11/1(-10%) | (4) Cathedral Peak 11/1, Probably needed race down the field in a handicap over 8f at Doncaster most recent; trainer in form; first race on AW; didn't seem to stay only try at trip; lot to do No impact on stable debut last month; down 3lb and this less demanding; still low mileage. |

6th (7) ![]() Visibility |
5/1(+33%) | (7) Visibility 5/1, Did not get a clear run beaten 2l off 59 over 8f at Pontefract last time; up in trip a positive; mostly campaigned on Tapeta but handles Polytrack; serious threat back up to this trip Yet to win on Polytrack but he comes here in good form and has run well over C&D before. |

66/1(-313%) | (6) Roi De Baviere 66/1, Pulled up in a handicap hurdle over 2m2f at Fontwell latest, ran in France on the Flat prior to spell over jumps; first race on AW; trip suits; chance on pick of French form Modest maiden hurdler for this yard; 0-11 on the Flat in France; not easy to assess. |

|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
11th (12) ![]() Star Of Sussex |
66/1(-65%) | (12) Star Of Sussex 66/1, Slowly away beaten 6 1/2l in a handicap over CD last time; generally out of form; off a short-break; no sign of finding level off rapidly sliding mark, lot to prove Exposed 15-race maiden; hard to fancy on this year's evidence. |
The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.
Now that DUBAI IMMO has regained the winning thread after a taking performance at Chelmsford last time out, the six-year-old could have more improvement forthcoming off a 4lb higher mark. A capable sort on his day, Visibility can follow the selection home, along with Palazzo Persico, who has dropped back to his last winning mark. Beauld As Brass and Crafter are entitled to be thereabouts as well.
There were mitigating circumstances for CRAFTER's disappointing run here last time and he can bounce back to form.

66/1(+0%) | (6) Desert Charm 66/1, 6,500gns Harry Angel filly; half-sister to Whispered Kiss, very useful at 7f; dam smart at 10f; big ask Half-sister to five winners out of 1m-1m2f winner; yard not renowned for debutante winners. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
8th (5) ![]() A Bit Iffy |
125/1(-25%) | (5) A Bit Iffy 125/1, Well beaten in a novice at Newmarket only start; returning from a layoff; needs to improve Well-beaten 125-1 shot on sole 2yo run at Newmarket; this is easier but still best watched. |
The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.
Not beaten far at Brighton on her first run for the James Owen team, CABLES QUEEN is likely to relish going back up to 7f and she can get off the mark at the third time of asking. A 7lb penalty for scoring at this venue recently will make life tougher for Annsar, while In A Hurry has strong claims if building on a creditable debut second at Newcastle last June.
Cables Queen should go well back at 7f but GREY PHOENIX could be the answer now hooded for the first time.

12/1(-100%) | (6) Innisfree Pearl 12/1, Landed a handicap by a neck off 49 at Brighton last time; trainer in form; not proven on AW; returning from layoff; going right way but may need the run Improved for handicaps/tongue-tie last year; still low mileage & returns on feasible mark. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
7th (5) ![]() Raqisa |
16/1(-14%) | (5) Raqisa 16/1, Made too much use of beaten 6l in a handicap over 10f at Chelmsford last time dropped back to 10f; generally out of form; up in trip, should stay; bit to find Two turf wins in her youth; lightly raced in recent seasons; enough to prove for now. |
The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.
A creditable second over 2m at Kempton last time out, NAASMA should be suited by dropping back in trip and she is just 2lb above her last winning mark. That may be enough to see off the consistent Cerulean Summer, who has been placed on six of her last seven outings. A determined winner at Brighton last September, Innisfree Pearl can have a say off 2lb higher on her return.
Naasma and GOLDEN DOVE (nap) look the two to focus on and the latter can build on her promising recent stable debut.

2nd (5) ![]() Al Wasl Storm |
17/2(-55%) | (5) Al Wasl Storm 17/2, Well beaten in a maiden over 11f at Newbury only start; top course jockey; up in trip, should suit better; open to marked improvement, player Dropped away late when last of seven at Newbury 11 days ago (1m3f, good); can do better. |

|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
4th (9) ![]() Hatysa |
7/2(+13%) | (9) Hatysa 7/2, Well beaten in a novice over 8f at Newbury only start; top course trainer; up in trip, probably suit better; may need the run but likely much better to come, chance if wound up Well beaten on heavy ground in one 2yo run; better expected here for in-form stable. |

5th (10) ![]() Simply Ruby |
12/1(-41%) | (10) Simply Ruby 12/1, Cracksman filly; half-sister to The Gadget Man, very useful at 14f; dam smart at 12f; trainer in form; could contend on debut Half-sister to a winning stayer out of a useful middle-distance winner; check the betting. |

