13:10 Punchestown Conditions Hurdle 19f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

Scaramanga was a Grade 1 winner in the US when last seen over obstacles and Willie Mullins' representative merits the utmost respect on his return, but it is ASH TREE MEADOW who shades preference. The talented chaser, a Grade 3 winner as recently as last month, will have no problem reverting to hurdles and looks to hold leading claims in receipt of 6lb from the other principals. Fascile Mode was a creditable third at Ballinrobe last time out, but that position might be his best hope once again.

ASH TREE MEADOW holds the edge on form and comes here on the back of a Grade 3 chasing success at Killarney so gets the vote. Scaramanga has a lengthy lay-off to overcome but can't be dismissed with his yard going well, with Fascile Mode and Queen Nel appealing as the pick of the remainder for minor honours.

It is hard to see beyond high class chaser ASH TREE MEADOW, who was a close second in this race last year on his last run over hurdles

13:27 Perth Maiden Hurdle (Class 4) 20f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

CLODDERS DREAM won in a pleasing manner over 2m3f at Clonmel on his penultimate start and, far from disgraced when third under a penalty over 3m1f at Kilbeggan last time, there could be plenty more to come from this improving six-year-old back at this sort of trip. Bishop Hill has shown a liking for this venue and, with a hood added, she can at least match the two placed efforts she has posted over this C&D on her last two starts. Hurdles debutant Highland Fashion completes the shortlist.

Gordon Elliott has bagged the last two runnings of this maiden and his CLODDERS DREAM holds the edge on form so is fancied to quickly resume winning ways. Bishop Hill rates much the biggest threat, especially if the fitting of a hood ekes out some improvement. Kimjoy and Buy Some Time appeal as the pick of the rest for minor honours.

The Crawford-trained pair Kimjoy and MONGIBELLO appeal most. The selection can boast strong form in bumpers.

13:45 Punchestown Maiden Chase 24f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

Easy Fella bolted up on his fencing bow at Tipperary and Henry de Bromhead's charge is an obvious candidate once again, but REVEREND HUBERT can come out on top. Once useful on the Flat, Charles Byrnes' gelding appeared to relish a switch to fences when winning comfortably at Limerick, and natural improvement ought to give him every chance of following up. Solitary Man and Saylavee, who receives 7lb from the aforementioned trio, are others to consider.

EASY FELLA made an impressive start over fences at Tipperary last month and looks a smart chaser in the making. He can follow up. Reverend Hubert and Solitary Man are feared most.

With his fitness advanced by his Killarney run, and the form boosted by the second at Ballinrobe, SOLITARY MAN may prove best.

13:57 Perth Handicap Hurdle (Class 5) 16f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

NORTHERN CARDINAL posted his best effort so far when finishing runner-up in a deeper handicap hurdle over this C&D on his most recent start and, having undergone wind surgery since, this could be a good time to catch Lucinda Russell's five-year-old. Dapper Gent has a similar profile from races elsewhere and rates a player from a workable mark. Foxwood and Marty Mcfly are a couple of other likely improvers to consider.

DAPPER GENT looks very much the way to go here given he starts life in handicaps at the top of his game and on a lenient mark. Marty McFly is next on the list on the back of an encouraging debut fourth for Sandy Thomson, with Northern Cardinal also in the mix if building on his C&D second after wind surgery.

Northern Cardinal and Marty McFly are respected but DAPPER GENT is preferred on his handicap debut.

14:10 Goodwood Handicap (Class 3) 7f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 3 race.

Finn's Charm might have struggled in a hot 0-105 contest at Epsom recently, but it would be unwise to rule him out now eased in class from a sliding handicap mark. TOIMY SON bumped into an improver when filling the runner-up spot over C&D last time out, though, and any further progression can see David Menuisier's gelding go one better. Son Of Man was never involved on last month's seasonal return, but he could fare better with that under his belt.

It could be worth chancing RACINGBREAKS RYDER, who has been given a chance by the handicapper and took a step back in the right direction here last time. Toimy Son and Sir Winston should also go well.

The most appealing contenders are TOIMY SON and Racingbreaks Ryder, who both shaped encouragingly here 16 days ago.

14:20 Punchestown Handicap Chase 20f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

A chase mark of 106 proved far too lenient for MOUSEY BROWN, who recorded a cosy success at Kilbeggan a week ago. A 10lb rise will ask more questions of her, but she is open to further improvement over the larger obstacles and her prominent style of racing will suit around here. Jasmin De Cotte has few miles on the clock himself and he is interesting from an opening chase figure of 123, having struck at Kilbeggan last month. Slane Hill could have a say on his return from a 203-day absence, while Railway Hurricane is also noted.

