17:30 Hamilton Handicap (Class 6) 5f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

Sixcor finished a creditable third at Ayr earlier this month and he ought to hold every chance off an unchanged mark, but a chance is taken on stablemate MEWS HOUSE. The seven-year-old hasn't shown much on the all-weather recently, but he has been more effective on turf in the past and has dropped to 10lb below his last winning mark, which came over C&D last year. Captain Corcoran hit the woodwork at Catterick last month and he is unlikely to be far away.

SIXCOR is back on a winning mark and his recent third at Ayr suggests he may be ready to strike again. Captain Corcoran was back on song when runner-up at Catterick last month and is feared most ahead of Jim Goldie's Doon The Glen.

Liam Bailey's PROTEST RALLY shaped as if on the way back to form at Newcastle, so is the tentative suggestion over Doon The Glen.

18:05 Hamilton Maiden (Class 4) 5f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

Havana Grey's offspring are typically blessed with speed and, given that GOBSMACKED makes plenty of appeal on pedigree, it would come as no surprise were he to make an immediate impact. Kiss Me My Love's future might lay over further, but she will be suited by the stiff finish and must enter calculations along with Up The Clarets, who boasts a similar profile. Iwo Jima, the only one of these with previous experience, is not without a chance either.

Four-fifths newcomers and tricky stuff, but GOBSMACKED appeals as much as any before market clues. Up The Clarets and Kiss Me My Love are other interesting newcomers to consider.

Little form to go on but Kevin Ryan took this 12 months ago and he is taken to repeat the feat with his Havana Grey newcomer GOBSMACKED

18:40 Hamilton Handicap (Class 4) 6f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

CATHERINE CHROI has found significant improvement since joining the Iain Jardine stable, winning five of her seven starts and going up a total of 32lb in the handicap since March. The Camacho mare must shoulder a 10lb penalty but may not have reached the ceiling of her ability yet and gets the vote once again. Quintus Arrius finished a creditable fourth in a stronger race last month and makes obvious appeal, while Iris Dancer could prove to be the pick of the remainder.

CATHERINE CHROI recorded a fifth win from her last 6 starts at Leicester last Saturday and Iain Jardine's mare looks to have been well placed again to bag another victory. She can get the better of Iris Dancer, who looks to be coming to the boil based on her Ayr effort last month, while Quintus Arrius, whose return was far more encouraging than 2 starts for this stable last year, rounds off the shortlist.

A few with chances but multiple C&D scorer IRIS DANCER looks primed for a bold showing and she can repeat her 2022 win in this contest

19:15 Hamilton Handicap (Class 3) 12f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 3 race.

Punters will need to be in a forgiving mood to side with GEREMIA, but it might pay to do so. He showed flashes of smart form during his time with Jim Goldie, and was the subject of significant overnight market support when finishing sixth on his stable debut in a Newmarket handicap earlier this month. Eased 1lb and pitched into calmer waters, this could be the time to catch him. Last-time-out winner Capital Theory warrants serious consideration, but the combination of the drop back in trip and 5lb penalty asks a question of him, while the unexposed Navarre Express is also noteworthy.

GET SHIRTY made a creditable return from 7 months off when fifth at Ripon 20 days ago and, having dropped to 12 lb below his last winning mark, he is taken to land a second victory in this race. Capital Theory won in good style here on his latest outing and is feared most under a penalty, while Faylaq can give his running once more.

An open handicap but Charlie Johnston's CAPITAL THEORY looked better than ever when going in here last time so can defy a 5lb penalty

19:50 Hamilton Handicap (Class 6) 8f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

KRISTAL KLEAR bounced back to form on her debut for this stable when going down narrowly in second over a mile at Newcastle last month. Off a 2lb higher mark, another bold showing is likely. We Still Believe was unlucky not to finish closer to the eventual winner after being denied a clear run at a crucial stage over 1m2f at Newcastle most recently, and he heads the list of dangers from Majestic Newlaw.

WE STILL BELIEVE and Clotherholme both encountered traffic problems on their latest starts and, granted better luck this time, they could come to the fore in this open-looking handicap. Preference is for the former, who could benefit from this drop back in trip, particularly if there's a strong pace to aim at. Kristal Klear and the selection's stablemate Shahnaz are others with claims.

Iain Jardine's new recruit MAJESTIC NEWLAW (nap) comes here after a good Ayr second and is taken to build on that and go one better.

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

A 1lb drop in the ratings for PERSIAN PHOENIX's respectable third-placed finish at Windsor latest could prove to be lenient. Charlie Johnston's filly could relish this greater emphasis on stamina and a first turf victory could be on the cards. The unexposed Lia Rose is another who should appreciate this rise in distance and she's feared most, ahead of Redondo, who arrives in good heart from the all-weather.

LIA ROSE left the impression a stiffer test of stamina would suit when third on handicap debut at Yarmouth last month and can open her account. Persian Phoenix and Redondo look the likeliest dangers.

Charlie Johnston's PERSIAN PHOENIX ran well at Windsor, and could be poised to bloom over this new trip. Lia Rose is next best.

21:00 Hamilton Handicap (Class 6) 6f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

Track winner Ski Angel must enter calculations on the back of her recent victory at Ayr, but the combination of a 5lb rise in the ratings and the step up to 6f could prove to be the four-year-old's undoing. With that in mind, C&D winner GLOBAL HUMOR makes most appeal. Although a quick turnaround didn't work out for Jim Goldie's charge when only fifth at Ayr earlier this month, a reproduction of his penultimate runner-up effort may prove sufficient. Bernie The Bear is also worth a second look.

The one with the most solid credentials is SKI ANGEL, who looked better than ever when scoring over the minimum trip at Ayr recently and she was successful here on her sole previous visit in September. The return to this trip shouldn't overly inconvenience her. Bernie The Bear is pretty consistent and he is the clear main danger ahead of the unreliable but capable 9-y-o Global Humor.

Although there is a slight question mark regarding the trip, the suggestion is Mike Smith's improving filly SKI ANGEL.
