1st (3) (1.25/1 +50%) Mystic Man |
1.25/1(+50%) | (3) Mystic Man 1.25/1, Point winner who left hurdle exploits behind when winning 2 handicap chases at the start of the summer. Run of good form came to an abrupt halt when pulled up at Uttoxeter in July (final start for Oliver Sherwood) but could bounce back with a bang for Harry Derham. Won first two starts over fences and he had an excuse on slow ground last time; respected. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
2nd (2) (3/1 +0%) Tedwin Hills |
3/1(+0%) | (2) Tedwin Hills 3/1, Lightly-raced maiden over hurdles who has finished fourth in a couple of handicaps this summer (had wind surgery in between). Steps back up in trip for chase debut. Lightly raced 6yo and he could have more to offer on this switch to fences; in the mix. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
3rd (6) (28/1 -133%) Fox's Socks |
28/1(-133%) | (6) Fox's Socks 28/1, Mixed record over fences for Alex Hales and it remains to be seen whether a change of scenery sparks an upturn in his fortunes. Has struggled in his last three runs over fences and has questions to answer for new yard. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
4th (5) (6/1 +25%) Conceal |
6/1(+25%) | (5) Conceal 6/1, Won at Uttoxeter last autumn. One of his better efforts since when third at Stratford on reappearance in July but not in the same form when a remote fourth back there since. On workable mark but he's 1-17 under rules and others are more convincing. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
5th (8) (14/1 +13%) Carapaz |
14/1(+13%) | (8) Carapaz 14/1, Failed to complete both starts in points and has no more than hinted at ability under Rules, including a remote sixth on his recent Worcester chase debut. A first-time cheekpieces and refitted tongue tie combination needs to spark improvement. Has not shown much under rules and he needs a transformation in new equipment. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
6th (4) (10/1 +17%) Bergentown |
10/1(+17%) | (4) Bergentown 10/1, Little worthwhile form in 16 starts over hurdles in Ireland but left those efforts well behind on first start for this yard when scoring at Bangor (19.5f, good) in June. Down the field both outings since and now switches to fences with a tongue strap added. Disappointing in last two hurdle runs and has quite a bit to prove again on chase debut. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
7th (7) (14/1 -87%) Onenightintown |
14/1(-87%) | (7) Onenightintown 14/1, Two chase wins at the end of last summer. Not disgraced at the start of this season and has Brian Hughes up back from a short break. Not discounted. His last win was off a similar mark and he wasn't beaten far last time; dangerous. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
|PU| (1) (22/1 -300%) Big Difference |
22/1(-300%) | (1) Big Difference 22/1, Won a couple of small-field handicap chases for Tim Reed in the first half of last season. Lost his way lately but well handicapped if a switch to Laura Morgan sparks a revival. Market confidence could prove significant. Dual chase winner but he's lost his way and needs to turn things around for new yard. |
The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.
This can go the way of MYSTIC MAN, who failed to fire last time but he had won well on his two previous outings, including once over this C&D. The change of stables is also intriguing and he may have enough to see off the likes of Tedwin Hills and Conceal, who is now 1lb below his last winning mark.
MYSTIC MAN ended his time with Oliver Sherwood on a low note but he could resume his progression now. Big Difference is well handicapped if a switch to Laura Morgan prompts an upturn in his fortunes and rates a possible threat, particularly if the betting vibes are strong. Onenightintown is also shortlisted with Brian Hughes in the saddle.
6yo MYSTIC MAN had an excuse in his hat-trick bid at Uttoxeter in July and can bounce back to make it 3-4 over fences.