MOUSEY BROWN justified market confidence when making a winning handicap debut in this sphere at Kilbeggan last week and she remains very well treated on hurdles form. Unexposed pair Jasmin de Cotte and Slane Hill head the dangers.

Even with the addition of 10lb for her Kilbeggan win MOUSEY BROWN remains 12lb below her hurdles rating and will be hard to beat

14:32 Perth Handicap Hurdle (Class 4) 16f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

Irish raider Muhtaluza is unexposed and merits consideration for the powerful Gordon Elliott yard, while Malangen and Aldbourne also rate as shortlist material at this level and signals from the betting market should be heeded where those three are concerned. However, handicap debutant KINBARA FIRSTDRAFT offers the most intrigue on these terms and is fancied to build on last month's third-placed finish over C&D from an attractive opening mark. Kilbrainy goes well fresh and is also feared.

MALANGEN has a fine record at this course and arrives on back of an encouraging return to action at Hexham last week. He gets the nod in an open-looking contest. Kilbrainy and Kinbara Firstdraft head the list of dangers.

A trappy race in which BELLE OF ANNANDALE is marginally preferred to Thats Jet.

14:45 Goodwood Stakes (Class 4) 6f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

PRINCIPALITY hit the woodwork in a typically warm Newmarket novice on his debut last month and the son of Calyx, who holds an entry in the Group 2 Railway Stakes later this month, is fancied to go one better. Wathnan Racing have shot to prominence in recent weeks and their representative Carrados was a slightly disappointing favourite at Leicester 12 days ago, though he should improve for the experience. Of the debutants, Abstract Art appeals most.

PRINCIPALITY shaped with plenty of encouragement behind one that may be destined for pattern level when second at Newmarket and should take plenty of beating. Carrados failed to meet expectations at Leicester on debut but he still offered plenty to work on and better can be expected now.

The form pick is Newmarket runner-up PRINCIPALITY, ahead of Carrados who commands serious respect with major progress on the cards.

14:55 Punchestown Handicap Hurdle 19f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

Having scored with some ease on her chase bow at Tramore last week, Purse Price must enter calculations on this switch back to hurdles. However, the Gordon Elliott-trained mare may have to play second fiddle to fellow last-time-out winner MISSUS BEETON. The six-year-old scored a shade cosily over 2m3f at Limerick and there looks to be more to come over this distance. Smallcraftwarning also arrives in good heart and completes the shortlist.

JOYEUX VIVO is still relatively low mileage and posted his best effort yet over hurdles when third at Cork last month. He can get off the mark. Missus Beeton and Costanuci head the list of dangers.

With the McKiernan stable in good form, marginal preference is for WINDING RIVER after a good run at Downpatrick

15:07 Perth Handicap Chase (Class 3) 20f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 3 race.

Having produced a taking display when landing the spoils at Hereford last month, Fix At All must enter calculations racing off only a 6lb higher rating. However, the eight-year-old may prove vulnerable to the fast-improving GOD'S OWN GETAWAY. The Dan Skelton-trained gelding is chasing a third victory over fences on just his fourth appearance in this sphere and he's taken to further enhance his tally. Any market support for Irish raider Motown Maggie would be interesting.

GOD'S OWN GETAWAY has made a fine start to his chasing career and Dan Skelton's 6-y-o can gain his third win since switching to the larger obstacles. Parisencore ran well despite being pestered for the lead at Kelso and also makes the shortlist, whilst Fix At All can't be discounted on the back of his Hereford success.

After his good performance at Hereford in May, FIX AT ALL is taken to follow up off a 6lb higher mark.

15:20 Goodwood Seller (Class 3) 5f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 3 race.

Jack Channon landed the corresponding event 12 months ago and he could do so once more with DOUBLE O ONE. The daughter of Showcasing weakened into second late on having raced keenly over 6f at Brighton last time out, so a return to the minimum trip could hold the key. Both Clay Shoveler and Coiled have produced a consistent level of form across their three racecourse appearances and are unlikely to be far away. Hettie Jack is another to take into consideration.

Little to choose between most of these but ROYSDELIGHT and Clay Shoveler are both progressive, with the former shading the vote. Hettie Jack offered something to work on at Doncaster and is another to consider.

With the drop back in trip a likely plus, DOUBLE O ONE gets the vote. Clay Shoveler is second choice.

JUST FOR LOVE shaped like a smart prospect when making a winning debut in a Galway bumper in September last season. The Willie Mullins-trained mare looks just the type to excel now tackling hurdles on her return to action and she can take this en route to bigger things. Cork third Rosalys may serve the most resistance to the selection now upped in distance, ahead of Smiling Bess, who shouldn't be far away if producing her best form.

