KRISTAL KLEAR has been unlucky not to get her head in front since joining the Stella Barclay yard and a 1lb drop could prove lenient on the back of a placed effort at Hamilton recently. She can break the maiden at the main expense of recent Beverley third Dougies Dream, as well as Young Fire, who is a player based on the pick of his form. Others to note include Admiral Nelson, Tasever and Tipp Town.

C&D winner YOUNG FIRE lurks on a very tempting mark down in class and could be the way to go. Kristal Klear and Dougies Dream are feared.

There is plenty in favour of YOUNG FIRE (nap). Ground conditions should be ideal and he drops to this level for the first time.

14:15 Brighton Handicap (Class 6) 5f Race Class Flow

Turned out again quickly after a determined success here last week, JACQUELINA looks well capable of landing the hat-trick under a 5lb penalty. Phil McEntee's charge gets the vote ahead of Secret Handsheikh and Batchelor Boy, who must hold every chance if bouncing back to the form which saw him win comfortably at Yarmouth on his penultimate outing. Alpine Girl and Mokaatil are capable of being in the shake-up too.

JACQUELINA arrives on the back of an improved effort when scoring here a week ago and she's capable of following up in a race where most of the others have something to prove. Batchelor Boy is another one to consider and Cabeza de Llave should strip fitter for his latest outing, so a return to form would be no surprise.

A tight little heat but ALPINE GIRL will appreciate the return to good ground and is 3lb lower than her Salisbury win last summer.

14:25 Leicester Stakes (Class 4) 5f Race Class Flow

An open contest which may go the way of newcomer TOLERANCE, who is bred to be precocious as his dam Patience Alexander won the Marygate. Geroge Boughey's charge is narrowly preferred to Gobsmacked, who shaped with promise on debut at Hamilton when only weakening late into third. Blinky is another open to improvement, while Carrados is one to monitor for market support as he makes his racecourse bow for powerful connections.

Newcomers TOLERANCE and Carrados both make plenty of appeal on paper and it would be no surprise were one of them to prove equal to the task. The latter was the more pricey of the two but Tolerance is bred to make a 2-y-o and he could have the edge on this occasion. Simply Blue is the pick of those with experience.

Simply Blue and Blinky can do better but breeze-up buys CARRADOS and Tolerance could be above average.

Didn't get home in one go over this trip last year; enough to prove on return.

Creditable fifth of 14 in handicap back at that venue (6f, 9/1) 17 days ago, snatched up last ½f and finished with running left. Revised mark certainly not beyond him. 1-14 though he didn't enjoy a clear run over C&D last time; can't be written off entirely.

14:35 Redcar Handicap (Class 6) 7f Race Class Flow

As long as she handles the switch to turf, the consistent BERRYGATE looks the one to be with on the back of a strong runner-up effort at Newcastle last month. A taking winner at Southwell on her most recent start, Body Parts looks to be the main danger despite a 6lb rise, along with Bits And Bobs, who is of interest on his first start for new connections.

Plenty in with claims and a chance is taken on BESTIE at the foot of the weights. He looked unsuited by the drop back in trip when third at Catterick 5 days ago and this sort of test promises to suit more with underfoot conditions holding no fears. Socialise and Body Parts head up the dangers, with Berrygate another to consider.

It may be worth siding with BESTIE who has been placed on soft ground at Catterick the last twice. The return to this trip should suit.

14:45 Brighton Maiden (Class 5) 6f Race Class Flow

Trainer Archie Watson is no stranger to first-time-out winners and he could have a smart one on his hands in the shape of PREMIUM PASS, who is a half-sister to Group 2 winner Naval Power. The daughter of Raven's Pass should know her job on debut and she may have too much for fellow newcomer Bolly Dolly, as well as Isla Bella, who is entitled to improve for the step up in trip.

PREMIUM PASS is well bred and has found a good opening to start out, so she's worth chancing to make a winning debut for a stable that should have her well prepared. Breeze-Up recruit Kaleidoscope Eyes is another one to be interested in and Bolly Dolly could feature if the market speaks in her favour.

The ones with experience have not shown a great deal and by far the most appealing of the newcomers is PREMIUM PASS.

This can go the way of JORGE ALVARES on the back of a highly promising debut at York, where he was behind two smart Royal Ascot-bound colts. Kevin Ryan's charge shaped on that occasion as if he would improve plenty from it, while the costly newcomer Beccali looks best placed to chase him home for leading connections. Aegean Sea is another likely type to consider first time out.

