11:40 Navan Maiden Hurdle 20f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

WINGMEN has a big engine and is a fascinating runner on his hurdling debut. The Kayf Tara was hard on himself in bumpers, running very freely a couple of times, but he won a strong contest at Punchestown when last seen in May and is obviously very talented. He has won a point-to-point so jumping shouldn't be an issue and the hurdles could make him a bit more tractable. The unbeaten Forty Coats is the obvious danger. The Diamond Boy gelding won a strong looking bumper at Naas in April and also has point-to-point experience. Syracus Du Houx looks like place material.

WINGMEN showed smart form in bumpers and can get his hurdling career off to the perfect start before going on to much better things. Forty Coats created a good impression when landing a Naas bumper back in the spring and can provide the main threat.

A dual bumper winner last season, WINGMEN can make a winning start over hurdles, chiefly at the expense of Forty Coats

11:57 Wetherby Maiden Hurdle (Class 3) 20f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 3 race.

SERIOUS CHAT struck in a bumper at Stratford prior to only managing sixth on his hurdles debut over C&D last month, but he could take a big step forward from that effort. Donald McCain's five-year-old looks to have been found an ideal opportunity and can open his account. Klapton Boy changed hands for 20,000 pounds after finishing second between the flags and wouldn't have to be anything out of the ordinary in order to get involved. Tanking Along is up against it, while this comes soon enough after Lathan's defeat of The Geordie Ginge in a match at Newcastle on Friday.

SERIOUS CHAT probably won't be at his best until tackling staying trips, but this looks an excellent opportunity for him to get off the mark at the second time of asking over hurdles. Klapton Boy was runner-up on his sole outing in Irish points and needs a market check setting out under Rules at an ordinary level.

Bumper winner SERIOUS CHAT ran pretty well when sixth over C&D on last month's hurdle debut and this looks a much easier assignment.

12:10 Uttoxeter Maiden Hurdle (Class 4) 20f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

KINGSTON PRIDE confirmed the promise that he displayed on his Rules debut when scoring in an Exeter bumper in April and Nicky Henderson's gelding could be hard to stop now switched to hurdles. Job has the benefit of a recent outing and could prove to be the main threat to the selection, although Land Afar and French Symphony should not be discounted.

KINGSTON PRIDE impressed in a brace of bumpers and looks one to follow now going hurdling. French Symphony should improve on his opening effort in this sphere at Fontwell and is feared most ahead of Land Afar.

Nicky Henderson's KINGSTON PRIDE could be a level above these if his home reputation is anything to go by.

12:15 Navan Handicap Hurdle 20f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

There is more to come from IN FOR THE NIGHT and he can defy an 8lb rise for his easy win a Gowran Park early last month. The Champs Elysees gelding had a couple of nice runs before coming good last time and the six-year-old looks capable of striking again. Great Ocean was a good winner on his first outing for Cian Collins, over fences at Sligo, early last month. He switches back to hurdles now and looks to be on a competitive mark. Long standing maiden Musta Lovea Lovea tends to be thereabouts and can pick up more prize-money.

IN FOR THE NIGHT rates the pick of these weights despite taking a 8 lb weights hike for his stylish Gowran victory so looks the way to go in this very open handicap. Krabat is on a long losing run but weighted to go well so could emerge as the main danger ahead of Voice of Reason, Burru, Gamigin and Slane Hill.

A revelation over fences at Sligo on his first start for Cian Collins, GREAT OCEAN can add to the two hurdle wins gained in Britain

12:27 Wetherby Handicap Chase (Class 3) 15f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 3 race.

Hidalgo De L'isle was beaten into fourth in this grade at Aintree last month, but he has been dropped 2lb for that performance and could get closer. However, HERE COMES GEORGIE is the more appealing option. Patrick Neville's six-year-old failed to complete a hurdling hat-trick at Cheltenham, but he is well worth another chance at fences in a first-time tongue-tie. Cannock Park can beat Bold Reaction home for third.

HIDALGO DE L'ISLE has made a good start over fences and looks the solid option. Cannock Park can do better and is feared most.

Last season's useful novice hurdler CANNOCK PARK took a step in the right direction at Kelso last time and he's the selection.

12:35 Cheltenham Conditions Hurdle (Class 1) 16f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 1 race.

Trainer James Owen landed this contest last year with the talented Burdett Road, and EAST INDIA DOCK looks a similar type having scored comfortably on his hurdling debut at Wincanton last month. The son of Golden Horn has some improving to do in the jumping department, but he should have too much for Irish raider Prairie Angel, who had been in excellent form on the level before a taking success over hurdles at Down Royal. Narrowly denied in Listed company at Wetherby on his first run for the Olly Murphy yard, Static is a key player too.

MY NOBLE LORD, a most progressive handicapper on the Flat, has the physique and attitude to do well over jumps and looks sure to leave the bare form of his opening win at Chepstow last month well behind now stepping up in grade. Prairie Angel and East India Dock are also promising and they head the dangers.