6th (1) ![]() Dalton Park |
12/1(+14%) | (1) Dalton Park 12/1, Raced freely comfortably held in a maiden over 8f at Kempton last time having done better over furter on debut; up in trip, should stay; value selection based on balance of form Debut effort (1m3f) not too bad but no progress dropped to 1m latest; handicaps beckon. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
7th (2) ![]() Huxley |
66/1(-65%) | (2) Huxley 66/1, Well beaten in a handicap here latest in September; generally out of form prior to layoff; visor first time; not proven trip; outside chance Big chance on Irish form but hard to recommend on last year's efforts for this yard. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
8th (4) ![]() Izakaya |
250/1(-150%) | (4) Izakaya 250/1, Comfortably held in a Mares bumper over 2m at Uttoxeter last time; back in trip; plenty more needed for Flat debut Good German pedigree but not easy to fancy judged on her two bumper efforts. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
9th (3) ![]() Mapogo |
300/1(-140%) | (3) Mapogo 300/1, Appeared not to stay down the field in a handicap over 1m5f at Chelmsford most recent; down in trip, a plus; off a short-break; all to do 17-race maiden with a BHA rating of 46; shouldn't be good enough. |
The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.
GHAIYYA returned to the fray with a solid effort over 1m2f at Newcastle. She rallied gamely in the closing stages to snatch second place and this step up in distance looks in her favour. Hatysa is bred for middle-distances and will likely improve for this longer trip, while Rogue Impact debuts for James Owen and is another to note. Houndsworth finished third at Kempton recently, but has plenty to find with the selection on these terms.
Derby entrant Rogue Impact can leave his 2yo run well behind over this new trip and is preferred to Hatysa and Simply Ruby.

40/1(-150%) | (5) Watkins 40/1, Ran to form beaten 4l off 55 at Wolverhampton last time; has struggled to make impact since handicapping, bit to find yet Unplaced in all nine starts and he has the widest stall to overcome; hood returns today. |

10/1(+0%) | (6) Kameko Spirit 10/1, Appeared not to stay beaten 8l in a handicap over 6f at Bath last time; in good form prior; down in trip, a plus; contender Return to AW in her favour but she might find one or two finishing off stronger. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
7th (7) ![]() Sunny Time |
17/2(-89%) | (7) Sunny Time 17/2, Appeared not to stay beaten 6l in a handicap over 6f here last time; down in trip a help; CD winner; better expected back at 5f, could figure C&D win in January but he hasn't kicked on since; goes without headgear this time. |
The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.
Not for the first time, STARTLING failed to stay 6f at Newcastle last time. However, the daughter of Zoustar recorded all three of last year's victories over the minimum trip and she gets another chance, having also returned to a winning mark. She Went Whoosh posted one of her better efforts at Catterick a fortnight ago and could be in the mix, while Kameko Spirit returns to the all-weather with a shout.
Spring and She Went Whoosh are high on the list but STARTLING is back to a winning mark and can score for the fourth time.

9th (7) ![]() Eloso |
40/1(-100%) | (7) Eloso 40/1, Weak in the market beaten 8 1/4l in a handicap over 10f at Brighton last time; returning from long layoff; regressive and not found level again, bit to prove back at 1m Down in the weights but off for ten months and not a solid proposition. |
The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.
Raqraaq recorded his second C&D victory when scoring by a neck in January and should mount a bold bid off just 2lb higher. However, DAISY ROOTS made a pleasing start for the Jim Boyle stable when finishing second and four lengths clear of the third over track trip at the start of the month. With a similar performance, she could prove hard to beat. Newfangled completes the shortilst.
Newfangled and RAQRAAQ bring solid form into the contest and can fight out the finish. The selection still looks nicely treated.

12/1(+25%) | (6) Okami 12/1, Probably needed race beaten 3 1/4l off 59 here last time; top course jockey; probably best at 7f; regressive; lot to do Generally struggled for this yard; down in the weights but others are more appealing. |

8th (2) ![]() Prince Of Bel Lir |
8/1(+20%) | (2) Prince Of Bel Lir 8/1, Below par beaten 6l in a handicap at Newcastle last time; generally out of form; not out of it on pick of 2025 form but bit to prove after three below par efforts Won a Class 5 off this mark in January; has a point to prove after three poor runs though. |

9th (4) ![]() Knockout Blow |
16/1(+0%) | (4) Knockout Blow 16/1, Well backed when landing a handicap by a length off 59 last time to bag a CD double; absent for very lengthy period (last seen in June 2023); bang there if fit after long layoff Chasing a C&D hat-trick but he's been off the track for 674 days; enough to prove. |
The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.
Knockout Blow was last seen completing a double over C&D in June 2023 and is an interesting contender on his first start for the Stephanie Cassidy yard, but it may be best to side with PHOENIX MOON. The four-year-old signed off her 2024 campaign with a comfortable C&D success and returns off only 4lb higher. Provided Denis Coakley's filly is ready to go, she will prove tough to beat. Big Bard isn't ruled out either.
Market confidence behind the reappearing Phoenix Moon would be signifcant but UNAVAILABLE might take some pegging back from stall 2.
Ths is the racecard key.