The obvious starting point is BECCALI, a typically well-bred Godolphin newcomer and it will be an ominous sign for his rivals if he's strong in the betting. Jorge Alvares shaped with far greater promise than his SP suggested he might at York recently and he is second choice ahead of another likely-looking newcomer in Aegean Sea.

Some of the newcomers have the potential to be above average and BECCALI holds obvious appeal after making 580,000euros.

Two-year-olds from the Richard Fahey stable have been showing up well of late, and LOVELY SPIRIT looks another likely type on debut from a plum draw in stall two. The daughter of Invincible Spirit may want further in time but she is likely to be tuned up for this and gets the vote ahead of fellow newcomer Tales Of Immortal, who is related to a whole host of smart winners. Of those with experience, Big Bug sets the standard on the back of a pair of creditable efforts.

Those with previous form don't set a tall standard by any means and it may pay to side with a newcomer. LOVELY SPIRIT represents a yard boasting a 25% strike rate with their juveniles so far on turf this term and shades the vote without the benefit of market clues. Tales of Immortal is very much of interest on paper and she's another to note along with Love Talk. Big Bug can do best of those with experience.

Big Bug has the best form, but preference is for LOVELY SPIRIT whose stable has been doing well with its 2yo newcomers this year.

Runner-up to a subsequent winner on her debut at Catterick when well fancied, TEQUILA ROSE is open to plenty of improvement going up in trip and she is taken to go one better. Related to a couple of smart winners, Qumasha is one to be interested in on debut, while Kimmico is another to consider and can go well if rediscovering the form which saw her run with plenty of promise at Kempton.

TEQUILA ROSE showed plenty when second at Catterick on debut and might not need to improve on that to open her account, acknowledging Charlie Johnston's newcomer Qumasha is an interesting one on paper. Kimmico could feature if she builds on her debut at the second attempt.

Qumasha has lots going for her on paper but TEQUILA ROSE showed plenty on debut and the experience can stand her in good stead.

Yippee is bound to be popular turned out quickly under a 6lb penalty for a comfortable success at Pontefract last week. That said, it is ROGUE RAIDER (third), who was almost two lengths behind him at Haydock previously, that gets the vote on this occasion. The three-year-old is 7lb better off with Charlie Johnston's charge here and the booking of Tom Marquand catches the eye as he looks to get off the mark. Ashariba didn't seem to enjoy heavy ground on her return at Goodwood and is best judged on her success at Yarmouth.

The two with arguably the greatest potential are ASHARIBA and Campaign Medal. The former wasn't beaten far when fourth in what looked a decent Goodwood handicap on her reappearance and, with that run under her belt and better ground likely here, she can be expected to see things out better this time. Campaign Medal has shown signs of promise in three starts at around a mile and is likely to benefit from this stiffer test, while Amancio and recent Pontefract winner Yippee are others to consider.

Last week's winner Yippee is a major player but making a case for him brings ROGUE RAIDER right into the equation.

Although MACH TEN was beaten by 10 lengths into fourth over an extended 1m4f at Chester last time, it did at least give the impression that he would be suited by a further step up in trip. The Ten Sovereigns gelding is related to a 2m winner, so it would come as no surprise were he to step forward. Ed Bethell can do little wrong at present, so Oh What Fun, who steps up markedly in distance on the back of a 200-day absence, is worth monitoring in the market. Similar comments apply to Candle Wax, but Filibustering might be better equipped.

The market should prove informative assessing the claims of a few here but FILIBUSTERING can easily have his latest run at Chester ignored and, having looked a sure-fire future winner when runner-up at Wetherby previously, he earns the vote. Candle Wax and Oh What Fun both appeal as likely improvers now handicapping/upped in trip and need considering, as does Shadowofyoursmile.

Preference is for MACH TEN who looked well worth a go over a longer trip when fourth at Chester last time.

Kojin posted his best effort for some time when placed at Bath and will likely have a say in proceedings, while Irezumi finished in front of Bbob Alula when going close at this venue last month. COME ON JOHN wasn't at his best when dropped in distance at Wolverhampton recently but was scoring off a higher mark over track and trip at this time last year and a bold bid looks on the cards.

Last year's winner COME ON JOHN has largely been in good form and has dropped to a handy mark. He may be able to take the prize home again. Bbob Alula and Kojin can also make their presence felt.

