The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

KEEP ON COBBLING outran big odds to fill the runner-up spot at Doncaster last month and should have more to offer. With Sam Twiston-Davies back on board, Henry Daly's mare looks the one to beat. Plus Point finished fifth behind the selection on Town Moor, but improvement is anticipated on only her second start for the Billy Aprahamian yard. La Cantate is another to note.

A chance is taken that improvement in her jumping will enable PLUS POINT to turn the tables on Keep On Cobbling from Doncaster.

14:18 Stratford (Class 5) 27f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

GROOM DE COTTE made his way through the field before scooting clear by over nine lengths at Huntingdon, shaping as if this rise in distance may bring about even more improvement. The nine-year-old might only need to run to a similar level in order to make it three wins out of his last four starts. Pottlerath finished third in a warmer event at Chepstow and continues to lurk on an appealing mark. Getthepot is also noted.

Course winner MARTALMIX'JAC (nap) is perhaps fortunate to have escaped a nudge up the weights for his close second over 3m in February.

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

Blackacre was well beaten into second at Ffos Las in February, but has to be respected off a 2lb lower rating. However, it may pay to side with QUITE THE GETAWAY, who pulled out a bit more to finish fifth over 2m6f here. The seven-year-old is fancied to improve for the rise in distance and can get off the mark. Clover Pass isn't out of it either.

He was out of form when we last saw him but R BERNARD is taken to win this race for the second year running.

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

Back to winning ways with a determined success over fences at Sedgefield, JACKPOT CASH should have no issue reverting to the smaller obstacles for in-form connections. The six-year-old is narrowly preferred to Land Girl's Luck, who was a taking winner herself at the same track and could be well treated off a mark of 100 on her handicap debut. Not beaten far over fences at Bangor last time out, Neigh Botha is worth a second look.

Topweight JACKPOT CASH is enjoying a productive spell for his new stable and gets the vote ahead of Neigh Botha.

MAGICAL ANNIE looked to be in control of proceedings when falling at the last at Catterick and she looks more than capable of gaining compensation with conditions in her favour again. Winless since a handicap hurdle at Huntingdon last May, Therapist has been kept busy on the all-weather and arrives after a narrow defeat at Southwell. Picture Of You can improve on a disappointing first start for new connections at Hereford in February.

Handicap debutante MAGICAL ANNIE could still have significant potential and is selected to make amends for last month's mishap.

16:28 Stratford (Class 5) 22f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

A high-class performer a few years ago as a juvenile hurdler and novice chaser, ALLMANKIND has found a new lease of life in point-to-points and never had much of a chance at the Cheltenham Festival when hampered at the first. This is a much easier assignment, with Empire De Maulde looking best placed to chase him home following a narrow defeat at Newbury. Bardenstown Lad will enjoy this ground and is expected to have a say in proceedings as well.

His Cheltenham foray did not pan out at all favourably but ALLMANKIND has a big chance today. Empire De Maulde is second choice.

About U.K Horse Racing

Horse racing is a popular and historic sport in the UK, with a tradition dating back centuries. It is a multi-billion pound industry that attracts millions of spectators each year and generates significant economic activity.

There are two main types of horse racing in the UK: flat racing and jump racing. Flat racing is run on a level course and is typically shorter in distance, while jump racing involves horses jumping over obstacles and is generally longer in distance. Both types of racing are popular with spectators and bettors, and they take place at various racetracks throughout the country.

The most famous horse racing event in the UK is the Grand National, which is held annually at Aintree Racecourse in Liverpool. It is a jump racing event that is known for its challenging course and has become a national institution in the UK. Other notable horse racing events in the UK include the Derby, held at Epsom Downs Racecourse in Surrey, and the Royal Ascot, held at Ascot Racecourse in Berkshire.

Horse racing in the UK is regulated by the British Horseracing Authority (BHA), which sets rules and standards for the industry. It is responsible for the welfare of racehorses and the safety of jockeys and trainers, as well as ensuring fair and transparent racing practices.

In addition to its economic and cultural importance, horse racing in the UK also plays a significant role in the breeding and training of thoroughbred horses. Many of the world's top thoroughbreds are bred and trained in the UK, and the industry plays a vital role in the preservation and promotion of the breed.

Overall, horse racing is an integral part of British culture and a major contributor to the country's economy. It is a thrilling and exciting sport that continues to attract a loyal following and generate significant interest from spectators and bettors around the world.