1st (3) (3.33/1 -33%) Swapped |
3.33/1(-33%) | (3) Swapped 3.33/1, Bumper winner who didn't progress over hurdles but more like it switched to chasing for Nicky Henderson landing handicaps at Worcester/here in recent months. Joined new yard for £18,000 in August and he's not out of things now his stamina is tested further. Signed off for Nicky Henderson with two 2m4f wins; upped in trip for stable debut. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
2nd (7) (66/1 -100%) Massons Castle |
66/1(-100%) | (7) Massons Castle 66/1, Modest winner over hurdles earlier in career. Minor promise on third start over fences at Tramore in June but proved disappointing back over hurdles in a Roscommon claimer (20f) 59 days ago. Returns to chasing on debut for new yard and market best guide. Failed to convince over fences in Ireland; moves up in trip for today's stable debut. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
3rd (5) (4.5/1 +25%) Ecossais |
4.5/1(+25%) | (5) Ecossais 4.5/1, Showed benefit of a wind op at second attempt and ended long losing run in the process in 9-runner Perth handicap chase (23.8f) 5 weeks ago. knuckling down to reel in the irresolute runner-up. Raised only 1 lb and he can't be ruled out. Finished well to win at Perth last month and has very good record at this track. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
4th (1) (2.75/1 +31%) Biowavego |
2.75/1(+31%) | (1) Biowavego 2.75/1, Bounced back from a couple of lesser efforts over hurdles when adding to his tally at Warwick (25f, good to firm) in May. Similar form without threatening in a couple of chase tries since but mark is easing and lively ground will hold no fears. Cheekpieces on 1st time. Began chasing career with two fairly respectable runs on soft ground; can do better here. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
|PU| (2) (3/1 -20%) Fairlawn Flyer |
3/1(-20%) | (2) Fairlawn Flyer 3/1, Went through a lull initially this summer but mark eased as a result and he finally took advantage when taking 7-runner Cartmel handicap chase (25.5f) 12 days ago, typically making hard work of things. Wouldn't be an obvious follow-up candidate on this much quicker ground, however. Still well handicapped after recent Cartmel win but would appeal more on slower ground. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
|PU| (4) (6.5/1 +19%) Moon King |
6.5/1(+19%) | (4) Moon King 6.5/1, Doubled his tally over hurdles at Worcester last summer. Last of 4 on chase debut at that venue in July but he did shape better than bare result when fourth back over hurdles at Market Rasen (23f) last month. Visor refitted back over larger obstacles. Last of four on chasing debut in July and finished weakly over hurdles last month. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
|PU| (6) (14/1 +0%) Dindin |
14/1(+0%) | (6) Dindin 14/1, Back on the scoreboard at Worcester (23f) in June and similar form when second at Stratford (22.5f) on penultimate start. Latest Fontwell effort was underwhelming though, and he does need to confirm his stamina for this longer trip. Dual chase winner this year but below form last time and remains on fairly tough mark. |
The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.
FAIRLAWN FLYER bounced back to winning ways with a comfortable success at Cartmel last time out and a 4lb rise may not be enough to prevent him from going in again. The seven-year-old is still well below his career-high mark and may have too much for the Perth winner Ecossais, as well as Swapped, who makes his first start for new connections as he goes in search of a hat-trick.
Successful over hurdles at Warwick in May, BIOWAVEGO hasn't been disgraced either start over fences subsequently and, returned to this forecast quicker ground, he could be the answer. The hat-trick seeking Swapped and Moon King head up the dangers, in what rates a tricky puzzle.
Topweight BIOWAVEGO has made only a satisfactory start to his chasing career but today's faster ground can enable improvement.

