LTO Selection:

12:05 Lingfield Handicap Hurdle (Class 5) 23f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

DEAR RALPHY appeared to win with plenty in hand when opening his account at Chepstow last week and a 7lb penalty may not be enough to prevent Anthony Honeyball's gelding from securing a quick-fire double. Fellow last-time-out winner Shewearsthewellies is progressive and could give the selection most to think about, ahead of Steal My Sunshine, who looks a potential improver upped in trip.

DEAR RALPHY opened his account in cosy fashion at Chepstow last week, so is the obvious choice to follow up under a penalty. Shewearsthewellies has displayed the odd quirk or two but she's 2 from 3 in handicaps and ought to go well again, as should Steal My Sunshine.

Another thorough stamina test looks in the offing with last-time-out winners SHEWEARSTHEWELLIES and Dear Ralphy taking each other on

LTO Selection:

12:35 Lingfield Handicap Chase (Class 5) 24f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

Ramore Will was victorious on his return at this course last November and the veteran warrants consideration once again. However, a 3lb rise for his latest win in April may leave him vulnerable, while recent C&D winner Dysania has more on his plate from 3lb out of the handicap here. With that in mind, the most solid proposition is BOLINTLEA, who finished second at Worcester last month and that form has been boosted by the winner subsequently.

BOLINTLEA is one of the few here with a positive chasing profile so can build on her reappearance Worcester second and resume winning ways. Guguss Collonges rates the chief threat on the back of her good Fakenham second, with Bobalot and Ramore Will also worthy of consideration.

With some pretty dodgy claims among most of the others, RAMORE WILL has to make some appeal given what he achieved last season.

LTO Selection:

13:10 Lingfield Handicap Hurdle (Class 5) 20f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

Although WEAVER'S ANSWER was disappointing when only eighth at Exeter when last seen, the five-year-old may have found that appearance was too soon after his previous triumph at Uttoxeter and he can be given another chance. Hi Riko posted his best effort to date when runner-up on his most recent outing and is feared most, although Herakles Westwood could be interesting if his supporters return after a lacklustre effort at Ffos Las recently.

HI RIKO found only one too good despite his rider dropping her whip at Uttoxeter 12 days ago so, with Gavin Sheehan taking over, he could go one better. Embolden is a danger on the back of a solid showing at Plumpton and Weaver's Answer can't be dismissed.

There was plenty to like about HI RIKO (nap) over 2m4f last time and he is selected to go one better in what looks a weak race.

13:45 Lingfield Novices Hurdle (Class 4) 16f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

Schmilsson was well-held when third on his hurdling debut at Stratford last month but he is entitled to improve for that experience. However, preference is for PARADIAS, who is rated 94 on the Flat and if he can transfer that ability to this sphere, then he would be the one to beat. Any market support for The Good Doctor on his UK debut would also be of interest.

PARADIAS was useful on the level and has every chance of being at least as good over hurdles given the yard he's from. The Good Doctor is an interesting recruit from France, as is Loverdose back from 19 months off.

Talented Flat performer PARADIAS is a very interesting recruit to hurdling and is taken to make a winning debut in this code.

LTO Selection:

14:20 Lingfield Handicap Chase (Class 4) 20f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

Heva Rose is likely to have her supporters after justify favouritism by just over four lengths at Lingfield last time and she is likely to be hard to keep out of contention. However, the vote goes to PASSING WELL, who ran with credit when second in a higher grade at Ascot earlier in the month. The son of Coastal Path can regain the winning thread at this easier level. Of the remainder, Thor De Cerisy makes the most appeal.

HEVA ROSE left her hurdles exploits for her present yard in her wake as she impressively made a winning return to action in a C&D handicap 9 days ago and she holds serious claims of following up under a penalty. Likely improver Passing Well may well emerge as the chief threat.

The mare HEVA ROSE returned with a ready win over C&D last Tuesday on her first British chase start and should take plenty of beating.

LTO Selection:

14:55 Lingfield Maiden Hurdle (Class 4) 20f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

COCO MADEMOISELLE filled the runner-up spot on her hurdling debut at Stratford when shaping as if she would benefit from the outing. Dan Skelton's mare is unlikely to be inconvenienced by a drop in trip and she can be expected to go one better. Sweet Honey B went close to making a winning Rules debut in an Aintree bumper last month and she has to enter calculations. Melusine De Pail and Quite The Getaway are others capable of being in the mix.

Cases can be made for a few of these but having found just one too strong on her recent hurdling debut, COCO MADEMOISELLE is fancied to go a place better at the expense of Melusine de Pail, who also shaped encouragingly when third at Ludlow last month and looks sure to improve on that initial effort. The progressive Phone Home and hurdling debutante Bluella Bresil can do battle for third.

This field contains plenty of candidates with notable promise, including MELUSINE DE PAIL, Sweet Honey B and Coco Mademoiselle.

LTO Selection:

15:30 Lingfield Handicap Chase (Class 5) 16f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

TEMPLIER made a winning return to action at Fakenham last week and the 10-year-old, who also won twice in March, makes plenty of appeal once again, despite shouldering a 7lb penalty. Calidad was fancied to give a decent account when falling on the same card as the selection and Lawney Hill's gelding is entitled to leave that effort behind, while Robins Field appeals most of the remainder.

IMPERIAL HOPE made little impact in 3 handicap chases for Oliver Sherwood but this 7-y-o showed plenty of ability at the start of his career and appeals as one who could get back on track for his new yard, with confidence in his chance increased should the betting vibes be strong. Icare Grandchamp was a lot better than the result at Plumpton and is a potentially dangerous opponent now chasing. Robins Field could strip fitter with a recent outing under his belt and also merits respect.

Bradley Roberts is good value for his 5lb claim and his mount TEMPLIER can defy a 7lb penalty and follow up his recent win at Fakenham.
