1st (3) (1/1 +20%) Courtland |
1/1(+20%) | (3) Courtland 1/1, Took well to chasing with Ffos Las and Newton Abbot win in summer 2021. Well below par in 4 starts last season but took advantage of reduced mark with plenty in hand over C&D last month and remains well treated up 6 lb.
2nd (1) (8/1 -45%) Bagheera Ginge |
8/1(-45%) | (1) Bagheera Ginge 8/1, Steadily progressive over hurdles last term, scoring at Stratford and Newton Abbot. Shaped as if amiss sent chasing at Kempton but would have been a clear second had he completed at Newton Abbot 2 weeks ago. Player if none the worse.
3rd (2) (4/1 +27%) Herewegohoney |
4/1(+27%) | (2) Herewegohoney 4/1, Made a winning chase debut at Catterick in November but pulled up in handicap chase at Wetherby (24.2f, soft) following month. Back on track after 5 months off when second at Stratford. albeit outbattled. Headgear now applied.
4th (5) (4/1 -33%) Friary Rock |
4/1(-33%) | (5) Friary Rock 4/1, Made a winning return at Perth (20.1f, good) and backed that up with a decent third at Market Rasen. Every chance he will be bang there again.
|PU| (4) (11/1 +8%) Somekindofstar |
11/1(+8%) | (4) Somekindofstar 11/1, Made a winning start for current yard at Warwick in September and he shaped well after 5 months off when fourth of 8 in handicap chase at Warwick (20f). Disappointed at Huntingdon since though might have found that run coming too soon. |
The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.
An impressive winner over course and distance last month, the Peter Bowen-trained COURTLAND appears to have been handed a decent opportunity to follow up from 6lb higher. Herewegohoney merits consideration following her recent Stratford second, especially with first-time cheekpieces being a potential source of improvement. Friary Rock can chase the pair home ahead of Somekindofstar, while Bagheera Ginge needs more to be involved.
COURTLAND took advantage of his reduced mark over C&D last month and the manner of that success suggests he can defy a 6 lb rise. Friary Rock has made a good start to the season so is feared most.
With cheekpieces on for the first time, HEREWEGOHONEY could prove the answer.

1st (3) (10/1 -100%) Dindin |
10/1(-100%) | (3) Dindin 10/1, Scored at Wincanton in March and largely in good form since, third of 8 in handicap chase at Market Rasen (19.2f, good) 12 days ago. Back up in trip and needs considering. Often runs well but 2-30 in Britain and vulnerable for win purposes. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
2nd (9) (5/1 +64%) Deadly Missile |
5/1(+64%) | (9) Deadly Missile 5/1, A winner between the flags but only poor form shown over hurdles and when fifth on his chasing bow in 3m Uttoxeter handicap last time. Lots more is required from 2 lb out of the handicap. Yet to threaten under rules but better effort on chasing/handicap debut latest. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
3rd (6) (8/1 +6%) Reign Suepreme |
8/1(+6%) | (6) Reign Suepreme 8/1, Point winner. Hasn't progressed as might have been hoped under Rules and was a remote fifth at Ffos Las last month. Tongue strap goes on for 1st time. 0-11 as a chaser and needs help from first-time tongue-strap. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
4th (7) (4.5/1 +0%) Tom O'Roughley |
4.5/1(+0%) | (7) Tom O'Roughley 4.5/1, C&D winner who shaped as if still in good form (in third) when unseated rider 4 out in handicap chase at Ffos Las (23.8f, good) 13 days ago. Can give a good account. Looked held when unseating latest but earlier Warwick win has worked out well. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
5th (10) (7.5/1 +63%) Justshortofabubble |
7.5/1(+63%) | (10) Justshortofabubble 7.5/1, Long-standing maiden who came in a remote third in handicap chase at Newton Abbot (21f, good) 21 days ago. It's easy to look elsewhere. Maiden after 19 starts and heavy defeats in both chases. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
6th (11) (50/1 +24%) Chain Smoker |
50/1(+24%) | (11) Chain Smoker 50/1, His sole win came in 2020 and only fourth of 5 in handicap chase at Ffos Las (19.4f, good) 13 days ago. Hard to make a case for from 10 lb out of the handicap. Not in great form and 10lb out of the handicap. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
|PU| (2) (4.5/1 +18%) Classic Concorde |
4.5/1(+18%) | (2) Classic Concorde 4.5/1, Fair winning chaser for Andrew McNamara but off a year since only eighth in handicap hurdle at Uttoxeter (19.9f) on yard debut. Needs to hit the ground running back chasing. Four point wins in the recent season and on a fair mark back under rules. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
|PU| (1) (5.5/1 -10%) Getthepot |
5.5/1(-10%) | (1) Getthepot 5.5/1, Won at Huntingdon in October but refused last at Fakenham next time. Looked rusty after 8 months off when fifth of 6 in handicap chase at Uttoxeter (20.9f, good) 13 days ago. Can do better now. Tailed off on return from a break; needs to return to last year's best form. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
|PU| (4) (7/1 +56%) Corrany |
7/1(+56%) | (4) Corrany 7/1, 33/1, tenth of 14 in handicap chase at Chepstow (26.2f, good) 54 days ago. Blinkers back on. It's now 15 runs since his last win in 2021. Not much in two runs this spring; now on a good mark; Sam Twiston-Davies on for first time. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
|PU| (12) (28/1 +58%) Baily Gorse |
28/1(+58%) | (12) Baily Gorse 28/1, 25/1 and visored for 1st time, below-form third of 7 in handicap chase at Ffos Las (23.8f, good) 13 days ago. Remains a maiden after 26 runs. 0-26 in career and tailed off in a visor latest; 10lb out of the weights. |
The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.
TOM O'ROUGHLEY was well in contention when unseating his rider at Ffos Las 13 days ago. The son of Yeats had notched up two wins from his last three prior to that, though, and it would be no surprise were he to make an immediate return to form. Dindin continues to run well so he must enter the reckoning, while recent wind surgery could spark an improved showing from Oceans Red.
OCEANS RED wasn't seen to best effect when fifth at Bangor last time out and this three-time scorer over fences is worth siding with to resume winning ways on the back of breathing surgery. Dindin is a reliable sort and seems sure to have a say, with C&D winner Tom O'Roughley another to consider in an open handicap.
Although yet to be placed, DEADLY MISSILE showed just enough on his chasing debut to be worth chancing.