Willie Mullins' JUST FOR LOVE looked a good prospect when making a winning start in bumpers at Galway and can defy a lengthy absence to go in at the first time of asking in this sphere. Cottesloe Sunshine rates the pick of those with hurdling experience and is next on the list ahead of Rosalys who also has better days ahead of her and can have a say.

The one to be on though is JUST FOR LOVE who looked a reasonable prospect when winning her bumper at Galway in September

15:42 Perth Handicap Chase (Class 2) 24f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 2 race.

HANG IN THERE returned to action with a very respectable second in the Grade 2 Silver Trophy at Cheltenham in April. A 1lb drop in the ratings looks lenient for Emma Lavelle's charge and he should take plenty of beating if handling this step up in distance. Duffle Coat is also sure to prove popular after his ready triumph in the Mayo National at Ballinrobe and he is feared most, ahead of fellow last-time-out winner Karl Philippe.

HANG IN THERE picked up where he left off when runner-up in a Grade 2 handicap at Cheltenham in April, despite looking a little rusty after 6 months off, so he can build on that effort to resume winning ways. The main danger could be Duffle Coat, who recorded a first win over fences in good style on his latest outing, with Karl Philippe also considered.

He's not the only one arriving in form but DUFFLE COAT (nap) looked in particularly good nick when landing a valuable prize last month.

15:55 Goodwood Listed (Class 1) 10f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 1 race.

SEA JUST IN TIME was most taking when scooting clear of her rivals on debut at Newmarket last month. William Haggas' filly could take this rise in class in her stride before a possible crack at Royal Ascot. She is in the Irish Oaks and the Arc too. Seaward will find this a lot less competitive than her last-placed finish in the Oaks at Epsom recently, with the drop in trip looking a positive move. Bolsena and Nakheel also warrant close inspection.

SEA JUST IN TIME looked good when easily accounting for a next-time-out winner on her Newmarket debut and is a confident pick to make it 2-2. The way in which Bolsena stuck on for a place in a 1m York listed race suggests this longer trip could suit and she's second choice ahead of Ascot maiden winner Nakheel, the mount of WIlliam Buick.

Very promising SEA JUST IN TIME is one to follow. Bolsena, provided she stays the trip, looks the biggest danger.

16:05 Punchestown Maiden Hurdle 23f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

Uncle Pat displayed a willing attitude when making a successful start to his racing career with a triumph in a NH Flat race at Downpatrick in August last year. Willie Mullins' gelding is sure to prove popular now facing obstacles for the first time, but the experienced CHOSEN THYME edges the verdict. The seven-year-old looks well worth another go at a longer distance after his staying-on fourth over 2m4f here in February and he was only beaten a length a quarter that day. Innatendue and Lightkeeper are also noted.

UNCLE PAT kept on well when making a winning bumper debut at Downpatrick last summer and should be suited by this stiffer test of stamina on switch to hurdling. He can land the spoils. Topgun Simmy and LIghtkeeper can also make their presence felt.

This looks like a good opportunity for UNCLE PAT who beat a pair of subsequent maiden hurdle winners on his only bumper start.

16:17 Perth Handicap Chase (Class 4) 24f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

A first-time visor proved just the tonic for last month's Kelso scorer NO REGRETS and he could be capable of following up. A 4lb rise is more than fair for Nicky Richards' inmate and he shades the verdict over Giovanni Change, who is unexposed in this sphere and his reappearance third over hurdles at Market Rasen should have put him spot-on. Cap Du Nord and Everyday Champagne are also noted.

HALF SHOT underperformed returned to hurdling last time but he had caught the eye in a better chase than this at Ayr the time before so is worth another chance back in this sphere. Cap du Nord took advantage of his reduced mark at Plumpton in March and remains fairly treated up 4 lb, while Everyday Champagne went close off this mark at Kelso last month.

After running well in a much stronger race than this on his latest chasing start, HALF SHOT is now back on his last winning mark.

16:30 Goodwood Handicap (Class 3) 16f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 3 race.

CRESCENT LAKE posted another creditable effort in defeat when making the frame over 1m6f here. The return to two miles shouldn't hamper the seven-year-old's bid and compensation could await on this drop into class 3 company. The biggest threat may emerge from Hedonista, who returned with a close-up second at Ascot, while C&D winner Vino Victrix is also entitled to build on her reappearance having finished fourth over track and trip just over a fortnight ago.

Ed Walker's HEDONISTA is a young stayer on the up and fancied to build on her encouraging Ascot second and go one better here. In-form course scorer Crescent Lake appeals as the main danger, although a solid case can also be made for Tradesman, Tronador, Sir Chauvelin and Tenerife Sunshine in a competitive handicap.

