16:35 Killarney Handicap 8f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

YAMAL may be worth siding with here on his handicap debut. The Dark Angel had two good runs on his first couple of outings in strong maidens and although it was a slightly disappointing effort last time at Leopardstown he was far from disgraced when sixth behind Green Impact. Judged on his first two runs he could be nicely treated off 80. King Thistle ran better than his finishing position suggests when mid-division on his handicap debut at Galway, having had to overcome traffic problems. He could give young Patrick McGettigan a good spin here. Shocker wasn't beaten far when fourth in a Bellewstown maiden last time and is another for the shortlist.

YAMAL's opening mark could be judged as lenient given how his debut performance worked out and having been gelded, he's fancied to get back on track. The Marty Party is expected to show more this time, the Sunriseontheboyne another to note up in trip.

For last year's winning trainer, THE MARTY PARTY has looked a handicap project and they'll be disappointed if he can't go close off 62

17:10 Killarney Stakes 8f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

IL PELLEGRINO may be capable of a bit better on his second outing in handicap company. The No Nay Never colt reportedly got upset in the stalls before finishing fifth at Leopardstown last month. He had beaten one of today's rivals, Monasterboice, in a Limerick maiden previously and that rival has won twice since. Il Pellegrino gets weight from Noel Meade's runner now. Monasterboice won his maiden over course and distance and should be a big player again. Top-weight Democracy is tried in cheekpieces now and is another to add to the shortlist, as he has been knocking on the door recently.

Galway winner MONASTERBOICE has been a different proposition since front-running tactics have been employed and is taken to go in again. Aidan O'Brien's Democracy is feared most ahead of Jack Davison's Artful Approach, another who was in good form at the Galway Festival.

Having beaten dual subsequent winner Monasterboice in a Limerick maiden, IL PELLEGRINO may bounce back from a Leopardstown lapse

17:42 Killarney Listed 8f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

ONE LOOK ran much better last time when chasing home Wingspan at Gowran Park and can strike at this level now. The Gleneagles filly looked like a star in the making when taking the Goffs Million in stunning style on her debut last year. It hasn't quite worked out this term but she finished off strongly in Listed company last time and can get back in the winner's enclosure now. French import Oujda is an interesting contender for Johnny Murtagh. The Sioux Nation filly won four times in her native land and was placed at this level. Joseph O'Brien saddles three and it's interesting that Dylan Browne McMonagle sides with Without Words.

ONE LOOK holds the edge on form so is fancied to go one better than when a good second at Gowran in similar company last time out. Oujda also has the form to play a big part now starting out with Johnny Murtagh, while Curvature and Mexicali Rose also need factoring into this open listed event.

Last year's impressive Goffs Million winner ONE LOOK got her career back on track with last week's Gowran second and may go one better

18:12 Killarney Handicap 8f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

CAMPARI SODA is tried with a visor now and there looks to be a race in her off this kind of mark. She got a little bump when staying on at Cork last time and makes just her second handicap start now having been eased a couple of pounds for that performance. Rock Etoile is only a couple of pounds higher than when winning at Dundalk eight days ago and is a previous course and distance winner. He could run well for Sam Coen on his first racecourse outing. Skontonovski ran a solid race when third at Leopardstown last time and could reach the frame again.

CHURCH MOUNTAIN shaped quite well in a Naas race last time that looks solid form so he might prove the answer to the first division of this 1m handicap. Skontonovski has remained in form since his Fairyhouse win in July and is second choice ahead of former C&D scorer Chimeric.

Runner-up in a heat of this race last year and also a C&D winner, ROCK ETOILE can get young Sam Coen off to the best possible start

18:42 Killarney Handicap 8f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

SPECKLED MEADOW has been knocking on the door and may be able to bag another win here. The Footstepsinthesand mare chased home Clear Quartz in a competitive contest at Galway on her last outing and off just a pound higher mark she is capable of winning a race of this standard. Ger O'Leary has his string in fine form and Bear Profit has to be respected under top-weight. The Profitable gelding won at Leopardstown in June and has run a couple of solid races since. Purring Along was well backed when third behind easy winner Selective Power at Naas last time and she's another to consider.

Given her pedigree and connections, BLUE POPPY surely has a bigger effort in her and now she goes handicapping with headgear on, a leap forward may well be forthcoming. Speckled Meadow is the solid option, with Asisaid also of some interest.

Runner-up at the Galway festival, SPECKLED MEADOW can add to the win achieved early in the season at Leopardstown.

19:12 Killarney Handicap 14f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

MAN O WORK is interesting here on his first start in handicap company on the Flat. The Workforce gelding didn't run too badly when staying on in a competitive contest over timber at Galway on his last outing and had run well in a Tipperary maiden on the level back in May. He doesn't look badly treated off a mark of 79 now. Lot of Joy weakened tamely enough when favourite for the big amateur handicap at Galway but had run really well at the Curragh previously and has to be respected. The admirable Taipan won well on his return at Ballybrit but may be vulnerable to a better handicapped rival.

TAIPAN resumed in style from a long absence when going in at Galway and looks the way to go returned to handicap company here. La Dame Blanche could emerge as the main danger in her bid for a third win win of 2024 ahead of handicap debutant Man O Work.

Having been gelded since disappointing on h'cap debut at Galway, a chance is taken with CRUDEN who has always been held in high regard

19:44 Killarney Handicap 14f  Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

CHUTZPAL was an easy winner over course and distance last month and can follow up despite a 12lb hike for that victory. The Markaz gelding was making his second outing for Henry de Bromhead then and there may be more to come. Robin Donaghue-Leahy claims 7lb off him now to offset some of that rise. Stariam has been knocking on the door in maiden company and looks on a fair mark now in handicaps. She should run a big race again. Jabbar has been in good form and looks another for the shortlist, hailing from the in-form Ger O'Leary yard.

This is wide open but ELSA'S PRIDE rates just the pick of these weights so is fancied to bag a first win of the season at the chief expense of Empress Alma, who wasn't seen to best effect when fifth at Galway last time. In-form trio Polemon, Stariam and Say It So also need factoring into this competitive handicap.

Having come home well over 1m5f last time in a race that is working out well, JABBAR should get the trip and might have another in him

20:14 Killarney Stakes 17f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

COMO PARK comes here in winning form and that looks a big plus. The Camelot gelding battled to get up close home at Bellewstown early last month after some solid runs over hurdles. It remains to be seen if he's up to his old Flat mark of 90 but this looks like a nice opportunity. Seddon ran well in this last year, when fourth to Almuhit, but was pulled up when last seen over fences in Kilbeggan. Brogue hasn't been seen since last October but had some solid handicap form last year and has to be respected despite having to give weight to his rivals.

COMO PARK was useful on the Flat prior to going jumping and, fit from a Bellewstown hurdle win last month, is taken to make a successful return to the level. Dermot Weld's Brogue is the likely danger.

Fit from hurdling, a discipline at which he's improving, COMO PARK is well in at the weights in relation to sole danger Brogue