1st (4) (2.25/1 +44%) Olivers Travels |
2.25/1(+44%) | (4) Olivers Travels 2.25/1, £30,000 5-y-o, first foal: dam (b80), placed once in bumpers, half-sister to bumper winner/fairly useful hurdler (stays 3¼m) Sporting Ace. Runner-up sole start in Irish points in April and joined a successful yard. Second in an Irish point; worth a second look on stable/bumper debut. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
2nd (8) (8.5/1 -6%) Ted's Gift |
8.5/1(-6%) | (8) Ted's Gift 8.5/1, Scorpion gelding. Dam unraced. Stuck to his task pretty well when third of 8 over C&D last month. Shaped well when third on C&D debut; this might require more. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
3rd (6) (6/1 +25%) Footloose Man |
6/1(+25%) | (6) Footloose Man 6/1, €34,000 3-y-o, Telescope gelding. Half-brother to 4 winners, including useful bumper winner/hurdler The Liquidator. Dam fair but ungenuine 19f-3¼m hurdle/chase winner. Reasonable start when second of 4 in what was admittedly an ordinary contest. Can build on that. Second of four on C&D debut last month; probably needs to improve. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
4th (7) (2.5/1 +38%) Junior Des Mottes |
2.5/1(+38%) | (7) Junior Des Mottes 2.5/1, Kept on well for third on debut at Wexford in March and fared as well as could be expected in a deeper contest at Fairyhouse a month later. Since left W.J.Burke and a repeat of that level will see him bang there. Sets the standard on two Irish efforts in the spring; British/stable debut. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
5th (3) (7.5/1 +63%) My Fernando |
7.5/1(+63%) | (3) My Fernando 7.5/1, Yorgunnabelucky gelding. Brother to 7.4f winner Yorbelucky. Dam, 9f/1¼m winner, half-sister to useful hurdler/smart chaser (stayed 21f) I'm So Lucky and useful hurdler (2m winner) Dream Esteem. Promise when third in a C&D bumper for Ian Williams a year ago but disappointed in a hood last month. Third over C&D on debut a year ago but well beaten on last month's stable debut. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
6th (9) (18/1 -100%) Call Her Clever |
18/1(-100%) | (9) Call Her Clever 18/1, :€2,200 3-y-o, Califet mare. Dam fair hurdler (21f winner, stayed 3m). Hood/tongue tie on for debut and she shaped like a stayer when fourth over C&D last month (behind Ted's Gift). Just behind Ted's Gift when fourth on C&D debut last month; hood left off now. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
7th (2) (18/1 +64%) Ipso Falco |
18/1(+64%) | (2) Ipso Falco 18/1, Falco gelding. Dam, French chase winner up to 25f, half-sister to French chase winner up to 25f Hawkso and fair hurdler/fairly useful chaser (stayed 4m) Interdit. Bred to stay well and shaped that way starting out at Southwell in November. Well beaten on debut seven months ago and absent since. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
8th (5) (10/1 -11%) Storm Ryder |
10/1(-11%) | (5) Storm Ryder 10/1, Half-brother to 5 winners, including smart hurdler/chaser Brewin'upastorm (2m-2½m winner) and fairly useful hurdler/chaser Glam Gerry (2½m/21f winner, by Dr Massini). Dam unraced. Hood fitted on debut for yard with a fair record in bumpers. Some appeal on pedigree and worth a look on debut; hooded. |
The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.
Warren Greatrex has done well in these types of contests over the years and though his representative STORM RYDER sports a hood ahead of this debut, he gets the nod. A half-brother to five winners, most notably Brewin'upastorm, he should possess the ability to play a leading role. Debut winner Jeudidee can mount another stern challenge, while Footloose Man is also noted.
JEUDIDEE had a bit in hand when justifying strong support at Warwick 3 weeks ago and on that evidence, he may well be capable of defying a penalty. Junior des Mottes is dangerous if he can reproduce his Irish form for his new yard, with Olivers Travels another to consider on Rules debut.
If JUNIOR DES MOTTES can show a large chunk on his Irish form, he will be prove to beat.