With further progress a possibility, HEDONISTA gets the vote. Crescent Lake ties in with the selection on Ascot form.

16:40 Punchestown Handicap Hurdle 23f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

BELLA BLISS possibly made her bid for glory a fraction too soon when she was overhauled near the finish over an extended 2m3f at Limerick 17 days ago and, with this longer trip very much in her favour, the John McConnell-trained could be hard to reel in this time, especially with Alex Harvey's 7lb claim boosting her chance at the weights. Dorans Law is open to improvement now he tries a longer distance, while Donkey Years also rates a key player from a competitive mark in comparison to his chase rating.

DORANS LAW shaped encouragingly when second on his course handicap debut last month and there should be more to come now stepping up to around 3m so he gets the vote. Donkey Years has run with credit when reaching the frame twice this spring and is next on the list ahead of last year's winner Mister Beeton.

This is a new trip for BARRY LYNDON but it should suit and he has more potential for improvement than many of these rivals

16:52 Perth Handicap Hurdle (Class 5) 24f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

DEQUALL was denied by a short head at Hexham last month and he only has a 2lb higher rating to contend with. Stuart Coltherd's eight-year-old remains on a dangerous mark and can get his head back in front. The main threat might be Euchan Falls, who filled the runner-up berth over 2m4f here before another solid second over fences, also at this venue. Of the remainder, Fever Dream makes the most appeal.

FEVER DREAM rather stands out as an unexposed sort in this line-up and can come good now stepping up to 3m for the first time. Recent Hexham runner-up Dequall is second choice ahead of Euchan Falls.

Dequall and Euchan Falls had a major say in proceedings last time out but they look vulnerable against FEVER DREAM.

17:05 Goodwood Listed (Class 1) 12f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 1 race.

King Of Conquest sets the standard after being denied by the smallest of margins in the Aston Park at Newbury, and he is a course winner so has to be respected. However, AIMERIC is taken to improve past him. Roger Varian's five-year-old has risen up the handicap ranks and took a class 2 event in smooth style at Lingfield, which puts him on a rating of 108. The son of Frankel can take another step forward and complete the hat-trick. Deauville Legend will find this easier than his fourth in the Ormonde Stakes and rounds out the shortlist.

KING OF CONQUEST produced his best effort of the season when runner-up in the Aston Park at Newbury 22 days ago, worn down only in the final strides, so he could be ready to return to winning ways back down in grade. Aimeric took another step forward on his return and is feared most in his hat-trick bid, ahead of Deauville Legend.

Aimeric is not passed over lightly but KING OF CONQUEST (nap) can make amends for his last-gasp defeat in a Newbury Group 3.

FILLUSIN handed Hannah Smullen a day to remember with her first winner under Rules when they teamed up to score in a similar race at Tramore nine days ago and can follow up under a penalty here. Fellow previous winners Sansrisk and Pepperpots also command respect but Aruntothequeen showed ability when a close second at Tipperary last month and may emerge as a bigger threat to the selection, given that was a marked improvement from her debut run here last April.

ARUNTOTHEQUEEN produced a promising performance when runner-up at Tipperary last month and can make the most of the weight she receives from previous bumper winners Fillusin and Sansrisk.

the selection is ARUNTOTHEQUEEN(nap), who will be hard to beat if even reproducing her narrow defeat in a Tipperary winners contest

Diamond State had River Ayr just behind when third over 2m4f here and he was kindly dropped 2lb for that effort, but he will need to prove he is effective over this distance. With that in mind, he can be taken on with MAURA JEANNE. The seven-year-old mare hit the line well to finish fourth over an extended 3m2f here and she can capitalise on the drop in grade off a 2lb lower mark. Watchoutitscookie can pick up any pieces.

Nigel Hawke's WATCHOUTITSCOOKIE shaped quite well over fences here last month and might prove the answer to this finale. Stuart Crawford's Paddy Elvis may provide the chief threat ahead of recent course third Diamond State.

This race is packed with each-way claims but the top two options may be Diamond State and RIVER AYR, both stepping up in trip.

With Rossa Ryan taking over the reins, he looks the one to be on, while Rhythm N Hooves can fight it out for the minor honours.

CHANGE SINGS is a highly progressive sprinter and appeals as likely to continue his rich vein of form from a 4 lb higher mark. Last season's Royal Ascot scorer Rhythm N Hooves returned to form at Doncaster last week and has to be respected again, with Haymaker completing the shortlist in a competitive contest.

Change Sings is a strong contender but EMINENCY caught the eye at Epsom last week and he could be primed to strike.
