![]() Bella Bluesky |
(4) 16/1(-33%) | (4) Bella Bluesky 16/1, Off 9 months, likely needed the run when eighth of 10 on C&D reappearance 23 days ago. Should strip fitter now. Will need to improve plenty on her recent C&D comeback from nine months off. |

1st (1) ![]() Market House |
1/2(+19%) | (1) Market House 1/2, Yet another to benefit from a switch to James Owen, striking at the second time of asking for his new trainer in a C&D handicap 6 days ago. Can follow up under a penalty. Another to improve for a switch to this yard; found the ideal opening under a penalty. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
2nd (3) ![]() Night Bear |
7/1(-17%) | (3) Night Bear 7/1, Turf win at Brighton last summer but has performed only respectably on AW this winter. Boasts a poor strike-rate on the AW and isn't as good now but remains consistent. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||
3rd (2) ![]() Flying Scotsman |
3/1(+25%) | (2) Flying Scotsman 3/1, C&D winner in January. 9/2, creditable 4¼ lengths fourth of 6 to Market House over C&D 6 days ago. Should get closer to that rival on the revised terms. Well held behind Market House here last Tuesday; a 5lb swing entitles him to close the gap. |

4th (5) ![]() On The Bubble |
125/1(-150%) | (5) On The Bubble 125/1, 50/1, first run since leaving Ben Haslam when tenth of 11 in handicap at this course (1m) 18 days ago. Significantly back up in trip. Offered little on his recent comeback here for new connections and goes right up in trip. |
The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.
MARKET HOUSE showed a likeable attitude when scoring over this track and trip last week and he should be tough to stop with a repeat of that effort, for all that a 5lb penalty requires more. C&D winner Flying Scotsman looks the main danger to the selection although he was fourth behind the selection last time and he has a bit to find. Night Bear looks the pick of the remainder.
MARKET HOUSE can make light of 5 lb penalty for last Tuesday's C&D win. Flying Scotsman was over 4 lengths back in fourth on that occasion but can get closer on the revised terms and give James Owen's charge most to do.
It's hard to get away from last Tuesday's C&D winner MARKET HOUSE under the penalty, with Night Bear fancied to chase him home.