It might be worth chancing CORPORATE RAIDER, who didn't run badly on his seasonal reappearance and has slipped to a very tempting mark.

TRAVIS remains unexposed and drops down to claiming level for the first time. The son of Advertise may prove good enough with William Buick's presence in the saddle taking the eye. Petra Celera and She Is A Keeper are not badly treated on these terms with preference for the former of that pair, while Emu War may improve fitted with a visor for the first time.

SHE IS A KEEPER needs to bounce back following a poor effort at Kempton earlier this month, but there's a good chance that she will do so back on turf at this lower level and with the assistance of a first-time visor. Petra Celera has a good chance at the weights and is feared most ahead of Travis.

It's hard to be confident about any of these but TRAVIS wasn't seen to best effect on his handicap debut and remains lightly raced.

UNIQUE SPIRIT did incredibly well to fill the runner-up spot over 1m on his racecourse debut last month having lost many lengths leaving the stalls. The son of Waldgeist should be more streetwise here and, with a step up in trip likely to suit, he can go one better. Dubai First finished behind the selection in third that day and should also progress, but it is hard to see that form being reversed. Lord Chamberlain can chase the pair home.

PACK ICE was starting to get the hang of things when not beaten far in a small-field maiden at Pontefract and she's expected to take a step forward over this longer trip. Unique Spirit offered plenty to work on when second at Haydock and is another to consider, while Liberty Coach and Lord Chamberlain are both worth another chance to confirm debut promise.

A dual winner on the all-weather, MUSICAL MYSTERY finished a decent third at Leicester last time and looks set to open his account on turf with Ed Dunlop's yard in fine form. Twilight Dancer has been raised 5lb for last month's C&D success, while King Of War ended last season with a victory at Chepstow and has subsequently switched yards. Lunatick ran well at Bath on his reappearance and is another to bear in mind.

FIERCE shaped as if he'd strip fitter for his reappearance and, with blinkers on, he's worth taking a chance on from a handy mark. Recent C&D winner Twilight Dancer is an obvious danger and Falcon Nine has some potential starting out for a new yard.

Top of the list is TWILIGHT DANCER (nap), who made it 3-7 on turf with her comfortable win over C&D. Lunatick is feared most.

WREN OFFICER has won a couple of sprints at Newcastle already this year. Unexposed on turf, she looks to have every chance off her current mark having placed in a higher grade last time. It was soft going when Cypriot Diaspora scored at Nottingham last month and she's preferred to Wolverhampton runner-up Mammy, while both Spirit Of The Rose and Noisy Music are open to improvement on their handicap debuts.

NOISY MUSIC and Mammy both look very much like winners-in-waiting judged on their recent efforts at Wolverhampton. Preference on this occasion is for the former, who shaped as though she would benefit from the return to this trip when chasing home Grandlad over 5f on debut for this yard, form which was given a timely boost when the winner went in again on Saturday. Wren Officer is likely to be in the mix, while handicap handicap debutantes Rockymountainway and Mrs Thrump also need a mention.

Noisy Music is a potential improver now handicapping but so is MRS THRUMP and Rossa Ryan's mount is marginally preferred this time.

Too Much drops a grade on her first start for new connections and her turf debut. She steps up in trip and is worthy of close consideration. Dream Selection has place chances on her better all-weather form if she can transfer that to the grass, but SHIFTER ticks lots of boxes. She has won two of her three starts over this trip including last time out and on her only previous start at this venue.

SHIFTER stepped up on her reappearance run when overcoming a positional bias for a convincing success at Ayr 2 weeks ago and a 7 lb rise may not be enough to prevent the follow up. Measured Moments is feared most.

With a ground doubt over Shifter, GOLDEN MELODY is narrowly preferred to Measured Moments and Dandy's Angel.

Roundabout Silver won over C&D in September 2022 off 3lb higher and has conditions in his favour here. Ivasecret drops in class and looks potentially well handicapped on his all-weather form, but is yet to win on the turf after seven attempts, so BUY THE DIP gets the nod. He ran on well when beaten a neck over 7f here last week and is a C&D winner.

The step back up in trip will suit BUY THE DIP and he is fancied to return to winning ways. Ivasecret and Daisy Roots are feared most.

C&D winner BUY THE DIP may be the one to side with having finished clear of the rest when beaten a neck off this mark here last time.

Cubanista had the measure of Obee Jo when runner-up at Catterick and can figure again, while Broxi has returned to a winning mark and makes more appeal than Kalama Sunrise of the remainder.