The standout contender is EAST INDIA DOCK, who was the best of these on the Flat and his winning hurdling debut was hard to fault.

12:45 Uttoxeter Maiden Hurdle (Class 4) 16f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

WOODSTOCK CITY was useful on the Flat and displayed some promise when fourth at Wincanton a few weeks ago. A repeat of that level of form would give the four-year-old a big chance in a moderate event. Either Way was not disgraced in Southwell bumper when last seen in June and she could go well, while Kabuki is the pick of the remainder.

Donald McCain's fairly useful bumper scorer KABUKI looks to have more to offer yet so is fancied to gain a first win in this sphere at the chief expense of form rival Woodstock City. Nicky Henderson's hurdling debutante Either Way could also have a say, especially if the market vibes are positive.

Donald McCain's KABUKI again showed promise when third at Sedgefield last time and might be the answer to this run-of-the-mill novice.

12:50 Navan Handicap Hurdle 16f  Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

TONAGHNEAVE WELL may be able to make a winning start in handicap company. The four-year-old has been very consistent and won a good maiden at Gowran Park early last month. He went down by half a length to the progressive Ol Man Dingle at Wexford last time and doesn't look badly treated off an initial mark of 119. The Mediator had been frustrating before opening his hurdling account in fine style at Fairyhouse. With that confidence boosting win under his belt he could play a big part again. Hashtag Pretender similarly gained an overdue win last time and is another to consider on his handicap debut.

MEDIA NARANJA appeals as being on a workable mark over hurdles and she's given the narrow vote to come out on top for the stable who landed this race 12 months ago. Hashtag Pretender and Tonaghneave Well are others fancied to feature. Harsh and Clarens also make some appeal.

Amateur-ridden in a series of handicap hurdle runs last season, CAFE CON LECHE has strong prospects on his recent Flat form

13:00 Wetherby Handicap Hurdle (Class 3) 20f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 3 race.

ACT OF AUTHORITY bolted up in a conditionals' handicap at Sandown last weekend and is able to compete off the same rating. This looks a good piece of placing from his connections and if he remains in the same form, he is difficult to oppose. City Derby chased home a subsequent dual winner at Aintree last time and should go well off an unchanged mark, while Liverpool Knight can beat Bertie's Ballet home for third.

ACT OF AUTHORITY proved a different proposition with a reappearance run behind him when running out an authoritative winner at Sandown (19.8f) 6 days ago, his strength at the finish particularly taking. He ought to take some stopping operating from the same mark. Bertie's Ballet and Liverpool Knight can do battle for the forecast spot.

This revolves around ACT OF AUTHORITY, who escapes a penalty for last Sunday's easy win in a conditionals' handicap at Sandown.

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 3 race.

A slightly unlucky second when hampered two out behind the reopposing The Newest One over C&D last month, JIMMY THE DIGGER could be primed to regain the winning thread at a track that has mostly served him well. A respectable fifth in this contest last year off 1lb lower, Read To Return is interesting on the back of a decent return run at Punchestown, while the booking of Patrick Mullins aboard the unexposed Transmission looks significant. Narrowly denied at Wincanton last time out, the veteran Deise Aba is another to consider.

COME ON TEDDY starts the new campaign potentially well handicapped for his new yard so could be the answer with a top Irish amateur booked. The Newest One and Jimmy The Digger were first and second in a similar event over C&D 3 weeks ago and they head the dangers.

This could go to TRANSMISSION, who was progressive in staying handicap hurdles earlier this year and ran well here recently.

13:20 Uttoxeter Handicap Chase (Class 4) 26f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

My Gift To You has to be of interest having scored at Sedgefield a month ago but preference is for AJP KINGDOM. Fergal O'Brien's gelding bumped into a very well-handicapped rival when second at Chepstow last time and has to be taken seriously off the same mark here. Sporting Ace is another with valid form claims on his return to action.

Granted an error-free round of jumping, AJP KINGDOM may well be the answer. He couldn't live with King Turgeon at Chepstow but that form looks all the better in light of the winner's subsequent success over the National fences at Aintree. There's no doubt that this 7-y-o is on a good mark and he is marginally preferred to the consistent My Gift To You. The Wrekin should come on for this recent comeback run and also merits respect, while Sporting Ace needs a second look, too.

A tight race in which all five have chances. AJP KINGDOM may provide the answer having bumped into one last time.

13:25 Navan Maiden Hurdle 16f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

Gordon Elliott has won four of the last eight runnings of this race and BLEU DE VASSY can enhance that record. The Cokoriko gelding had some strong bumper form and made a stunning start to his hurdling career with a wide margin win at Fairyhouse last month. He will get further than this in time but looks to have the class to score at this trip. The well-bred Mywayofthinkin won his maiden hurdle at Punchestown in fine style and is open to plenty of improvement. He could be a danger. Mr Percy made up for unseating early first time over jumps with a good win at Limerick. He's another for the shortlist.