1st (8) (4/1 +11%) Hiconic |
4/1(+11%) | (8) Hiconic 4/1, Landed a gamble after 5 months off having tumbled 18 lb in the weights in 6-runner handicap hurdle at Warwick (16f, good) 21 days ago. Back up 4 lb but she can go well again. First win since 2020 when scoring at Warwick; can cope with 4lb rise. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
2nd (2) (3/1 +14%) Dasher Riley |
3/1(+14%) | (2) Dasher Riley 3/1, Dual C&D winner who was below par upped to 2m4f when third of 6 in handicap hurdle (5/2) at Southwell 15 days ago. Back down in trip now so he's in the mix. Didn't appear to stay 2m4f on latest start and seriously considered back at 2m. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
3rd (4) (3/1 +33%) Coolnaugh Haze |
3/1(+33%) | (4) Coolnaugh Haze 3/1, Fair handicap hurdler who comes here in good nick, second of 6 in handicap hurdle at Newton Abbot (16.8f, good) 14 days ago. Ought to be in the shake-up again. Most consistent and deserves another success; runner-up off this mark two weeks ago. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
4th (6) (40/1 -60%) Mix Of Clover |
40/1(-60%) | (6) Mix Of Clover 40/1, 2021 winner of this event but he arrives below form, only seventh of 11 in handicap chase here 7 months ago. Needs to hit the ground running back over hurdles. Returns from eight months off and hasn't raced over hurdles since July 2021. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
5th (9) (11/1 -83%) Lucky Lover Boy |
11/1(-83%) | (9) Lucky Lover Boy 11/1, In fine form when last seen out 7 months ago, scoring 4 times and posting an excellent second in 2m Newcastle handicap. Can't be discounted despite his absence. Won four of last seven starts in the autumn; still on competitive mark if ready. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
6th (5) (2.75/1 +45%) Sea The Clouds |
2.75/1(+45%) | (5) Sea The Clouds 2.75/1, Made winning hurdles bow at Newton Abbot (16.8f) in September and resumed from 6 months off with an encouraging fourth of 11 in handicap hurdle at Warwick (16f, good to firm) 28 days ago. Enters calculations off a 2 lb lower mark. Behind Coolnaugh Haze at Warwick on return from a break; may do better now. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
7th (7) (40/1 -150%) Neigh Botha |
40/1(-150%) | (7) Neigh Botha 40/1, Still a maiden in this sphere and he came in last of 9 in handicap hurdle at Perth (20.2f, good) 34 days ago on his final run for Gordon Elliott. Needs a big step forward on his yard debut. Disappointment over hurdles for Gordon Eliott; doubts on stable debut. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
8th (10) (16/1 -129%) Scots Gold |
16/1(-129%) | (10) Scots Gold 16/1, Fair maiden at up to 1¼m on Flat for Tom Dascombe. Made a solid start in this sphere with three placed efforts over 2m but now returns from a 20-month absence for his handicap debut. Has his fitness to prove. Handicap debut after long absence; watch for market support. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
9th (1) (125/1 -279%) Edison Kent |
125/1(-279%) | (1) Edison Kent 125/1, Fairly useful winner at 20f over hurdles but out of form when last seen 11 months ago for Jessica Harrington. Has it to prove for his new yard. Stable debut after nearly a year off; best watched. |
The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.
COOLNAUGH HAZE has been consistent since he joined Philip Hobbs and he has to be a leading player off the same mark as his recent second at Newton Abbot. Previous C&D winner Dasher Riley also has the scope to improve and is feared most back over this trip after fading over 2m4f at Southwell earlier in the month, while Sea The Clouds is respected but has something to find with selection based on recent Warwick form.
An open-looking handicap so at the likely odds it is worth siding with BOMBYX to build on his good Ludlow fifth and capitalise on an attractive mark. Hiconic justified good support at Warwick last time so rates an obvious threat, while Sea The Clouds is also weighted to have a say on the back of an encouraging Warwick fourth.
Back at 2m and at a course where he gained his two previous wins, DASHER RILEY (nap) is given the verdict in a competitive contest.