This can go to SHARK TWO ONE, who got back on track here earlier this month and will appreciate the step back up in trip. Broxi and Cubanista can also make their presence felt.

Low-grade fare. SHARK TWO ONE is a C&D winner who bumped into an in-form rival here last time and that was over 6f.

LEITZEL ran a nice race on her hurdling debut, despite never troubling the winner, and can take a step forward here. The Teofilo filly stayed on into second behind easy winner Pinot Gris at Bellewstown last month and with that experience under her belt she looks up to winning a race of this standard. Love Me also showed some promise when fourth on her hurdling debut at Limerick last month and is an obvious danger. African Lady showed a bit more when fifth at Downpatrick last time and may be able to get into the places now.

Henry de Bromhead's LOVE ME made a promising start when fourth in a big-field Limerick juvenile (form been franked) so can build on it to open her account. Leitzel rates the chief threat on the back of her Bellewstown debut second, while Gavin Cromwell's pair African Lady and Cornamona Park appeal as the pick of the rest for minor honours.

A modest a maiden hurdle as you could find. LOVE ME's Limerick debut fourth could be good enough here

John Kirkup is worthy of serious consideration with Serena Brotherton in the saddle and, after 10 career wins, three over this trip and seven off higher marks, he could go close. Polam Lane is entitled to improve for his first run in 19 months when sixth at Catterick, but ENDERMAN has the best recent form. Only beaten half a length and a head on his last two starts, he deserves a victory and won't get many better chances.

ENDERMAN is knocking on the door, just denied in a better race than this at Nottingham 18 days ago, and this C&D winner could be the answer. Stormy Pearl is another who arrives in good form and is next beat ahead of The Gay Blade.

SPANISH TENOR stands out here on his return to claiming grade. The Ado McGuinness-trained veteran won a similar race at this track for previous connections almost three years ago before subsequently being claimed. A revelation since then, the now 10-year-old who continues in fine fettle, should make all under Cian MacRedmond. El Bello has to be a serious threat now that he reverts to his optimum trip. The grey found a mile stretching his stamina last time but had been running well over this distance previously. Roderick may find this an inadequate test but first-time blinkers could enable the eight-year-old to travel better in the early stages. If doing so, few will be finishing stronger than the Denis Hogan-trained gelding.

SPANISH TENOR is now into the veteran stage but he wasn't disgraced having gone off hard when fifth in a Naas handicap over 1m 9 days ago and, eased in class, he could be ready to strike down in trip. Come On The Lads, Roderick and El Bello head up the dangers.

These are trappy races but COME ON THE LADS hasn't been running badly in maiden/handicap company.

Interestnpenalties is the only runner here with recent winning form after he scored at Wolverhampton last month, but he has never placed on the turf. Dan Dee Prince was a solid third here last time and can go well off the same mark, but JUST RITA could be the one. Beaten less than two lengths in a better race at Kempton latest, she should go well off 1lb lower in this grade.

Preference is for ARNAZ, who has shown ability in AW maidens and is open to improvement now sent handicapping on turf debut. Dan Dee Prince and Just Rita should also go well.

The pick is DAN DEE PRINCE, who took a big step back in the right direction when placed in a higher-grade C&D race four weeks ago.

Teddy Brown was beaten less than a length when third at Redcar on his turf debut and any further progress will see him bang there once again, although RINNOVATI may edge this. The latter made a promising debut for Archie Watson's yard when runner-up at Kempton on her first start handicapping and there looks to be plenty more to come. Aspire To Glory has won off a similar mark on the all-weather and could go well, with Hits The Front and Eagle Landed perhaps best of the rest.

RINNOVATI is still low mileage and made a positive start for Archie Watson at Kempton earlier this month. She can open her account. Teddy Brown and Aspire To Glory rate the principal dangers.

Rae Guest is renowned for his patient approach and HITS THE FRONT (nap) can build on his promising first run over 7f.

This looks like a nice opportunity for PIGEON HOUSE. The Saxon Warrior gelding won a competitive handicap hurdle at Punchestown before a solid run on the Flat at Gowran Park last time. He is second top-rated here off his mark of 126. Cossack Chach is rated a pound superior but comes here having pulled up at Punchestown earlier in the month. He has a bit to prove after that poor showing. Pinot Gris, an easy winner at Bellewstown last time, could prove a bigger danger despite having a few pounds to find on official ratings.