Having impressed on his hurdles debut at Fairyhouse last month, BLEU DE VASSY can be expected to take this step up in class in his stride. He may have most to fear from stable companion Patter Merchant, who also made a winning start in this sphere at Galway. Mywayofthinkin, another who is 1-1 over hurdles, is open to plenty of progress and he needs a second look, along with Helvic Dream.

A very open renewal in which maiden winners BLEU DE VASSY and Mywayofthinkin could be the ones to concentrate on

13:35 Wetherby Handicap Chase (Class 3) 19f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 3 race.

PAY THE PIPER has been in terrific form since returning in September, winning twice at Kelso either side of going down to an unexposed rival here last month. A 7lb rise for his latest triumph shouldn't be a barrier to further success and he is the pick. Densworth disappointed on his chasing bow at Aintree recently, but could step forward with that experience under his belt. Escapeandevade, who was running well prior to unseating on his seasonal reappearance, heads the remainder.

None of these can be ruled out but the vote goes to ESCAPEANDEVADE who looked as good as ever when unseating his rider late on here last time and can bounce back to winning ways with the cheekpieces refitted. Course-scorer Pay The Piper could emerge as the main danger ahead of Glory And Honour and Findthetime.

The rejuvenated 9yo PAY THE PIPER is taken to post his third win of the autumn, having done it nicely at Kelso last time.

13:45 Cheltenham Maiden Chase (Class 1) 16f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 1 race.

It is difficult to look past L'EAU DU SUD, who in the main jumped impeccably on chase debut over further at Stratford last month when scoring easily. A return to this track should not inconvenience either, having finished runner-up in the County Hurdle in March, and that form should be enough to see off the admirable Lookaway, who landed a two-runner contest at Uttoxeter on chase debut. Neil King's charge was second in the Greatwood at this meeting last year and is noted along with Carlisle scorer Western Zephyr and Petit Tonnerre.

An Arkle trial in name only, L'EAU DU SUD the sort of good-class handicap hurdler his stable almost routinely turn into even better chasers and he's strongly fancied to take the step up in class in his stride and make it 2-2 in this sphere. Lookaway showed his likeable attitude when making a winning return/chase debut at Uttoxeter recently, so he heads up the dangers with improvement on the cards, with Western Zephyr taken to edge out San Salvador for third.

C&D Grade 2 novice hurdle winner LOOKAWAY won on his recent chase debut at Uttoxeter and is taken to make it 2-2 over fences.

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

LIME DROP returned to the fray with a solid second over 2m2f at Kempton last month. She will likely be sharper for that effort and this return to a shorter distance is not a problem. A dual winner over hurdles, Love Tree has a recent second at Hereford under her belt and should prove competitive if taking to the larger obstacles, while Isabella Bee was still in contention when falling at Ludlow and is not without a chance off her current mark.

ISABELLA BEE shaped as if back at the top of her game before falling at Ludlow's notoriously tricky fourth last, so is worth another chance. Lime Drop is a solid alternative, while progressive hurdler Love Tree is an interesting newcomer over fences.

Preference is for LIME DROP, who was clear in second behind a good chasing prospect on last month's seasonal reappearance at Kempton.

He sets the standard here off his mark of 160. Home By The Lee hasn't much to find on the book getting a 5lb pull. He won this race a couple of years ago before finishing third to the selection 12 months ago. The mare Jetara comes here with a fitness advantage and gets 12lb from the selection. Useful Flat performer EMIYN ran a race full of promise when second on his hurdling bow at Aintree last month. The Declan Carroll-trained seven-year-old could enjoy a fruitful winter on that evidence and is taken to repel the likely challenge of Soleil D'arizona, who also occupied the runner-up spot on her debut over timber. Kalium is feared too, and it would be unwise to rule out the remaining duo.

KALIUM chased home an above-average rival on his hurdles debut at Ludlow and, with the promise of better to come from this 4-y-o, he looks the way to go. That said, French import Soleil d'Arizona also found just one too good starting out in this sphere at Exeter and she will offer stern resistance if, as expected, she is able to build on that. Emiyn arguably lacks the scope of the aforementioned duo but his hurdles debut was very encouraging, too, and he should make his presence felt.

Preference for KALIUM is marginal but Tim Vaughan's 4yo looks well up to winning a race like this. Soleil D'Arizona is next best.

14:20 Cheltenham Handicap Chase (Class 1) 20f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 1 race.

Paul Nicholls landed this contest last term and his GINNY'S DESTINY looks well capable of giving him back-to-back wins in the race. He enjoyed a productive campaign last season, notching up three course wins before finding only one too good in a couple of Grade 1 assignments at the big spring festivals. Off what looks a workable mark, he can continue the yard's recent good run of form. Lets Go Champ travelled well for a long way before fading into sixth in the Galway Plate over an extended 2m6f last time, and he commands respect easing in trip. Ryanair winner Protektorat has his fair share of weight to carry, but Dan Skelton's classy chaser cannot be overlooked.

