15:25 Fairyhouse Claimer 7f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

MOONHALL CHURCH steps up to seven furlongs for the first time and has the champion jockey on board. She has run creditably in all three starts and was on a slower part of the track when a couple of places behind Kurrawa at Navan earlier in the month. She may be able to turn around the form with that rival who showed much improved form when staying on well for third place on the favoured stands' side after being off the bridle from an early stage. The daughter of Tamayuz should be suited by a return to this trip. Kitty Bear finished well when placed in a nursery over this distance at Down Royal and is another to consider.

Not as competitive as the numbers suggest and KITTY BEAR is taken to build on her good Down Royal third and get off the mark Dundalk debut fourth Muine Mor is next on the list ahead of Moonhall Church and Sassy Sox.

Based on an improved display on her third start KURRAWA looks good enough to win a race of this nature.

17:10 Fairyhouse Handicap 7f  Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

NELDA was a promising type for Jessica Harrington and made short work of inferior rivals when fitted with cheekpieces on stable debut at Killarney in July. Paddy Twomey has given her plenty of time and the daughter of Dark Angel could be on a nice mark for this handicap debut. Nightcliff, a Curragh maiden winner at two, had respectable form at stakes level last year and should have come on from her stable debut at Tipperary which was her first run in over a year. She is another entering handicap company for the first time. Vivienda is fitted with blinkers after narrowly defeating C&D maiden winner Four Blondes at Gowran and the latter is preferred in their rematch.

A group to view positively on the whole with BELLAPHINA just about the most persuasive option having shaped well from her handy mark at Roscommon 3 weeks ago. Four Blondes and Byzantine Express are just a couple of potential threats.

The well-related NELDA got off the mark when slamming weak opposition on her stable debut and is potentially well handicapped.

17:45 Fairyhouse Listed 6f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

It's possible that nursery winner RUDI'S APPLE may be slightly flattered by his three-figure mark but his Group 3 third at the Curragh behind improving sprinter Ides Of March is good form in the context of this Listed heat. That came on fast ground and the son of No Nay Never should take a bit of beating with underfoot conditions likely to be similar. Itsatenfromlen beat a subsequent Listed winner when scoring for the second time at Chantilly and is fitted with a tongue-tie after an absence of three months. Easy Mover and Vingegaard both made the running when finishing fourth at stakes level last time and the former may be suited by cutting back to this trip from 7f.

DUDI'S APPLE's decisive nursery win is just about the best form on offer and having found the going tough in Group company twice since, is selected to make the most of a slight ease back on class. Easy Mover and Revel Diamond are the main threats on achievement so far, but there are some potential big improvers lurking, notably One Smack Mac.

The experience gained at a higher level than this may help RUDI'S APPLE to account for One Smack Mac and Itsatenfromlen

18:15 Fairyhouse Handicap 6f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

The Emmet Mullins-trained RED CHARLIE is a somewhat speculative suggestion on handicap debut. Having raced too free on his first couple of runs, the War Of Will gelding was held up in order to help him settle at the Curragh last time. With that objective achieved, he could be a different proposition back over 6f here. Curragh nursery winner King Thistle is 7lb higher now but travelled nicely throughout that latter race so might have a little more to offer even off this revised mark. South Shore Island, who was sent off favourite on his racecourse debut over course and distance back in June, could be capable of better in first-time cheekpieces. James Ryan takes a valuable 3lb off the Michael O'Callaghan-trained colt.

SOUTH SHORE ISLAND stuck to his task in pleasing fashion when third at the Curragh a month ago and he may well have a nursery such as this within his compass. King Thistle must concede plenty of weight all round but he did it nicely last time, with Zambales another to consider if allowed to take his chance.

Preference is for SOUTH SHORE ISLAND. His yard is hitting form, he shaped well on handicap debut and cheekpieces could eke out more.

18:45 Fairyhouse Handicap 6f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

Back in the bottom grade for the first time since winning over course and distance in May, the Michael Grassick-trained AMANIRENAS can register a sixth career success. Having raced over a mile on her latest two starts, the five-year-old should appreciate returning to sprinting. The cheekpieces which were left off on her most recent outing have also been reapplied here. Gegenpressing, who suffered a nightmare passage when fourth behind the selection here in May, should also be better over 6f having raced over the minimum trip in recent outings. Blue Wood is interesting with champion jockey Colin Keane a significant booking and he could go well if turned out quickly following his Gowran Park second on Saturday.

A chance is taken on BLANC DE NOIR, who hasn't threated of late but he's plummeted down the weights (now 13 lb below the mark off which he was a close fifth in a big-field handicap at the Curragh in June) and this drop back in trip looks a good move. I'm Spartacus was starting to knock on the door prior to a low-key effort tried in a visor last time (headgear swiftly dispensed with) and he is second choice ahead of Hero of The Hour and Jazzy Dancer.

A speculative vote goes to JACKIE BROWN, a C&D winner for Tony Martin last year and now running off 7lb lower for a good 3lb claimer