1st (5) (1.62/1 +19%) Manimole |
1.62/1(+19%) | (5) Manimole 1.62/1, Made the most of a good opportunity when off the mark in 2m novice at Worcester in June. Sound runner-up efforts since and she's likely to be bang there again. Consistent mare who had a near miss here last time and is respected back in trip. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
2nd (2) (5.5/1 +27%) Book Of Secrets |
5.5/1(+27%) | (2) Book Of Secrets 5.5/1, Confirmed his return to form in running away with a weak maiden at Market Rasen last month, going with enthusiasm and in command a long way out. Brushed aside in a better race under a penalty since. Unchallenged at Market Rasen last month but was disappointing under a penalty there latest. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
3rd (4) (6/1 -33%) Sobegrand |
6/1(-33%) | (4) Sobegrand 6/1, Fairly useful maiden on the Flat who improved again when landing 9-runner maiden at Stratford in July. Ran a shocker at Market Rasen since but he's in the right hands to bounce back in, Stratford winner who had an excuse latest and could bounce back on this drop back in trip. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
4th (3) (9/1 -64%) Hobie |
9/1(-64%) | (3) Hobie 9/1, Successful on second of 2 starts in Irish points and stepped up on low-key hurdles debut when landing a 9-runner novice at Worcester in May. Failed to land a blow when last of 3 at Stratford 3 weeks later. Won at Worcester in May before a creditable effort at Stratford last time; in the mix. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
|B| (6) (33/1 -32%) Point Of Honour |
33/1(-32%) | (6) Point Of Honour 33/1, Modest handicapper on Flat (stays 1¾m), won at Catterick in July, creditable effort last time. Regular rider retained and showed some aptitude for hurdling at Market Rasen 3 weeks ago. Triple Flat winner but was well held on his belated hurdling debut last month. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
|F| (1) (1.75/1 +22%) Adamaris |
1.75/1(+22%) | (1) Adamaris 1.75/1, Fairly useful ex-Irish Flat winner and landed 2m handicap hurdle at Market Rasen in July. Very good second there later that month and easy to excuse latest run over 20.2f given he shaped like a non-stayer. Form pick back in trip. Had an excuse at 2m4f last time and has leading form claims back in a 2m novice. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
|PU| (7) (250/1 -100%) Rock D'ete |
250/1(-100%) | (7) Rock D'ete 250/1, Off mark in points at third attempt (May 7) but low-key start under Rules. Point winner but he's been tailed off at massive prices in both hurdle runs. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
|PU| (8) (300/1 -100%) Cassiel |
300/1(-100%) | (8) Cassiel 300/1, Poor maiden on Flat (stays 8.5f) and unseated rider early on hurdles debut. Unplaced in 14 Flat runs and he didn't get very far on recent hurdling debut. |
The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.
ADAMARIS has done well since joining the Adrian Keatley stable and another win could be on the cards, with the drop back in trip and this track expected to suit. Brian Hughes retaining the ride is another plus, and it may be that the Stratford winner Sobegrand gives him the most to think about if bouncing back to form. Manimole is also entitled to be thereabouts.
The return to 2m will suit ADAMARIS and now back in novice company following a productive spell in handicap company he looks the one to be with on these terms. Manimole and Sobegrand look the chief threats.
This looks a tight contest but MANIMOLE gets the vote ahead of Adamaris and Hobie.

1st (2) (5/1 +0%) Swaffham Bulbeck |
5/1(+0%) | (2) Swaffham Bulbeck 5/1, In good form under both codes and he enhanced his fine record at Fakenham when landing 4-runner handicap hurdle at that venue in April. Ran just respectably back over fences at Worcester (16.5f, soft) 122 days ago and may feature if he's tuned up. Not seen since below-par chase run in May but a possible if fully tuned up. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
2nd (3) (4.5/1 +25%) Nibras Gold |
4.5/1(+25%) | (3) Nibras Gold 4.5/1, Fair stayer on the Flat who doubled his tally in this sphere back from 9 months off (had wind op) in handicap at Ffos Las in May. Good in-the-frame efforts both starts since, runner-up from the front at Newton Abbot (16.7f) 38 days ago. Should go well again. Good second in cheekpieces last time and not yet fully exposed over hurdles; shortlisted. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
3rd (4) (3.5/1 +0%) Pillar Of Steel |
3.5/1(+0%) | (4) Pillar Of Steel 3.5/1, Lightly raced for current yard and produced a career best to land a 7-runner event at Stratford last time. Should go well again. Kept on well to score at Stratford last month; 5lb rise demands a bit more from her. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
4th (5) (5/1 +0%) Lunar Shadow |
5/1(+0%) | (5) Lunar Shadow 5/1, Fair Flat winner (including at Bath 19 days ago), who won a brace of novice events against her own sex during the middle of 2022. Fit from a fairly productive spell on the level and return to 2m will suit. Unseated at Stratford last month but remains with potential in this sphere. C&D winner last year; still lightly raced over hurdles and returns after recent Flat win. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
5th (1) (2.5/1 +25%) Hurricane Ali |
2.5/1(+25%) | (1) Hurricane Ali 2.5/1, Genuine individual. 3-time C&D winner. Creditable third of 9 in handicap hurdle at Stratford (16.3f, good, 5/1) 53 days ago. Another solid showing is on the cards. Three-time C&D winner; on a fairly tough mark but ran well last time; probably in the mix. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
6th (6) (8/1 -60%) Nevendon |
8/1(-60%) | (6) Nevendon 8/1, Ex-Irish gelding who made a winning debut for new connections when taking 6-runner novice selling hurdle at Stratford in May and placed next 2 starts. Ran well on the FLat last time, so should be thereabouts once more. Gained only hurdle win in a seller but his handicap second in June brings him into this. |
The chart reads from right to left to today's class 3 race.