GINNY'S DESTINY has a similar profile to Stage Star who won this for the Nicholls/Cobden combination last year and can enhance his excellent Cheltenham record. 2022 winner Ga Law is feared most on the back of his fine reappearance second at Chepstow. In Excelsis Deo, another with strong Cheltenham form, is next on the list ahead of Harry Derham's new recruit Imagine.

All the signs look good for IMAGINE (nap), who is taken to make a successful debut for Harry Derham. Ga Law is second choice.

14:28 Uttoxeter Handicap Hurdle (Class 5) 20f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

COURT CIAN was making only his third start over hurdles when posting an improved effort to finish fourth at Southwell last time. Stuart Edmunds' charge needs to brush up his jumping, but looks on a fair mark if doing so. Emanate was third at Wincanton recently and can improve on that showing, while Present Fair could also go well on his second outing after wind surgery.

A chance is taken on CUBAN COURT, who has failed to build on his highly encouraging handicap debut second at Doncaster in four subsequent starts but he's now 7 lb below the mark off which he was runner-up in that race on Town Moor. Fourtowns should appreciate returning to this left-handed track and he could be the main danger. Emanate and Present Fair also have claims.

Only beaten about 6l on his recent handicap debut, COURT CIAN has plenty of scope for improvement if his jumping is more fluent today.

14:33 Navan Conditions Chase 16f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

A cracking renewal with four Grade 1 winners lining up. FOUND A FIFTY has the fitness advantage and can make a mark now against seasoned performers. The Solskjaer gelding produced a fine weight carrying performance at Down Royal on his return a fortnight ago. Captain Guinness bids for a hat-trick in the race so commands utmost respect. He got his day in the sun when landing the Champion Chase back in March and has been a wonderfully consitent performer. He ended his season with a narrow defeat by Banbridge at Punchestown and that rival is another big player in a small but select field. Joseph O'Brien's charge showed he can operate at a high level over two miles that day.

GENTLEMAN DE MEE disappointed on his last 2 starts in the spring but a reproduction of his Queen Mother Champion Chase second at Cheltenham would make him the one to beat on these terms. Found A Fifty looks one to keep on side this winter after his winning comeback at Down Royal and is next best ahead of Banbridge and Captain Guinness, who were separated by only a neck in the Champion Chase at Punchestown.

With race-fitness in his favour, FOUND A FIFTY may take the measure of Captain Guinness who bids to win this for the third time

14:45 Wetherby Handicap Hurdle (Class 3) 16f  Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 3 race.

OSLO finished a creditable fourth on the level at Kempton just 12 days ago and looks primed to run a big race back over timber. Beaten only a length off this mark in a competitive hurdle at Perth in August, a similar effort could see him bang there at the finish once again. Old Gregorian arrives on the back of a surprise victory at Kelso and is a threat with Jack Power's allowance reducing an 8lb rise. Glory And Fortune should not be underestimated returning to handicap company.

OLD GREGORIAN's hit-or-miss profile to date is a bit of a concern but his recent Kelso win appeals as solid form so even an 8 lb rise may not stop him. Oslo isn't always fluent in the jumping department but he arrives in form and is the obvious danger.

Much the safest option looks to be OSLO (nap), not beaten far on the AW last time and with optimum conditions now back hurdling.

Doyen Quest got up late on to score over an extended 2m4f here in the spring and, on the back of a creditable reappearance second at Chepstow last month, he warrants respect off 3lb higher. That said, GOWEL ROAD is preferred. Emailandy is also respected tackling this trip for the first time.

Plenty are in with a shout but it's hard to side against Dan Skelton's upwardly-mobile DOYEN QUEST who resumed with an excellent second in a big-field Chepstow handicap (form been franked) and still looks ahead of his mark with this longer trip also a likely plus. Gavin Cromwell's new recruit Noble Birth could emerge as the main danger although fellow Irish challenger Zeeband commands plenty of respect for last year's winning yard. In-form duo Gowel Road and Itso Fury can both have a say too.

Doyen Quest is a must for the shortlist and Emailandy also brings potential. ZEEBAND, however, still has more to offer.

15:03 Uttoxeter Handicap Hurdle (Class 5) 16f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

EL VIGARO was far from disgraced when runner-up behind a handicap debutant over this track and trip earlier this month and, upped 4lb, a bold bid to go one place better is anticipated. Rock On Tommy looks the main danger to the selection upped 1lb from his second here last time, while Cawthorne Cracker shaped with plenty of promise when third over 2m1f at Newcastle recently and merits a second look off 1lb higher.