1st (7) (1.25/1 +64%) Manimole |
1.25/1(+64%) | (7) Manimole 1.25/1, Modest hurdler. Remains a maiden after 8 hurdle runs. Creditable second of 13 in novice at Uttoxeter (2½m, good to soft) 24 days ago. Sets the standard but it's not an exacting one. Consistent but 0-8 over hurdles and may have to settle for a place again. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
2nd (10) (11/1 -57%) Teeceethree |
11/1(-57%) | (10) Teeceethree 11/1, Ridden positively when making second bumper start a winning one at Warwick last autumn. Modest form when 9 lengths second on Market Rasen hurdle debut last month but she may come on for the outing. Bumper winner; second on last month's hurdle debut; more required. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
3rd (9) (33/1 -230%) Rockette |
33/1(-230%) | (9) Rockette 33/1, Well held in 2 bumpers last winter but offered more when third on 2m Warwick hurdle debut last month. That form nothing special but has the potential for better again given who trains her. Tailed off in two bumpers but better when third on hurdle debut last month; more needed. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
4th (6) (25/1 -56%) Magistra Equitum |
25/1(-56%) | (6) Magistra Equitum 25/1, Third in a Southwell bumper for Emma Lavelle last June. Disappointing in another bumper for new stable 5 months later but given time since and worth a betting check now hurdling. Stable also runs Mays Hill. Good third on bumper debut but pulled up next time, on first start for this trainer. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
5th (2) (66/1 -32%) Bella Madonna |
66/1(-32%) | (2) Bella Madonna 66/1, Poor form in bumpers/hurdles. First-time hood needs to spark improvement. Hasn't shown enough in either hurdle start to suggest she can threaten in this. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
6th (4) (11/1 +21%) Impression Chic |
11/1(+21%) | (4) Impression Chic 11/1, £26,000 buy after finish runner-up on her completed start in points (Feb 5). Brian Hughes booked for hurdle debut. One to note in the betting. Second in a point in February; hurdle debut; others more likely. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
7th (3) (50/1 -100%) Hey Day Baby |
50/1(-100%) | (3) Hey Day Baby 50/1, £45,000 buy after making it fourth time lucky in Irish points in November. Ran green and showed a bit when seventh of 13 in bumper at Southwell in March but disappointing in an Exeter maiden hurdle since. Irish point winner; well beaten on hurdle debut; tongue-strap fitted. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
8th (8) (5.5/1 -38%) Mays Hill |
5.5/1(-38%) | (8) Mays Hill 5.5/1, Made it third time lucky in bumpers at Fontwell last month. Much respected now hurdling for stable which won this race last year. Good attitude when winning Fontwell bumper last month; quite tough task on hurdle debut. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
9th (11) (150/1 -50%) Feryl Beryl |
150/1(-50%) | (11) Feryl Beryl 150/1, No impact in 2 bumpers and pulled up on Hereford hurdle debut in February. Has a first-time hood added to her cheekpieces. Pulled up on hurdle debut four months ago; hood fitted. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
10th (1) (250/1 -150%) Artemis Sky |
250/1(-150%) | (1) Artemis Sky 250/1, Poor maiden handicapper on Flat and distant last of 4 on completed start over hurdles. No signs of ability in three hurdle starts. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
|PU| (5) (1.88/1 +6%) Lightfoot Lady |
1.88/1(+6%) | (5) Lightfoot Lady 1.88/1, Overcame greenness to make a winning bumper debut at Stratford in March 2022. It's taken a while to get her back to the track but she's evidently capable when fresh and market confidence could prove significant for top yard. Bumper winner 15 months ago; hurdle debut after the absence; interesting. |
The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.
Nicky Henderson has been patient with LIGHTFOOT LADY since she made a winning start to her career by comfortably landing a Stratford bumper last March. She is a half-sister to another bumper winner, as well as hurdles/chase winner Truckers Hall, and can be assured to have been highly primed for this next phase of her development. Manimole has shown some ability over hurdles and, along with the unexposed Teeceethree, she can make this a good test for the selection.
Those with hurdle experience don't set the bar that high so perhaps Fergal O'Brien can take this for the second year running courtesy of last month's Fontwell bumper winner MAYS HILL. Nicky Henderson's Lightfoot Lady has been off for over a year since her bumper debut win but would rate a big threat if the market vibes are strong now hurdling. Manimole looks best of the rest.
Despite a lack of experience and an absence, LIGHTFOOT LADY is still selected.

