waters, he gets the vote to go one place better. Golden G and Had To Have Him can also make their presence felt.

An interesting race for the money, with the likes of October second Windsor Gold and the hat-trick seeking Byk sure to have their supporters. Both can go well, but if WITTY makes the most of a drop in class after competing in stakes and Graded races, then he may prove too good for these.

It may pay to side with maiden winner CHANNEL LOOP, who needs to do more to come home in front here but she could have further improvement to come. Summer Flower may be worth another chance after being checked last time out, and she might get the better of Venomous Vixen and Ain't No Lady in the race for the places.