Competitive fare for the grade with 3-time C&D winner ROCK ON TOMMY getting the nod. In good order when last seen during the summer, he returns from 4 months off with his yard in tremendous nick and looks too well-handicapped to ignore. Cawthorne Cracker and Garitsa Bay are a couple of others to consider.

The pick is CAWTHORNE CRACKER (nap), who has shown significant improvement since a wind op and may still be ahead of his mark.

15:08 Navan Maiden Chase 17f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

The strong travelling KING OF KINGSFIELD hasn't always found the most off the bridle and fences may really suit him now. He won his point-to-point in facile fashion a couple of years ago and it will be interesting to see how the Grade 1 placed hurdler fares now that he turns his attention to chasing. Stablemate Down Memory Lane is one of four in JP McManus's colours and could be the danger. The Walk In The Park gelding lost his unbeaten record when a well-beaten third in Grade 1 company last Christmas but remains a lovely prospect for chasing. Galway Hurdle winner Nurburgring is another notable runner, trying fences for the first time.

DOWN MEMORY LANE remains a very nice prospect, despite his heavy defeat in a Leopardstown Grade 1 when last seen in December 2023. The 6-y-o was a wide-margin winner of his sole start between the flags and could be a very useful chaser in the making. Nurburgring and King of Kingsfield are feared most in that order of preference, while Backtonormal is also of interest.

A high-class looking beginners' chase in which Galway Hurdle winner NURBURGRING could stretch them all

15:15 Newcastle Listed (Class 1) 10f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 1 race.

Tyrrhenian Sea wasn't beaten far into third in the Winter Derby at Southwell in February and it would be no surprise to see him play a role. However, it's hard to get away from DUBAI HONOUR. William Haggas' six-year-old hit the crossbar in a Group 1 at Baden-Baden in September and sets a lofty standard with a rating of 118. If he can run to anywhere near that form again, he will prove very hard to beat. Peace Man is another to take seriously after his narrow defeat at Newmarket.

A tricky start to proceedings but the suggestion is PEACE MAN, who has taken his form up a notch since returning this autumn and can makes amends for his nose defeat at Newmarket a fortnight ago. The globetrotting Dubai Honour found just one too good in a German Group 1 when last seen in September, so he heads up the opposition back in his usual tongue tie, with Tyrrhenian Sea and Sir Busker another couple fancied to be in the mix, too.

Three-time Group 1 winner DUBAI HONOUR (nap) is a potential cut above here, even with a 7lb penalty. Peace Man may follow him home.

CARTONNE was having his first outing since May when fading away in the closing stages at Huntingdon having disputed the lead for most of the way. The seven-year-old can be forgiven that effort and gets another chance to resume winning ways. Ballydisco was still going well when falling at Carlisle last month and can make his presence felt with a clear round, while Cardamon Hill will appreciate the return to faster ground and is not out of it either.

Preference is for BALLYDISCO, who was in the process of running creditably on return when departing on his debut for new connections at Carlisle just over 3 weeks ago. Provided that spill hasn't left a mark, he can get the better of Cartonne, who shaped as if better for the run after 6 months off at Huntingdon recently. Cardamon Hill can fill out third.

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 3 race.

A Grade 3 winner at Sandown on his penultimate start, Champagne Twist boasts some solid form. However, returning from a 218-day absence is a concern and with that in mind, the match-fit MAJOR FORTUNE shades preference after an assured success over 2m1f at Newton Abbot 17 days ago. Having previously won over further, stepping back up in trip should be ideal for the Dan Skelton-trained gelding, who appears progressive enough to cope with a 9lb higher mark. Long Draw and Wyenot complete the shortlist.

Tony Martin took this prize 2 years ago and looks to hold prime claims again with his 4-y-o HAMSIYANN. Progressive in a handful of starts over hurdles last term, he ran his best race yet on the Flat when chasing home his stablemate in the Chester Plate back in May. Unexposed at this trip and appealing as being on a handy mark, he's very much of interest. Last-time-out winners Wonderful Eagle and Major Fortune command respect also, as do Champagne Twist and Long Draw.

Wyenot and Major Fortune look set to run well again but Tony Martin's maiden hurdler HAMSIYANN catches the eye in a major way.

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

There is plenty to like about point-to-point winner Draco Malfoy and he must enter calculations on debut for the in-form Kim Bailey team. That said, it may pay to side with KARONACHO. Olly Murphy has his string in fine form at present and connections may be disappointed if this 200,000-euro purchase was not able to play a strong hand on debut. Walkingtheline wasn't disgraced when fourth in a bumper here last month and she commands respect with that experience under her belt.

DRACO MALFOY has already scored between the flags and his in-form stable should have him ready for this, so he's worth a chance to make a winning start in this sphere. Karonacho is an obvious one on paper given his pedigree/connections and John Barbour looks the best of those with bumper experience.

This could be a fair bumper. JOHN BARBOUR has an excellent pedigree and he should be capable of finding plenty on his debut effort.

