16:25 Windsor (Class 5) 6f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

This is competitive and only a tentative vote can go to CUPOLA. The Clive Cox-trained daughter of Harry Angel has shown clear ability in her three starts to date, all on the all-weather. She looks certain to relish the switch to turf and an opening mark of 68 looks well within range. Both Valsharah and Camera Shy were too keen over 7f at Newmarket last time out so the drop in trip could be of benefit. Style King is another to consider having struck the woodwork at Wolverhampton.

Preference is for CUPOLA, who showed clear promise in her qualifying runs and is bred to be much better than this opening mark.

17:00 Windsor (Class 5) 8f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

Special Ghaiyyath sets the standard with an official rating of 76 and he's of considerable interest back on the grass after posting a couple of positive efforts at Wolverhampton recently. A chance is still taken on FANTASY WORLD, who can be forgiven a lacklustre debut performance given the testing ground conditions that day. He ought to progress throughout the year but it would come as no surprise were he to find the necessary improvement on his return, especially now he has been gelded. Chelsea Old Church is also noted.

The vote goes to SPECIAL GHAIYYATH, who went close at Wolverhampton 23 days ago and his best form last season was a second over C&D.

17:30 Windsor (Class 5) 8f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

ABUNDANCE made an eyecatching debut at Wolverhampton in October having been repeatedly denied a clear run in the home straight, and that effort sets the form standard. He returns to action with his stable among the winners and if appreciating the switch to turf, he could be hard to beat. The booking of Oisin Murphy for Sea Founder looks noteworthy and he's considered along with Bondi, who will find this easier than the Wood Ditton he contested on his introduction.

The vote goes to ABUNDANCE, who was an eyecatcher at Wolverhampton and is open to plenty of progress upped in trip on his return.

18:00 Windsor (Class 5) 10f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

John & Thady Gosden won a division of this contest in 2023 and both divisions last year. The yard is represented by Dante and Derby entrant TYCOON and the son of Kingman should excel over this longer distance, having finished third over 7f at Sandown last term behind subsequent Greenham winner Jonquil. Kempton fourth Noble Horizon is also in the Dante and Derby, while Relocal and Glazia are newcomers to note.

The most striking contender is TYCOON, who holds a Derby entry and showed plenty of promise with his third at Sandown last August.

18:30 Windsor (Class 4) 10f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

FIRST OFFICER made a winning seasonal debut in this contest last year and is taken to repeat the dose. The son of Galileo won again at Newmarket in September and can launch another strong challenge off a similar mark. Expert Witness enters calculations on the back of a decent second over 1m4f at Leicester, while Silver Gunn could only manage fourth in last year's renewal but could finish closer this time on more favourable terms.

This is a drop in grade for PROMETHEAN (nap), who looked unlucky not to finish closer than seventh in the Spring Mile at Doncaster.

19:00 Windsor (Class 5) 11f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

KINETIC returned the ready winner at Lingfield just five days ago. A penalty for that success is negated by her rider's allowance and James Owen's filly can go in again back on the turf. Queen's Company won over 1m4f at the end of last year and a recent spin over a shorter trip will have blown any cobwebs away, while Forest Spirit failed to fire at Wolverhampton last time but is not easily dismissed.

Top of the list is C&D winner KINETIC, who won in good style off a reduced mark on Polytrack last Wednesday.

19:30 Windsor (Class 6) 8f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

HERKEIOS supplemented his close-up second at Newcastle with a respectable third at Yarmouth earlier this month. The Zoustar gelding races off an unchanged mark and he could be ready to open his account. Skyelight returned from a 143-day break to finish third at Lingfield recently and reverting to turf shouldn't prevent another bold bid. Market support for handicap debutant Paragon would be interesting.

Preference is for HERKEIOS who has been knocking on the door and looks sure to be thereabouts. Skyelight rates as the main danger.

20:05 Windsor (Class 5) 5f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

Having just held on to score over 6f at Lingfield recently, Harry Brown warrants respect. However, a quick turnaround and 5lb penalty could leave the five-year-old vulnerable, which could leave the door open for TORFRIDA. Pam Sly's mare arrives on the back of a close-up second at Pontefract and a 2lb rise in the ratings is far from insurmountable. Triple course scorer Bama Lama could also go well.

Preference is for last year's winner ANTIPHON who is 15lb lower than last year. The big danger is Torfrida who was second last time.

About U.K Horse Racing

Horse racing is a popular and historic sport in the UK, with a tradition dating back centuries. It is a multi-billion pound industry that attracts millions of spectators each year and generates significant economic activity.

There are two main types of horse racing in the UK: flat racing and jump racing. Flat racing is run on a level course and is typically shorter in distance, while jump racing involves horses jumping over obstacles and is generally longer in distance. Both types of racing are popular with spectators and bettors, and they take place at various racetracks throughout the country.

The most famous horse racing event in the UK is the Grand National, which is held annually at Aintree Racecourse in Liverpool. It is a jump racing event that is known for its challenging course and has become a national institution in the UK. Other notable horse racing events in the UK include the Derby, held at Epsom Downs Racecourse in Surrey, and the Royal Ascot, held at Ascot Racecourse in Berkshire.

Horse racing in the UK is regulated by the British Horseracing Authority (BHA), which sets rules and standards for the industry. It is responsible for the welfare of racehorses and the safety of jockeys and trainers, as well as ensuring fair and transparent racing practices.

In addition to its economic and cultural importance, horse racing in the UK also plays a significant role in the breeding and training of thoroughbred horses. Many of the world's top thoroughbreds are bred and trained in the UK, and the industry plays a vital role in the preservation and promotion of the breed.

Overall, horse racing is an integral part of British culture and a major contributor to the country's economy. It is a thrilling and exciting sport that continues to attract a loyal following and generate significant interest from spectators and bettors around the world.