7/1(+65%) | (7) No Way Pedro 7/1, Modest form at best in Ireland and hasn't done much in points since last seen under Rules 11 months ago. Hard to make a strong case for on debut for new stable.
2nd (5) (10/1 -82%) Three Macks |
10/1(-82%) | (5) Three Macks 10/1, Fair maiden on the Flat up to 7f for Andrew Oliver. Best effort to date over hurdles when second in novice at Southwell last time and has some scope for improvement now handicapping.
3rd (6) (2/1 +27%) Choirmaster |
2/1(+27%) | (6) Choirmaster 2/1, Fairly useful on Flat and a wind op/tongue tie helped his finishing effort when second of 7 on handicap debut at Huntingdon in May. Didn't fully build on that at Warwick since but remains with potential in this sphere.
4th (9) (16/1 +20%) Energy Two |
16/1(+20%) | (9) Energy Two 16/1, Shaped as if amiss when pulled up in bumper at Warwick. Bit more encouragement over hurdles but failed to make an impact from stiff opening mark in handicap at Newton Abbot 14 days ago.
5th (11) (33/1 -32%) Beautiful Surprise |
33/1(-32%) | (11) Beautiful Surprise 33/1, Fair handicapper on the Flat but well held all 3 completed starts over hurdles. Plenty to prove but has a lowly opening mark.
6th (8) (6/1 -100%) Deal Em High |
6/1(-100%) | (8) Deal Em High 6/1, Modest bumper winner who stepped up on previous hurdling efforts when second in novice at Ffos Las last time. One to be interested in from potentially lenient opening mark.
7th (3) (50/1 -213%) Sydney Blues |
50/1(-213%) | (3) Sydney Blues 50/1, Modest maiden on the Flat. Has only replicated that form once over hurdles and disappointed on handicap debut at Ffos Las 13 days ago.
8th (4) (2.25/1 +65%) Land Of My Delight |
2.25/1(+65%) | (4) Land Of My Delight 2.25/1, Modest maiden hurdler who shaped as if better for the run when sixth at Huntingdon on return and has been given a chance by the handicapper since. Considered.
9th (1) (16/1 -14%) HerecomesFreddie |
16/1(-14%) | (1) HerecomesFreddie 16/1, Bumper winner who hasn't shown a great deal over hurdles as yet but looks potentially well treated switched to handicaps. Worth a market check back from 6 months off.
10th (10) (28/1 -12%) Ceci Wells |
28/1(-12%) | (10) Ceci Wells 28/1, Little solid form on the level and hasn't fared much better over hurdles, so easily opposed. |
The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.
Choirmaster sets the standard of those who have been racing in handicap company of late and can't be dismissed in a weak-looking affair. However, it may pay to take a chance on DEAL EM HIGH, whose opening mark of 83 could prove on the lenient side. Debra Hamer's gelding ran his best race to date when ridden more positively in a maiden hurdle at Ffos Las last month and could improve on that runner-up effort to succeed here. Three Macks also makes her first foray into this sphere and completes the shortilist.
CHOIRMASTER has made a solid start in handicap hurdles and remains with plenty of scope for better based on Flat form, so he's preferred to bumper winner Deal Em High, who produced his best effort in this sphere when second in a novice at Ffos Las 25 days ago. Land of My Delight is also of interest.
Not disgraced when seventh on her handicap debut, \bENERGY TWO\;p might prove the answer.