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

Jockey bookings would suggest that WHINNEY HILL is the first choice from the Gigginstown pair and he can strike at the second time of asking on the track. The Jack Hobbs gelding ran well on his racecourse bow when chasing home Friary Road in a winners' contest at Punchestown last month and is entitled to improve a bit from that run. Stablemate He Can't Dance won a point-to-point at Monksgrange in late March and cost 300,000 pounds afterwards. The market may prove the best guide to his chances. The Lookout Man shaped with promise when second on his debut at Thurles back in March and has joined Declan Queally since. He's another to note.

HE CAN'T DANCE is from the family of Master Minded and fetched a hefty sum after winning a point, so he's fully expected to make a winning start under Rules for top connections. Stablemate Whinney Hill is the main threat ahead of Minella Post.

Gordon Elliott has a strong hand. HE CAN'T DANCE impressed in winning a point for Rob James and can be rated a fine long-term prospect

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 1 race.

NIGHT RAIDER produced arguably a career-best effort to score by over two lengths in a conditions stakes at Kempton last month and he might have plenty more to offer. Karl Burke's three-year-old went into the 2000 Guineas unbeaten in two starts, but beat only one rival home. However, now might be the time he builds on that early promise. Albasheer is a C&D winner who wasn't disgraced in fifth in a Group 3 at Dundalk last time and has to be considered. Annaf completes the shortlist.

Lots with chances and Mick Appleby's smart ANNAF could prove the answer now he has his sights lowered following a solid run in Ascot's Champion Sprint last time out. Willem Twee is another with the form to have a say and heads the list of dangers ahead of Significantly and Wiltshire. Albasheer completes the shortlist.

Annaf, Night Raider, Willem Twee and WILTSHIRE stand out. The selection still has an air of unfinished business about him.

The hat-trick seeking KORINTHIA can lay an early marker for Willie Mullins' team of bumper horses now the NH season really kicks in. After two comfortable wins in Ireland, this daughter of Jukebox Jury seems ready for a deeper test and is an attractive option as her trainer bears down on back-to-back wins in the race. Fellow bumper winners Jasmine D'airy, St Irene and That'll Do Moss are all upwardly mobile and appear capable of making their presence felt.

KORINTHIA has looked well above average to date and her yard has no peer in this division, so she's preferred to Jasmine d'Airy, who made a successful start under Rules for her former yard at Tipperary 6 months ago. Point winner Settle Down Jill looks a big danger.

In a warm race the vote goes to STRONG RUN who shaped well when second at Uttoxeter. Stablemate Siog Geal is second choice.

Mu Mu Land built on his debut second to score by a length over track and trip last month and should mount another bold bid. However, he might find it tough to give his 4lb penalty away to CHARMOULA. Harry Charlton's juvenile has shaped with plenty of promise in all three starts to date, including when third at Nottingham last time, and looks to have been found a good opportunity. Shiplake is probably a lot better than his well-held sixth at Newbury and is another to note.

The market should reveal plenty here but Julie Camacho's MU MU LAND holds the edge on the form of his recent C&D succcess so gets the vote ahead of Arkleside, who made a promising start when fifth here last month and can build on it. Hugo Palmer's debutant Soldiers Star is not without interest too and well worth a market check.

Ed Bethell's ARKLESIDE showed promise on his C&D debut last month and gets a narrow vote ahead of penalised C&D scorer Mu Mu Land.

16:30 Wolverhampton Handicap (Class 6) 9f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

Narrowly denied by a 70-rated rival last month, SAVED LIZZIE is still unexposed at this trip and is of interest as a result. That said, Diffident Spirit won an even deeper race at Nottingham 10 days ago and is also a serious player, despite his previous all-weather form being way below that of his exploits on turf. Voltaic and Royal Observatory are other notable types to consider.

DIFFIDENT SPIRIT's split mark is probably justified but, having just scored at Nottingham, he's worth chancing from 4 lb lower back on this surface. Saved Lizzie and Port Noir are both dangers.

This can go to SAVED LIZZIE who can gain compensation for her defeat at Chelmsford in October, when only just failing to get up.

16:48 Newcastle Handicap (Class 3) 5f  Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 3 race.

Spirit Of Applause has been in great form on the all-weather recently and having been narrowly denied at Southwell on Tuesday, he is certain to prove popular once more, as is Dark Kestrel, who is 6lb higher following last month's C&D triumph. However, marginal preference is for KING OF STARS. Mick Appleby's charge shaped with considerable promise in a conditions event at Beverley when returning from a lengthy absence and the well-handicapped seven-year-old may well step forward with that run under his belt.

SPIRIT OF APPLAUSE arrives at the top of his game so is fancied to bag another C&D success at the chief expense of recent C&D victor Dark Kestrel. King of Stars is handily weighted if building on his Beverley third after a long absence and is another to consider along with Makanah.