PIGEON HOUSE has some fairly useful form to his name and looks the way to go on the back of his good recent third on the Flat. Barrier also has the form to have a say and is next on the list ahead of Pinot Gris and Voice of Reason.

The Johnny Murtagh-trained GLEN PRINCESS will be hard to beat if taking a step forward from her recent promising debut. Fourth in a Dundalk maiden first time up, that particular race has subsequently been boosted by both the third and fifth placed fillies. With an ease in the ground unlikely to be of any concern, the daughter of Calyx can gain a first career success. Straya, who ran well in a competitive fillies handicap at the Curragh recently, should make her presence felt. The Jack Davison-trained three-year-old has plenty experience which could be crucial in a race such as this. Tokenomics has been running well enough in similar contests to suggest he will eventually get his turn.

GLEN PRINCESS offered plenty to work on first time up when fourth in a Dundalk maiden over this trip 45 days ago and, open to improvement, she's selected to take a step forward and make it second time lucky. Next Trick, Tokenomics and Straya are others to consider.

VALGRAND displayed a high level of ability in bumpers and he made a seamless transition to hurdling when winning at Uttoxeter earlier this month. Despite the penalty, the five-year-old appears to have been found an ideal opportunity to follow up. Speed Davis must also shoulder a penalty but he is still the main danger, while Touchwoodexpress is most appealing of the remainder.

It's hard to get away from VALGRAND, who ran very well in a hot Aintree bumper last month and has since won over hurdles.

KILKEE BAY bumped into one here three weeks ago when chasing home easy winner Supersundae and this looks a winnable opportunity now. The Ocovango gelding had shaped with promise when fourth in a decent maiden hurdle at Punchestown previously and should be up to landing a summer contest now. Bridgehead has an absence to overcome but has been placed in all three of his runs over timber and should be a big player if fit and ready on his return. Eoin's Charm ran well when fourth on his debut here last month and should improve from that. He is another leading contender.

EOIN'S CHARM offered plenty to work on when fourth in a novice here last month and, with improvement on the cards, he's the one to side with here. Kilkee Bay is closely matched on form and Whale Harbour is a threat if he can get back on the up.

A wide draw is far from ideal for MY MATE MIKE, but he might be worth taking a chance on. Dean Ivory's gelding hasn't been able to land a blow in two turf starts recently, but he returns to the all-weather on the same mark as February's C&D success and could bounce back. Mount Mogan hit the frame over track and trip on his latest outing and must be considered, while Sam's Hope could prove best of the remainder.

A tight-knit handicap in which C&D scorer MOUNT MOGAN edges the vote on the back of his good C&D third last time out. Fayasel is weighted to have a say and can emerge as the main danger with Big Bard another who commands plenty of respect. Thoughtful Gift completes the shortlist.

This can go to THOUGHTFUL GIFT (nap) who can prove suited by the return to the AW following two soft-ground defeats on turf.

18:15 Tipperary Stakes 5f Race Speed Rating Flow

ROCK N ROLL ROCKET, one of only two previous winners in the race, can maintain his unbeaten record. A winner at Cork on his debut earlier this month, the form of that race was boosted when the runner-up won his maiden next time out. Well treated by these race conditions, the Jessica Harrington-trained colt holds leading claims. Alfred Tennyson has to concede weight all round on his racecourse debut but the Aidan O'Brien-trained newcomer could well be capable of doing so. Goodwood maiden winner Brosay has progressed in each of his three runs to date. While he may well need to take another step forward here, the Diego Dias-trained representative has further scope for improvement.

Preference is for ROCK N ROLL ROCKET, who got off the mark at the first time of asking at Cork earlier this month and is entitled to build on that. Powerful Lady acquitted herself well in the same contest and could be dangerous, whilst Evening Saigon and Alfred Tennyson are newcomers to note.

It could pay to chance EVENING SAIGON whose yard won this three years ago with the smart Twilight Jet.

Although Le Cameleon has not been at his very best in recent starts, the nine-year-old finds himself on a competitive mark and should fare better eased in class on his second outing following wind surgery. Bagheera Ginge proved to be largely consistent over the larger obstacles last year and is worth considering ahead of his return, but it is LIPA K that shades preference. The son of Mamool made a successful fencing bow over an extended 2m1f here last month, so a 6lb rise might not be enough to stop him with improvement likely.

