1st (1) (2/1 +11%) Derryhassen Paddy |
2/1(+11%) | (1) Derryhassen Paddy 2/1, Won sole start in Irish points in December and looked a decent prospect when winning 6-runner bumper at Ayr in February. Must be respected now hurdling. Both wins have been on heavy ground, an Irish point and a bumper at Ayr. |

2nd (2) (9/4 +30%) Farland |
9/4(+30%) | (2) Farland 9/4, Fairly useful bumper winner. Had a wind op before making a promising start in this sphere when third of 12 in novice hurdle (13/8) at Chepstow on return. Shaped similarly at Ffos Las 2 weeks ago and remains capable of better. Not straightforward but eyecatching last time and well up to winning a maiden. |

3rd (7) (5/2 -11%) Lud'or |
5/2(-11%) | (7) Lud'or 5/2, Improved on hurdling debut when second in juvenile at Auteuil in 2023 and shaped well on his British debut after 16 months off when second at Stratford last month, unlucky not to finish up with the winner at the very least (closing when badly hampered entering final 100 yds). Big shout. Perhaps unlucky not to have beaten a well-regarded winner at Stratford; much respected. |

4th (5) (6/1 -9%) Roaring Conquest |
6/1(-9%) | (5) Roaring Conquest 6/1, €34,000 3-y-o, £25,000 5-y-o, Doyen gelding. Half-brother to poor hurdler Emily Wade. Dam unraced half-sister to fairly useful hurdler (21f winner) Basford Bob. Off mark in Irish points at third attempt (May 25). Market should reveal expectations. Point win could be working out better but he did come home 15l to the good. |

5th (3) (13/2 +68%) Icare Colombe |
13/2(+68%) | (3) Icare Colombe 13/2, Shaped much better than he had in bumpers for Thomas Gallagher after 7 months off when third of 11 in novice hurdle at this C&D (good to soft) on hurdles bow 23 days ago but another step forward is required. Encouraging third here on stable debut and ran as though the race would bring him on. |

6th (8) (20/1 +0%) Outer Banks |
20/1(+0%) | (8) Outer Banks 20/1, Made frame both starts in Irish points and better for hurdling debut when fifth at Chepstow last month. More needed again. Just minor promise in his two runs over hurdles, beaten between 14l and 20l. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
7th (4) (150/1 -127%) Maxiboy Dagrostis |
150/1(-127%) | (4) Maxiboy Dagrostis 150/1, Runner-up on second of 2 starts in points (May 6). Shaped as if needing the run when tenth of 14 in novice hurdle at Bangor (16.7f, heavy) on NH debut 26 days ago. Runner-up in a point and his Bangor hurdle effort wasn't devoid of promise. |

LUD'OR displayed plenty of promise when filling second spot on his UK debut over 2m at Stratford a month ago and Tom Symonds' French recruit arguably sets the standard on that evidence. Farland is another with strong form claims, but he looks a tricky ride and that has to be a concern. Roaring Conquest bolted up between the flags in May and merits a place on the shortlist, as does Ayr bumper winner Derryhassen Paddy.
French-recruit LUD'OR was unlucky not to push the winner very close on his British debut at Stratford last month and is fancied to go one better. Derryhassen Paddy looked a good prospect when winning a bumper at Ayr last season and may emerge as the biggest threat ahead of Farland.
Although FARLAND doesn't make life easy for himself, he's well capable of winning a maiden and he must go left handed.