Elegant Erin and Spirit Of Applause are respected but this represents a drop in grade for MON NA SLIEVE and he's preferred.

17:00 Wolverhampton Stakes (Class 5) 12f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

Clockmaker has ability but can be a law unto himself and wouldn't be one for maximum faith based on how he downed tools at Goodwood most recently. CADARN on the other hand, was a close second to a promising type in a novice over 1m2f at Newcastle last month. Given his only previous start was a respectable fourth in a Huntingdon bumper, this additional two furlongs could be a source of improvement. Sueno appeals more than Volakes of the rest.

Having offered promise in a bumper, CADARN made a pleasing Flat debut when second at Newcastle last month, so he's preferred to Sueno, who is likely to progress from her debut, when she seemed inexperienced. That pair should dominate.

Preference is for CADARN who has the AW experience on the board having only just failed to get up at Newcastle last time.

17:18 Newcastle Handicap (Class 6) 6f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

Laurens Dream recorded a deserved first career success when on target over 7f here on Monday and she merits respect under the penalty. However, it might pay to side with FOLLOWEROFFASHION. The daughter of Dandy Man would need to improve on what she has shown to date, but she enters nurseries from a potentially workable mark and is well berthed in stall 10. It would come as no surprise were fellow handicap debutant Rock Master to step forward, while recent course winner Monticristo Boy is also noted.

In the hope that she gets a strong pace to aim at now dropped to 6f, LAURENS DREAM gets the nod. She did well to prevail on her all-weather debut over 7f here on Monday and there should be better to come. The drop to this trip will almost certainly suit Rock Master and he merits respect now pitched into a nursery off a fair-looking mark, while A Fine Claret, who was a good third to the selection here five days ago, and recent course winner Monticristo Boy are others to consider.

Handicap newcomers Rock Master and FOLLOWEROFFASHION may progress past some exposed opposition.

17:30 Wolverhampton Handicap (Class 5) 6f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

CHOREOGRAPHIC's three qualifying runs were steadily progressive and the daughter of Night Of Thunder debuts in a nursery from a workable mark as a result. A half-sister to a winner over this trip on Polytrack, the signs are positive now she tackles Tapeta for the first time. Monomyth and Baileys Jubilation are more exposed but are still competitively-enough weighted for consideration at this level.

ROGUE BULLET was firmly back on track with blinkers applied when second at Kempton last time and, if he can avoid a slow start, he could go one better. Choreographic should be able to do better switched to nurseries and Monomyth can bounce back from a poor showing.

With the blinkers retained, ROGUE BULLET may well build on his Kempton effort and go one better. Choreographic is second choice.

17:48 Newcastle Handicap (Class 6) 8f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

A commanding winner of a class 5 C&D event recently, this ought to be an excellent opportunity for JEWEL MAKER, who remains well treated off 5lb higher, to go in again. Wyvern took another step in the right direction when not beaten far into fourth over track and trip last month and he is of interest from an unchanged rating. Roman Harry was a close-up fifth on his first appearance for Iain Jardine and there should be more to come.

Having resumed winning ways over this C&D nine days ago, JEWEL MAKER is the most appealing option. He remains feasibly treated up 5 lb and earns the vote ahead of Likleman and Roman Harry. Cases can also be made for Annandale and Wyvern.

The suggestion is ROMAN HARRY, who gained his Irish win on the beach at Laytown and remains unexposed in non-turf events.

18:00 Wolverhampton Maiden (Class 4) 9f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

BULLETIN shaped with plenty of promise when a staying-on fourth over 7f on his debut here last month. He was then an excellent second over a mile at Southwell subsequently and the son of Advertise gets the vote to go one place better this time. Precision made a pleasing start when third over a mile at Redcar on his racecourse bow recently and he can emerge as the main danger to the selection, while Marhaba Ghaiyyath is respected most of the newcomers.

There isn't much between BULLETIN, Precision and Northwest Passage given what they have achieved so far but Bulletin is proven on AW so shades the vote.

Solid contender BULLETIN is marginally preferred, ahead of Precision and Northwest Passage.

18:18 Newcastle Handicap (Class 6) 8f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

TASEVER responded kindly for Ryan Kavanagh when he won with a tenacious effort over C&D last week and he can take another step forward with just a 3lb higher mark to contend with. The hat-trick seeking Jez Bomb is an obvious threat to the selection, while Mambha commands respect and won't be as underestimated in the betting as she was when scoring narrowly off 5lb lower over track and trip last month.

JEZ BOMB has been a real improver in the second half of the year and might be able to defy the handicapper again. Tasever finally came good here last time and is second choice ahead of Absolutely Buzzing.

Preference is for JUMEIRA VISION who has fallen to his last winning mark and gave an indication last time he was returning to form.

