13:45 Kempton Stakes (Class 4) 5f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

Richard Hannon is long established in this type of contest and it can pay to side with his Coulsty colt MAJESTIC HEIGHTS, whose sire and high-class dam both struck first time out. Related to winners over a mile and beyond, Pont Neuf may find this a bit sharp on debut but must be considered along with Kimmico, who is the first progeny of 2000 Guineas winner Kameko to hit the track.

A small field of newcomers, and the market should offer extra clues, but MAJESTIC HEIGHTS is bred to be precocious and speedy, so he gets the nod, ahead of Do It Now and Kimmico.

The strongest credentials belong to DO IT NOW, ahead of Majestic Heights. The market signals should help to complete the picture.

14:20 Kempton Stakes (Class 5) 10f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

MUSICAL DANCER showed marked improvement from his first to his second start when scoring comfortably over a mile here. Gelded since, the son of Dubawi looks ready to go up in trip and he gets the vote ahead of Educate, who rallied late to strike on debut at Southwell. A promising fifth on his first start here in January, Ghostlore is capable of being in the shake-up, and the selection's stable companion Inner Wisdom is worth a second glance on his introduction.

MUSICAL DANCER improved markedly to win second-time up here 47 days ago and is bred to be well above average. Ghostlore shaped well on debut and is another bred for better. Palace Green has form in the book, but is a bit more exposed.

AW winners Educate and Musical Dancer concede 7lb to the rest and that may leave them them vulnerable to PALACE GREEN.

14:55 Kempton Listed (Class 1) 10f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 1 race.

This looks like a good opportunity for the classy DUBAI HONOUR, who is running outside Group 1 company for the first time since chasing Mostahdaf home here in September 2022. The booking of Ryan Moore catches the eye and the 3lb he receives from Lion's Pride, who was a comfortable winner here over further back in November, could prove decisive. Not in action since tailing off in the Dante last May and gelded in the interim, Flying Honours remains with potential judging by his fine two-year-old form.

After only 5 starts it'll be a surprise if LION'S PRIDE has reached his limit so he's taken to prove too strong for the more-established Dubai Honour in a strong renewal of this listed prize.

Floodlit Stakes winner LION'S PRIDE is taken to defy a 3lb penalty. Class-dropper Dubai Honour is feared most.

15:30 Kempton Handicap (Class 4) 11f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

Andrew Balding has his string in fine fettle at present and it would be no surprise if CELLO stepped forward from his return at Southwell in February. That was his first appearance for 13 months, having landed a novice event here in January 2023, and he remains unexposed on just his fifth career start. Isle Of Sark has been knocking on the door and commands the utmost respect. Liseo, who is 1lb higher than his last winning mark, appeals most of the remainder.

ISLE OF SARK seemingly needs everything to fall right but he was a pretty big eye-catcher when third held up in a steadily-run race at Southwell 12 days ago and he looks ready to strike. Cello probably needed the run on his return to action and he seems sure to leave that effort behind, with Fast Steps another to consider on reappearance.

This looks a good opportunity for ISLE OF SARK (nap) if he can maintain the form he showed on his three runs in 16 days in March.

16:05 Kempton Handicap (Class 4) 6f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

THE THAMES BOATMAN arrives in fine fettle having won two of his last three starts, both at Lingfield, and the Richard Hughes-trained four-year-old has plenty in his favour, with connections opting to use Ethan Jones' 7lb claim. Brazen Idol cannot be written off just yet having lost all chance at the start at Doncaster's Lincoln meeting, while others for the shortlist include Radio Goo Goo and Al Barez.

AL BAREZ shaped well at Wolverhampton last time and could be the way to go. The Thames Boatman continues to shine on the AW and is a big player. Orbital Chime is also in the box on his return.

Brazen Idol's run last week can be safely ignored but he might find AL BAREZ too strong this time.

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 3 race.

VULTAR arrives here on the back of two victories at this venue and a 5lb rise for the most recent of those wins may not be enough to stop him from making it a hat-trick. Farasi Lane was only a short-head behind the selection last time and is an obvious threat once again, while Rainbow Fire and Bluelight Bay are others who make the shortlist.

VULTAR and Farasi Lane pulled clear of the rest when a close first and second over C&D last month and can dominate again, with the former taken to confirm the placings despite a 1 lb swing. Dragon Icon didn't have things go his way at Lingfield last time and looks best of the others.

James Horton's first two runners from his new Newmarket base have run really well and BALTIMORE BOY can make a winning stable debut.

(2) Dembe 15/8, Course winner. 9/1, sixth of 9 in handicap at Lingfield (10f, AW) 31 days ago, left poorly placed. First run for yard after leaving Brett Johnson and could have a part to play off this reduced mark if the change of scenery has a positive effect.
Possibilities off current mark, provided the cards drop right; debut for new yard.

(13) Otago 80/1, Cheekpieces on for 1st time, didn't need to improve to win 9-runner handicap at Brighton (7f, heavy, 9/2) in October, suited by emphasis on stamina. Remains in a good mark up 2 lb and while stall 14 isn't ideal, he's in with a chance.
Far from certain to follow up his 7f Brighton win; 0-4 on AW and 0-10 at about 1m.

17:15 Kempton Handicap (Class 5) 8f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

Green Power merits the utmost respect in his bid for a hat-trick, but marginal preference is for INTERCESSOR. The seven-year-old caught the eye when second to a rapidly-improving opponent on his debut for these connections at Lingfield 10 days ago and he could be hard to stop with the benefit of that outing. Embarked edges out Buy The Dip and Otago to be best of the rest.

Several to consider in this open-looking handicap and a chance is taken on CHARENCEY, who has edged back down to the mark off which he opened his account at Newcastle towards the end of last year. The 4-y-o wasn't beaten far upped to this trip for the first time in a Class 3 C&D contest in February and the booking of Jim Crowley is an obvious plus. The hat-trick seeking Green Power looks a big threat, while Dream Pirate is also high on the list, along with Intercessor and Otago.

The most appealing contenders are INTERCESSOR and Green Power, who both tie in with Good Friday winner Cephalus.
