(3) Fabuleux Du Clos 11/4, Lightly-raced 8-y-o who made a winning handicap debut in a first-time tongue strap at Newcastle (20.3f) in March. Made little impression following a breathing operation at Perth (23.9f) in July and still looked one with problems after another 3 months off at Hexham. Cheekpieces on for 1st time.
Won on handicap debut at Newcastle in March but hasn't shone on his two runs since.

Exploited lower hurdle mark over C&D a fortnight ago & remains well treated on chase form.

(1) Butler's Brief 11/4, Got back on the scoreboard at Kelso in November, finding plenty under pressure. Not in same form at Bangor subsequently but should be suited by this small-field scenario.
Below par at Bangor a fortnight ago but won at Kelso two starts ago and could bounce back.
LTO Selection:

11:55 Doncaster Handicap Hurdle (Class 3) 24f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 3 race.

A comfortable winner over C&D on his return to hurdles earlier in the month, JAYTEE should have plenty more improvement forthcoming and a 5lb rise could underestimate him. The eight-year-old remains 2lb below his chase mark and, with conditions in his favour, he can get the better of Butler's Brief, who has strong claims on his penultimate success at Kelso. Fabuleux Du Clos may improve for the application of cheekpieces.

JAYTEE capitalised on a lower hurdles mark over C&D 2 weeks ago and gets the nod to follow up in another decidedly weak affair. Butler's Brief is preferred to Fabuleux du Clos for the forecast.

Recent C&D winner JAYTEE remains well treated on this year's best chase form and can follow up. Butler's Brief is feared most.

LTO Selection:

12:30 Doncaster Maiden Hurdle (Class 4) 17f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

THERAPIST was slightly disappointing when sent off favourite for her hurdling debut at Newbury recently but that experience won't have been lost on her. The daughter of Le Havre can gain compensation for her in-form connections, with Love True looking best placed to chase her home having shown up well on the level in France this year. Brora Breeze is another Flat recruit to note on her first start for the Rebecca Menzies stable.

It might be worth siding with THERAPIST to step up on her opening hurdle effort at Newbury. Ezmerellda wasn't disgraced in a listed race there on her hurdle debut and is second choice. Love True and Brora Breeze are likely types among the hurdle newcomers.

The Alan King-trained EZMERELLDA was an encouraging fifth in a Listed race at Newbury on her hurdle debut and earns the vote.

LTO Selection:

13:05 Doncaster Handicap Chase (Class 3) 16f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 3 race.

ONEMOREFORTHEROAD made a favourable impression on his chase debut over C&D last time and a 7lb rise looks manageable for an eight-year-old that has run off much higher marks over hurdles in the past. Chanceux did it well at Hereford latest and he must be a key player, along with Ukantango, who improved significantly from first to second start over fences when runner-up at Wetherby last month.

ONEMOREFORTHEROAD got off to a flying start over fences when a C&D scorer earlier in the month and can make light of a 7 lb rise in the weights with more to come now. Richhill also has better days ahead of him in this sphere so should ensure Neil King's 8-y-o doesn't have things all his own way. Ukantango and Parisiencore need factoring into this competitive handicap too.

Things clicked again in a big way for ONEMOREFORTHEROAD (nap) on his chase debut over C&D and he can follow up that comfortable win.

13:40 Doncaster Conditions Chase (Class 1) 20f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 1 race.

ZAMBELLA won this race in 2021 and 2022, sent off favourite on both occasions, and with her course knowledge and a comfortable win at Aintree on her first start of this season, she may complete the hat-trick. Irish raider Limerick Lace is rated 5lb her superior at these weights and is an obvious danger after her Clonmel success and Graded second at Navan. Newbury winner Pink Legend and Fantastic Lady are others to take seriously.

ZAMBELLA was hugely impressive at Aintree on reappearance and the form has a strong look to it, so she can win this race for the third year running. She's marginally preferred to Irish raider Limerick Lace, who is going the right way. Fantastic Lady is another one to consider.

Preference is for the progressive Irish-trained 6yo LIMERICK LACE who was a fine second in the Troytown last month.

LTO Selection:

14:15 Doncaster Novices Hurdle (Class 4) 19f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

Parade Away chased home a smart-looking winner over a similar trip at Hereford 13 days ago and he is fancied to go well again. However, he carries a winner's penalty and may have to give way to BHALOO, who was third over hurdles at Kempton on his first start for Nicky Henderson and should relish being sent over further here after running on late over 2m there. Banteer may get the better of Dancing In Brazil in the race for third spot.

A few with potential but BHALOO looked a sure-fire future winner when third on his hurdling bow at Kempton so Nicky Henderson's 5-y-o gets the vote here. Alan King's Dancing In Brazil appeals as the one to chase him home now his stamina is drawn out more, although both Parade Away and Banteer warrant respect too.

Bumper winner BHALOO stayed on for third over 2m at Kempton on last month's hurdle debut and can come out on top now upped in trip.

14:45 Doncaster Handicap Chase (Class 3) 24f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 3 race.

TWINJETS took a decent step forward from his chasing bow at Ascot when making his first appearance for Paul Nicholls over C&D a fortnight ago. The handicapper has taken no chances, with the six-year-old being raised 9lb, but it wouldn't be a big surprise if he backed that performance up in a contest where all of his rivals have something to prove. A Wave Of The Sea should benefit from a sounder surface on this occasion, while Dreaming Blue completes the shortlist based on his third at Ludlow.

TWINJETS created an excellent impression when making a successful debut for Paul Nicholls here and, with more to come, he's fancied to follow up. Dreaming Blue is one to consider having bounced back last time and Lord Accord is becoming too well handicapped to ignore.

With further progress on the cards, TWINJETS gets the verdict. Dreaming Blue is next best on last-time-out form.

15:20 Doncaster Handicap Hurdle (Class 4) 17f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

TINTINTIN clearly benefited from his return to action at Cheltenham when getting back to winning ways at Lingfield earlier in the month. A 4lb rise appears to be more than fair and the four-year-old is expected to continue the stable's excellent run of form. Wholeofthemoon caused a surprise on his handicap bow at Doncaster and is capable of being in the mix, while a switch back to hurdles can aid the cause of East End Girl.

WHOLEOFTHEMOON was clear with another improver here last time so a 7 lb rise looks fair and he's preferred to fellow last-time-out scorer Tintintin.

Having travelled well when winning over 2m3f here a fortnight ago, WHOLEOFTHEMOON is taken to make it 2-2 in handicap hurdles.