18:30 Wolverhampton Maiden (Class 4) 9f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

PENFOLDS GRANGE made eyecatching late headway to finish third on his debut over 7f at Kempton last month and, stepping up in trip with the promise of more to come, he can land the spoils. Quick Qudos is a newcomer to note as a son of Siyouni, while Orchestral Wave is fancied to step forward from his ordinary Southwell introduction.

QUICK QUDOS makes plenty of appeal on paper so can make a winning start in a weak maiden. Minelone is next best ahead of Penfolds Grange.

Having stayed on for an encouraging third on last month's debut over 7f at Kempton, PENFOLDS GRANGE earns the vote now up in trip.

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

Perseverance could be the name of the game with FEEL THE NEED, who has generally run with consistency all year and, still unexposed on the all-weather, could make the most of being on a competitive current rating. Billyb is surely better than he managed at York last time out and, with this representing a drop back down in class, he is also taken seriously. Project Geofin and Modern Times have scope to progress on Tapeta and any support in the betting would be noteworthy.

PROJECT GEOFIN had to come from too far back when second over C&D last time and can show he's still on a good mark. Enola Grey went down only to an unexposed 3-y-o at Southwell on Wednesday and is feared most ahead of Master Richard and Swiss Ace. Billy B is one to note in the betting back from a break.

Several runners of interest but PROJECT GEOFIN's latest second should be upgraded and he still looks well handicapped.

19:00 Wolverhampton Handicap (Class 6) 7f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

OVERNIGHT OATS took advantage of a tumbling mark when scoring here recently, and he looks capable of shouldering a 5lb penalty to success for his in-form stable. A 2lb rise for a recent Southwell victory doesn't discount Emerald Army and a bold bid for a double is expected, while Comedian Leader arrives on the back of a couple of admirable placed efforts and is noted too.

OVERNIGHT OATS got off the mark for his current yard here last week and is the percentage call to follow up under a 5-lb penalty. Emerald Army and Comedian Leader head up the opposition in that order.

The choice is EMERALD ARMY who is just 2lb higher than when getting off the mark on AW debut at Southwell last month.

19:18 Newcastle Handicap (Class 5) 6f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

MUSIC SOCIETY has been an absolute credit to his connections and having rolled back the years to gain an eighth career success at Newmarket a fortnight ago, he cannot be ruled out from adding another notch to his tally off just 3lb higher. Sacred Falls and Beale Street are suggested as the two main rivals on this occasion, although any support in the betting for Showhound would also warrant scrutiny.

MUSIC SOCIETY went up only 3 lb for Newmarket and remains with plenty of handicapping scope back on AW. The drop back to sprinting could be a good move for Beale Street who is second choice ahead of Sacred Falls.

The veteran MUSIC SOCIETY won decisively at Newmarket last time and a 3lb rise looks fair. Showhound is feared most.

19:30 Wolverhampton Handicap (Class 5) 6f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

WILLOLARUPI returned to winning ways at Southwell earlier in the month and the handicapper might have been kind to only put him up 4lb for that victory. Declan Caroll's three-year-old might only need to produce a repeat of that performance in order to record a double. Zu Run followed up his success here two starts ago with a runner-up effort over C&D last time and he should remain competitive, while Beyond Equal also makes some appeal.

WILLOLARUPI ran out of a decisive winner on his first all-weather start at Southwell 12 days ago and looks capable of defying a 4 lb rise in the weights on that evidence. Zu Run isn't ideally drawn but is another who could have more to offer on this surface, with Em Jay Kay completing the shortlist.

Off a very handy mark returned to 6f on his third start for Ian Williams, CALL GLORY looks particularly interesting.

20:00 Wolverhampton Handicap (Class 4) 10f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

War Chant made every yard of the running to strike by over a length in this grade at Chelmsford on his most recent start, but a 4lb rise might catch him out. With that in mind, the vote goes to TIMELESS CHARM, who failed to fire on her handicap debut at Doncaster in March but she returns to the all-weather and could have more to offer on only her fourth career start. Four-time course winner Master Of Combat is another to consider.

KING'S CODE needs to dispel a lesser effort at Bath on his latest outing, yet he'd previously highlighted he could be ready to strike when fifth at Kempton previously and, lurking on a very handy mark, he could be ready to strike. Recent course winner Master of Combat, Majestic and Timeless Charm are others to bear in mind, as is likeable 4-y-o War Chant.

The vote goes to MASTER OF COMBAT who gained his fourth course success last time. He remains favourably treated on previous form.

Alan King's Yarmouth maiden scorer STAR TIME comes here easily the least exposed and with further progress anticipated now handicapping/at this longer trip, he looks to hold sound claims. Destinado bounced back to form when successful at Southwell on Wednesday and is a danger under a penalty for all consistency isn't his strong suit. Percy Willis is another to consider with a recent run under his belt.

Alan King's STAR TIME (nap) stands out as an unexposed sort in this line-up and he can make a winning handicap debut.