NEVENDON has yet to run a bad race since switching to Alexandra Dunn from John McConnell in the spring and, having gone close at Bath on the level last month, he could be hard to stop back over hurdles. Lunar Shadow was the winner of the aforementioned race at Bath and looked unlucky when unseating at Stratford prior to that run. Nibras Gold appeared to improve for the application of cheekpieces when last seen and completes the shortlist.
This is competitive for the field size, with a case to be made for all 6, but PILLAR OF STEEL looks the one to side with. She opened her account for her current stable at Stratford last time and there's likely even more to come. Nibras Gold and Hurricane Ali are both obvious dangers.
Triple C&D winner HURRICANE ALI is proven on fast ground and, with hot weather forecast, he might be the answer.

1st (2) (8/1 +33%) Baikal |
8/1(+33%) | (2) Baikal 8/1, Fair maiden on the Flat. Left hurdle debut behind when springing a 25/1 surprise in 2m Worcester maiden in May. Not disgraced off a stiff opening mark when eighth at Market Rasen (18.6f, good to firm) last month but more needed to get involved. Won a Worcester maiden in May but he's struggled under both codes since and is now 1-16. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
2nd (5) (2/1 +0%) Ez Tiger |
2/1(+0%) | (5) Ez Tiger 2/1, Belatedly off the mark over C&D (good to soft) a couple of months ago, benefiting from chasing a strong pace instead of forcing one. Just 3 lb higher here and he's expected to be bang there once again. Off the mark when beating a subsequent winner over C&D in July; big player again up 3lb. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
3rd (3) (4/1 +27%) Star Legend |
4/1(+27%) | (3) Star Legend 4/1, Fair on the Flat for William Haggas and shaped well on hurdling debut after 7 months off when third in a Uttoxeter novice in July. In first-time hood, progressed from that effort when also third at Worcester next time but unable to repeat that on his first handicap start 2 weeks ago. Lightly raced 4yo but he was disappointing on his handicap debut at Stratford last month. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
4th (6) (18/1 -177%) Horizon Dove |
18/1(-177%) | (6) Horizon Dove 18/1, Well held in maiden/novice hurdles but could make more of a splash now handicapping with first-time cheekpieces applied (tongue tie also back on). Beaten 26l or more in her three hurdle runs and needs a transformation on handicap debut. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
5th (8) (9/1 -13%) Naasik |
9/1(-13%) | (8) Naasik 9/1, Remains a maiden after 37 runs but did put up one of his better efforts when third at Stratford (16.3f, good) a fortnight ago. Has struggled to string back-to-back solid efforts together however, so best to look elsewhere. 0-37 but he was placed at Stratford last time and could be in the mix again. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
6th (1) (2.25/1 +18%) Champagne Town |
2.25/1(+18%) | (1) Champagne Town 2.25/1, Winning pointer who got back on track in a first-time hood when runner-up at this track (20.4f, good) back in May. Headgear surprisingly left off, but every chance he will be in the mix back down in trip provided he's ready to roll (has had another wind op since last seen). Runner-up over 2m4f here in May; has had wind surgery since and he's respected on return. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
|PU| (4) (40/1 -21%) Allibaba |
40/1(-21%) | (4) Allibaba 40/1, Fair form when placed both starts in bumpers for Willie Mullins but little show over hurdles so far, including on handicap debut after 6 months off at Bangor (16.7f, good) recently. Can only be watched. Didn't last long with Willie Mullins and he's struggled for current yard; plenty to prove. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
|PU| (9) (40/1 -21%) Beat The Storm |
40/1(-21%) | (9) Beat The Storm 40/1, Modest maiden on Flat for William Knight but yet to offer any encouragement over hurdles, including after a breathing operation at Stratford (18.7f, good to soft) 9 weeks ago. 0-13 under both codes and tailed off in all of his five hurdle runs; 6lb out of weights. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
|PU| (7) (40/1 +39%) Kalyptra |
40/1(+39%) | (7) Kalyptra 40/1, Fair efforts initially over hurdles but hasn't shown much for several different yards since going down the handicap route, including over fences this season. First-time cheekpieces failed to have an impact back hurdling last time and he's an easy swerve. Ten-race maiden who has been pulled up in three of his last four handicaps; opposable. |
The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.