This looks wide-open but LIPA K overcame mistakes when making a winning chase bow here 5 weeks ago and he's entitled to improve on that with this longer trip a possible help. Le Cameleon is becoming well handicapped and offered something to work on starting out for this yard at Kempton, while Imperial Bede is better than able to show last time.

Lipa K commands respect in his follow-up bid but preference is for IMPERIAL BEDE who is better than he showed last time.

The versatile Footstepsinthesand mare bounced out and made all here last time and front-running is often a big plus around here. Jolie Coeur Allen ran well at Bellewstown on her handicap debut and could get involved again but is a bit of a weak finisher. Flidais has been runner-up on her last couple of outings, including over further here last month. She's another one for the shortlist in a race where plenty can be given chances.

The consistent MART was able to cash in on a spell of good form when winning at Newmarket 11 days ago and would appear to hold solid claims off a 4lb higher mark. Invincible Speed and See You Tonight are the dangers, with the former feared most on the basis that he was really impressive when winning at Wolverhampton in January.

MART can boast a C&D success and comes here on the back of a career-best Newmarket success so is hard to side against. Southwell third Torvar hails from an in-form yard and is next on the list, while Invincible Speed and Miami Heat also merit respect in an open handicap.

Invincible Speed can go well dropped in class but handicap debutante SEE YOU TONIGHT remains capable of better.

The well-bred Adrian Murray-trained VARNER could be capable of making a winning debut. Related to some very smart speedy types, the daughter of Elzaam is in the right hands to be forward enough to be competitive first-time up. Recent Cork third Shamrock Breeze has to rate a live threat for trainer Ado McGuinness. Having shown plenty of early speed on that occasion, the filly only weakened late on. Over this fast 5f, she could be difficult to peg back if getting away quickly. Truly Enchanting has to command respect for Aidan O'Brien and Ryan Moore. Although the daughter of No Nay Never may find this trip on the sharp side, it is never wise to dismiss debutants from this yard.

This can go to FLASH THE CASH, who was well supported when making a pleasing racecourse bow at Cork last week. Shamrock Breeze also acquitted herself well in the same contest and looks sure to go well, whilst Truly Enchanting may be the pick of the newcomers.

A step up in trip might hold the key to ELECTRIC JET's chances, and he is taken to build on a couple of promising efforts in maiden company now sent handicapping off a workable mark. Newtonian was on target over 3m1f at Warwick earlier this month and should be more than capable raised just 3lb in the ratings, while others to note include Josie Alice and Minniemum.

ELECTRIC JET has shaped with encouragement on a couple of hurdling outings and his point form gives him scope for improvement, so he's worth a chance to make a successful handicap debut at the possible expense of last-time-out winner Newtonian. Tregele is another one to consider in a less-competitive event than the one he contested at Ffos Las recently.

Plenty to consider in an open contest. Nelson Criq is respected but a chance is taken on JOSIE ALICE back up in distance.

Better ground seemed to make a big difference to TELL US THIS at Down Royal earlier in the month, where he won but was subsequently disqualified. The Westerner gelding still looked plenty green then, edging right in the closing stages and hampering Benjis Benefit. He runs off a 6lb higher mark now and may be able to gain compensation after losing the race on appeal. Luimneach returns from an absence but could play a big part on his seasonal debut. The Fame And Glory gelding has dropped 3lb since last being seen at Fairyhouse in April 2023 and this nice ground should play to his strengths. Dreamz ran a big race on her last visit here and is another that has to come into calculations.

TELL US THIS was first past the post (subsequently demoted) in a 20-runner event at Down Royal last time and is worth a chance to gain compensation here. Must Go Now is a danger if he's none the worse for his latest fall and Dreamz is worthy of consideration.

That effort showed he is still in good form and Patrick Chamings' charge can regain the winning thread back on an artificial surface. Agostino is another who should benefit from a return to the all-weather and looks a likely candidate despite his wide draw. Beauld As Brass is also noted.

Adam West's new recruit BEAULD AS BRASS teed himself up well for this when fourth after an absence at Brighton and can get back to winning ways at the chief expense of C&D winner Diamond Dreamer. Fellow C&D scorer Miss Moonshine is also weighted to go well, with Sovereign Slipper and Agostino in the picture too if back on song.

A few with chances but BEAULD AS BRASS is taken to build on his promising fourth at Brighton and he edges the vote.