10/1(+60%) | (12) Best Mate Dave 10/1, No impact in bumpers or a trio of hurdle outings thus far and is hard to recommend on switch to handicapping. Struggled in novice/maiden hurdles but might get more competitive off lowly handicap marks. |

2nd (5) (5/1 +9%) Never No Trouble |
5/1(+9%) | (5) Never No Trouble 5/1, Gained reward for her consistency when winning 8-runner maiden at Hereford (16.2f) in February and acquitted herself well in defeat the last twice, latest when second of 7 in handicap hurdle at Fakenham (20f, good to firm) 17 days ago. Ought to go well again. Won Hereford maiden in February and ran well in two spring handicaps; likely contender. |

3rd (9) (8/1 +0%) Haveyougotmymoney |
8/1(+0%) | (9) Haveyougotmymoney 8/1, Made an encouraging return from 5-month break when second at Uttoxeter (15.8f, heavy) last month but wasn't in same form on quicker ground at Hexham since. Others more appealing. Ran well in defeat two starts ago but dropped out rather tamely at Hexham last time. |

4th (10) (5/1 +23%) Stiletto |
5/1(+23%) | (10) Stiletto 5/1, Showed aptitude for hurdling when second on debut at Chepstow in April but failed to build on that at Fontwell last month and cheekpieces now added for handicap debut in this sphere. Fair stayer on the Flat and has made an encouraging start to his hurdling career. |

5th (4) (5.5/1 +66%) Kalnoo |
5.5/1(+66%) | (4) Kalnoo 5.5/1, Modest form for Sam Curling in Ireland but she did end her time with that stable with a creditable fifth of 17 in 3m Cork handicap last month. Drops significantly in trip on her first outing for new yard. Cheekpieces back on. Bought for £10,000 after respectable fifth in big-field Cork handicap last month. |

6th (1) (18/1 -29%) Fabrique En France |
18/1(-29%) | (1) Fabrique En France 18/1, Off the mark over fences in handicap at this course (16.5f) a year ago but hasn't gone on as hoped since and blinkers now applied on return to hurdling. On good mark for today's return to hurdling but can't be trusted. |

|PU| (7) (5/1 +9%) Kapitaliste |
5/1(+9%) | (7) Kapitaliste 5/1, Made the frame in both starts this term, latest when creditable third of 7 in handicap hurdle (4/1) at Newton Abbot (21.6f, good) 21 days ago. One of the likelier contenders. Second on all three previous visits to Worcester and returns here on a workable mark. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
|PU| (8) (7/1 +56%) Our Dylan |
7/1(+56%) | (8) Our Dylan 7/1, Far from disgraced, on yard debut, when fourth of 8 in handicap hurdle at Fontwell (17.7f, good to firm, 10/1) 24 days ago. Claims if building on that. Respectable fourth when back under rules this month and today's longer trip will suit. |

|PU| (3) (12/1 +14%) Sheila Nash |
12/1(+14%) | (3) Sheila Nash 12/1, Twice a winner here (both 23f) last summer but not seen since breaking blood vessel when pulled up at Ffos Las in October. Since joined new yard and worth monitoring in market on debut. Dual 2m7f course winner last summer but makes stable debut after 255-day absence. |

|PU| (11) (14/1 +0%) Stripe Of Honour |
14/1(+0%) | (11) Stripe Of Honour 14/1, Bagged his second success here when taking 12-runner handicap (20f) last month and posted creditable fifth (off 8 lb higher) at Southwell since. Not ruled out. Shock C&D winner last month and has since run well at Southwell; could have a say. |
The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.
KAPITALISTE posted one of his better efforts when finishing third at Newton Abbot in late-May and a 1lb rise may not prevent the seven-year-old from gaining a first success of the season. Never No Trouble arrives in good heart and is feared most with useful conditional William Maggs now onboard to take 7lb off her back. Haveyougotmymoney has often shaped as if this step up to 2m4f could bring about some improvement and also warrants consideration.
NEVER NO TROUBLE has been a model of consistency in this sphere and looks the safest option in a tricky finale. Kapitaliste and Valentine Getaway head the list of dangers,
One with some potential is STILETTO, who moves up in trip after launching his hurdling career with two encouraging runs this spring.
Ths is the racecard key.