EZ TIGER opened his account with a cosy victory over C&D in July and, despite a 3lb rise, he looks the safest option in a weak affair. The likeliest danger appears to be top-weight Champagne Town, who has not been seen since finishing second here in May but has had wind surgery since and he may go well. Star Legend failed to fire on his handicap debut at Stratford a fortnight ago but he could be worth another chance.
EZ TIGER belatedly got off the mark over C&D a couple of months ago and having been nudged up just 3 lb, he's fancied to follow up at the expense of Champagne Town, who was runner-up at this venue when last seen back in May and returns on the back of a second breathing operation. Naasik and handicap debutante Horizon Dove can do battle for third spot.

1st (4) (11/1 +39%) Shuil Donn |
11/1(+39%) | (4) Shuil Donn 11/1, Form went the wrong way in bumpers, but stepped up on his hurdling debut when fourth at Perth in August last year. However, failed to repeat that effort next time and off 12 months since (has had a wind op). Has left Dr Richard Newland ahead of his handicap debut. Handicap newcomer but he has something to prove after 360 days off; had wind surgery. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
2nd (3) (3/1 +73%) Frisco Queen |
3/1(+73%) | (3) Frisco Queen 3/1, Signs of ability when trained by Shane Crawley in Ireland and, after 7 months off, shaped better than previously on her stable debut when seventh of 11 in handicap at Market Rasen in May last year. Has further 15-month absence to overcome, though. Well held in all of his completed starts and can only be watched back from 476 days off. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
3rd (9) (10/1 -67%) Cawthorne Cracker |
10/1(-67%) | (9) Cawthorne Cracker 10/1, Hasn't offered much in a trio of junior hurdles to date, again finishing well held when fifth of 6 at Wetherby in February. Needs to leave previous efforts well behind as he goes handicapping. Struggled in three juvenile hurdles last winter and needs improvement on handicap debut. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
4th (2) (8/1 -60%) Abraaj |
8/1(-60%) | (2) Abraaj 8/1, Fairly useful on the Flat in France and showed that he retains ability when runner-up on the level at Kempton (2m) in June. In first-time cheekpieces in this sphere, finished second in maiden at Market Rasen last time, albeit beaten a long way. More needed now handicapping. Unexposed over hurdles and was an encouraging second at Market Rasen latest; in the mix. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
5th (1) (3.5/1 +46%) Skeeter Park |
3.5/1(+46%) | (1) Skeeter Park 3.5/1, Showed more than previously on his third start in maiden hurdles when runner-up at this course (20.4f) in June and progressed again when fourth on handicap debut back here the following month. Disappointing last time, but worth another chance returned to this venue. Bit to prove but he raced freely last time and this drop back to 2m is worth exploring. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
6th (5) (6/1 +50%) Asa |
6/1(+50%) | (5) Asa 6/1, Fair form over hurdles on her only start in France, but hasn't progressed for her current yard. After 4 months off, never involved when seventh of 10 in handicap at Bangor 17 days ago. Continues to fall in the weights but more needed to take advantage. No impact in five handicaps and was tailed off at Bangor last month; others preferred. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
7th (6) (4/1 -45%) Tally's Son |
4/1(-45%) | (6) Tally's Son 4/1, Produced his best effort in this sphere when runner-up from 6 lb out of the weights at Newton Abbot in June and belatedly built on that promise when going one better at Stratford 2 weeks ago. Leading contender. Has record of 2-54 but his last win was at Stratford two weeks ago; respected up just 2lb. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
8th (8) (14/1 -250%) Rogue Mission |
14/1(-250%) | (8) Rogue Mission 14/1, Fair winner at 10f on the Flat for Tom Clover but hasn't made much impact in four runs over hurdles so far. However, he could yet do better now making his handicap hurdle debut after 11 months off. Returns from 339 days off but he needs checking in market on his handicap hurdle debut. |
The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.