19:15 Tipperary Maiden 5f Race Speed Rating Flow

Despite being a 10-race maiden, the Diego Dias-trained GAENARI looks to hold solid claims under Gavin Ryan. Just touched off at Hamilton last time, the filly had previously run a big race when third at Dundalk. Listed placed as a juvenile last season, the daughter of Inns Of Court may finally get her day. The locally-trained Staysound Susie is another that has run well on multiple occasions without managing to get her head in front. Similar to the Dias filly, she has enough ability to open her account at some point. David Marnane's Movento showed enough when staying on in seventh last time to suggest he, too, has races in him. He may just need another run or two.

GAENARI is working her way back to her best and this looks an excellent opportunity for her to open her account. Staysound Susie and Red Hugh O'Donnell can follow the selection home.

STAYSOUND SUSIE has run well several times and wasn't far behind a subsequently Listed-placed horse at Cork last time, so gets the nod.

An interesting field includes the classy hurdler HOMETOWN BOY, who was a Grade 3 winner over the smaller obstacles. Third on his debut over fences, the nine-year-old fell at Newbury in February but may be worth another chance after three months off. Flaming Ambition won't be stopping over this trip judged on his narrow Uttoxeter victory and, from nearer the bottom of the weights, he could rival Stratford second Watergrange Jack in the race for the places.

The vote goes to the unexposed FLAMING AMBITION, who was returning from a two-year absence when making a winning chase debut at Uttoxeter. A 4 lb rise almost certainly underestimates him. If Boombawn goes to post he will take some stopping but, assuming he takes up his engagement at Cartmel on Monday, Watergrange Jack and First Street could emerge as the main dangers.

The vote goes to very lightly raced 7yo FLAMING AMBITION, who made a good start to his chasing career last month.

I AM SPIDER MAN stayed on well when fourth at Downpatrick last time and looks capable of winning one of these back in the lowest grade. The Walk In The Park gelding remains on the same mark of 94 and should be capable of striking off that if things fall his way. Ask Cillian ran well at a big price here three weeks ago when chasing home Whatyouwant and if she can repeat that showing she'd be a big player despite a 3lb rise. Sineads Fancy is another who was placed at fancy odds here three weeks ago and also has to be considered.

Save for a mistake at the final flight at Bellewstown last month, GET IT RIGHT would probably be a maiden no more and he is taken to gain compensation here. I Am Spider Man put in a good shift when fourth at Downpatrick recently and he is next on the list ahead of Ask Cillian and Rideau Canal.

Middlesex has a couple of second places to her name and travels down for Charlie Johnston with every hope of a first success, but she hasn't been seen since October last year and LOVEABLE ROGUE might have an edge. Second and beaten less than a length at Wolverhampton earlier this month on only her second start, she could go one better. Ehtiram is another to consider with her stable in good form.

LOVEABLE ROGUE left her debut form well behind when second at Wolverhampton at the beginning of the month and is the obvious choice to go one better. Ehtiram is a nicely bred sort who should have more to offer this season and is feared most ahead of the more exposed Middlesex.

There aren't many striking candidates to improve past Loveable Rogue and Middlesex but EHTIRAM is one.

Dropping into handicap company for the first time, the Aidan O'Brien-trained SWEETEST could be the answer. Winner of a Dundalk maiden in November, the Blue Point filly has been highly tried in three subsequent starts. Now back racing at what may well be her optimum distance, the three-year-old can beat her elders. Sevensees ran his best race to date when third over this minimum trip at Navan on his penultimate start. The Johnny Murtagh-trained gelding may not have appreciated stepping back up a furlong in trip last time. It would come as no surprise to see a big run here. Never Shout Never showed a little more last time so is another that can get involved.

SPORTING HERO pulled too hard returned to 6f at Naas last time so is worth another chance to build on his promising run at the Curragh. Mount Ruapehu and Sweetest head the dangers.

SEVENSEES was previously a fine third on good at Navan and can get off the mark back to this trip as long as the going doesn't soften.

Donald McCain has a good recent record in this race and Forcing Bull is one to note with Brian Hughes booked. Pulled up on his only two starts last season, the seven-year-old could do better if he settles here, but may have to give way to TEDLEY. Fourth in a higher grade at Hexham last time, he races off the same mark now and could make the most of the weaker opposition. Collingham and Finest View might battle it out for third spot.

FINEST VIEW returned to winning ways at Stratford last month and remains nicely treated on old form. She can follow up. Collingham and Tedley look the likeliest dangers.

Collingham has to be feared but FINEST VIEW (nap) remains on a good mark despite going back up 2lb for her recent Stratford win.

IT'S TIME AGAIN has hit the crossbar on her last couple of visits here and may be able to gain a deserved win now. The Shirocco mare has won twice here in the past and ran well on her two outings this season, most recently when third to Whatyouwant three weeks ago. The winner turns out again here having been fifth at Clonmel since and is now 6lb worse off. Roscomroe also has recent course form having been runner-up at a massive price here three weeks ago. The Getaway gelding only went up a pound and is a big player if he can repeat that showing.

IT'S TIME AGAIN boasts a good record at this course, which includes a success in a division of this race in 2022, and she is the most appealing candidate. If able to build on the improvement he showed when runner-up here last time, Roscomroe should have a part to play, while The Vegas Raider and Whatyouwant are place money contenders.

ROSCOMROE put up a career-best when a clear second over C&D three weeks ago and is taken to go one better off just a 1lb higher mark

With the James Fanshawe horses hitting top gear recently it may pay to side with top-weight CAMBRIA LEGEND after he scored by close to five lengths over this trip at Haydock. He does have an added 9lb from the handicapper, but that may not stop him doubling up in this company. Crimson Road was a solid third on his return from a gelding operation and can only improve with experience, while Endosser might also go well.

CAMBRIA LEGEND looks the way to go here on the back of his emphatic Haydock victory, with Crimson Road appealing as the one to chase home James Fanshawe's improver. Marefuori appeals as the pick of the rest for minor honours.

Most have something to prove on turf but CAMBRIA LEGEND was a fine sight in the closing stages of his win at Haydock.

C&D winner ALOYSIUS LILIUS shaped well enough at Navan last time to suggest his turn is near. Now rated 3lb lower than when successful here last August, it must also be highly significant that Colin Keane resumes the partnership. Cuban Grey, who finished a couple of places in front of Aloysius Lilius last time, must also enter calculations. One obvious concern for supporters is the fact that he will almost certainly be taken on for the lead. Sligo claiming winner Eruption could be suited to how the race is likely to pan out, as she can track the furious pace before her proven stamina comes into effect late on.

MARBLE ANGEL's opening mark looks a fair one on the pick of her maiden form with the drop to 5f another positive. Havana Notion was a close third on his return to turf at Navan 3 weeks ago and is next best ahead of Cuban Grey.

MY GIRL SIOUX has been running with credit recently and could turn around Navan form with Cuban Grey and Havana Notion.

AL SAYAH is looking for a hat-trick under a 7lb penalty but Dylan Johnston's 5lb claim will help with that. An easy nine-length winer at Hereford on Friday, she is turned out quickly and could strike again at this level. Barrons Land may take them along and set the race up for the selection, although Special Dragon won with some ease at Ludlow and may prove the bigger danger.

A good race for the grade with SPECIAL DRAGON, Al Sayah and Barrons Land all unexposed and appealing as the types to win more races, with narrow preference for the first named, who looked some way ahead of her mark when thumping her 7 rivals at Ludlow last month.

Barrons Land and Special Dragon are respected but they might struggle to concede weight to the hat-trick seeking AL SAYAH.

Willie Mullins is hard to oppose in bumpers and SOIR DE GARDE may be able to make a winning debut here. The Kapgarde gelding has a big pedigree being a half-brother to one of the stable's stars, in State Man. Gers Gigi ran well when third on her debut here three weeks ago and is entitled to improve from that experience. With the course form under her belt she should be a big player again. I Am Mimi was mid-division in a festival bumper at Punchestown earlier in the month having been a good second at the Kildare course on debut last November. He has shown enough to be a contender now.

SOIR DE GARDE is a half-brother to State Man and is fancied to make a successful start representing the same connections as that top-class hurdler. The Correction and Gers Gigi are the main dangers.

Basilette was supported in the market last time at Brighton and wasn't beaten far into third and, with first-time cheekpieces on now, he could go well under George Downing. Largo Bay might be better on the all-weather but could still go well in this field, but they could both struggle to get the better of LASER FOCUS. He won easily despite a troubled run at Windsor and a 5lb penalty may not stop him up in trip.

LASER FOCUS drew clear in a manner of one capable of following up under a penalty at Windsor last week, so there's no real urge to take him on. Basilette seems likely to go well again, while Largo Bay is better judged on his previous form having raced wider than ideal on his most recent outing.

The two to be interested in are Laser Focus and BASILETTE. The former is much respected but Basilette could be an each-way option.