Tally's Son sprung a surprise when winning at odds of 33-1 at Stratford a fortnight ago and he merits the utmost respect from just 2lb higher. Abraaj moves into handicap company from a potentially workable mark and it would be no surprise to see him improve, but a chance is taken on ASA. Philip Kirby's filly has shown signs of promise and is now 17lb below her opening mark. With a recent spin at Bangor under her belt, she could take a step forward.
Ridden with a touch more restraint than of late, TALLY'S SON opened his account in this sphere at Stratford a fortnight ago and he can score again now that he's up and running. The biggest threat could come from Skeeter Park, who can leave a lesser effort behind back at this course, while Rogue Mission is an interesting contender on handicap debut.

1st (3) (2.5/1 +17%) Blue Sans |
2.5/1(+17%) | (3) Blue Sans 2.5/1, Had dropped to a dangerous mark and duly built on her reappearance spin here when scoring at Southwell (24.3f, good) in June. Followed up over the same C&D last time and while this is tougher, she clearly goes well for Tom Broughton and merits respect as she bids to complete the hat-trick. Has won under Tom Broughton over C&D in her last two starts; respected in hat-trick bid. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
2nd (1) (2.5/1 +29%) Broomfields Cave |
2.5/1(+29%) | (1) Broomfields Cave 2.5/1, Point winner justified support when shedding his maiden tag over C&D in June. Set to finish the frame before making a late blunder when fifth at Worcester last time, and provided jumping issues don't rear their head again, he should be in the mix. Has had some jumping issues since his C&D win in June but he still has potential. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
3rd (7) (25/1 +50%) Prussia With Love |
25/1(+50%) | (7) Prussia With Love 25/1, Fair 19f hurdles winner at his best for Dan Skelton but has cleared been tricky to train since and showed very little under a considerate ride after yet another stable switch when down the field at Worcester last month. Has been out of sorts for three different yards in last five runs and can only be watched. |

6/1(-71%) | (2) Pardon Me 6/1, Won back to back at Uttoxeter last autumn and made it 3 wins from her last 4 starts when forging clear to score at Market Rasen (23.1f, good) 32 days ago. That effort rated as a career best and Wadge retains the ride, so plenty to like about her chances. 10yo who has won three of her last four including at Market Rasen last month; respected. |

|U| (4) (3.5/1 +0%) Lelantos |
3.5/1(+0%) | (4) Lelantos 3.5/1, Built on a good second at Uttoxeter in July to get off the mark for the season at Newton Abbot (26.5f, good) last month. Seen to good effect to score there but merits respect again from 3 lb higher mark. Won at Newton Abbot latest but that was a very narrow success and this looks tougher. |

|PU| (8) (7.5/1 +0%) Gamesters Girl |
7.5/1(+0%) | (8) Gamesters Girl 7.5/1, Low-mileage mare ran respectably on her return to action when third of 9 in novice hurdle at Bangor (19.6f, good) 34 days ago. This step up in trip promises to suit and she's not discounted back handicapping with tongue strap applied. 0-7 but she shaped like a stayer when third at Bangor (2m3f, good) latest; not ruled out. |

|PU| (6) (18/1 +45%) Here We Have It |
18/1(+45%) | (6) Here We Have It 18/1, Out of sorts since landing a handicap chase here in December and recent efforts over hurdles haven't provided any further encouragement, Has been in the doldrums since a chase win here in December and he has plenty to prove. |
The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.
The Fergal O'Brien team have been in good form of late, and BLUE SANS could provide them with another success. She arrives here having notched up a brace of C&D victories, the latest of which came from 4lb lower, and the in-form mare can now land her hat-trick. The veteran Pardon Me powered clear to record a comfortable win at Market Rasen last time and she merits respect, along with recent Newton Abbot scorer Lelantos.
Little separating those at the fore of this handicap, with BROOMFIELDS CAVE narrowly getting the verdict, his mark still appealing as workable on the back of his efforts since scoring over C&D. Pardon Me is in the form of her life and is also shortlisted, whilst Blue Sans and Lelantos also merit plenty of respect in a trappy contest.
Ths is the racecard key.
