16:25 Bellewstown Maiden 8f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

LUSCIOUS is a nicely-bred sort who represents an in-form Ger Lyons. Her sister won a sprint maiden at Down Royal before following up in a Listed race at the Curragh (for this stable). Sugar Club kept on well for third on debut in a fillies' maiden at Leopardstown albeit beaten almost seven lengths. Improvement should be forthcoming with that run banked and she is a major player. There are plenty of winners in Now's pedigree and she was only 5/1 for that aforementioned Leopardstown race in which she finished sixth. A better performance is more than likely. Willie McCreery's Great Mover is another newcomer of interest.

SUGAR CLUB showed plenty on debut at Leopardstown 3 weeks ago and looks sure to improve, so could be the way to go over the similarly promising Now and newcomer Luscious.

It is significant that Colin Keane rides SUGAR CLUB in preference to his retained stable's debutant Luscious and she can win.

16:55 Bellewstown Handicap 8f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

MOUTARDE was only collared in the closing stages in Gowran Park and the 5lb rise he received from the handicapper has been offset by the booking of Robert Whearty. Nakasero ran well for a long way when third at Leopardstown and that was in a slightly-higher grade and he had two subsequent winners in behind. Dolce Far Niente is on a dangerous mark after a close second over further at Ballinrobe, while Bizarre Dreams showed improvement when a couple of places behind Moutarde in fourth at Gowran Park.

Assuming he's allowed to take his chance on the back of a close second on Tuesday, SAFFREDI looks ahead of his mark. If he doesn't run, Dolce Far Niente and Moutarde looks best placed to take advantage.

Moutarde had BIZARRE DREAMS just behind at Gowran but the selection didn't get the breaks that day on her handicap debut.

17:30 Bellewstown Handicap 8f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

FASTMAN has switched to John McConnell and showed promise in fourth at Gowran Park recently. Winners have come out of that race, so the form looks solid. The Bog Bank is sliding down the weights and effectively competes off a lowly mark of 46 with her rider's claim factored in. Breezy Zoff finds it hard to win, but her third place in Listowel reads well and she is on track for prize money. McConnell's Smaoineamh Sile took advantage of stall one to make all in Leopardstown. Being drawn 16 here makes life trickier, but she is an in-form mare. The World's Astage, who was beaten a neck into second at Ayr, and McConnell's The Stray Sod are others with chances.

Cases can be made for several, but the vote goes to BREEZY ZOFF, who hasn't won for a long time but recent efforts suggest her turn is just around the corner. She can get the better of The World's Astage, who shaped better than previously in first-time headgear when runner-up at Ayr last month, with Jazz Dreamers, Perfect Curves and Fastman just a handful of others to consider, too.

THE BOG BANK is a C&D winner who has dropped down the handicap in the last while and is well drawn so is worth a chance.

18:00 Bellewstown Maiden 5f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

LETHIMFLY has improved his finishing position on each start and looks ready to strike. His close fourth in Cork has been well franked by the horses in second and third, while his subsequent second behind the favourite in a big field at Fairyhouse was a decent effort. Sharkii put in late work for third on debut at Down Royal which makes him a threat, while Desert Cyclone could be a factor in this company on his third start. Jessica Harrington won this race last year and introduces Bungle Inthejungle colt Wise Men Say who is well worth a market check, and Venice Queen is another newcomer who could play a part in proceedings.

LETHIMFLY is going the right way and can open his account. Wise Men Say is an interesting newcomer, while Sharkii can improve on his opening run at Down Royal and take a hand.

Not many of these are likely to count. LETHIMFLY appears to be in pole position on the strength of his second at Fairyhouse.

18:35 Bellewstown Handicap 5f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

AIR FORCE ONE looks dangerous on his third start for Paddy Twomey. He shed his maiden tag at Navan in May, but then disappointed when favourite for a valuable handicap at the Curragh. A tongue-strap is fitted and he can bounce back to winning ways. Never Shout Never isn't on a bad mark ahead of his first start for Jack Davison, while Jered Maddox is somewhat of a Dundalk specialist, however, his rating of 86 entitles him to respect. Distillate won by three lengths in a lesser grade on her last visit to this track, while Sunday Sovereign signalled a return to form in fourth at Naas.

The vote goes to NEVER SHOUT NEVER, who has returned to form with solid efforts in defeat on his last two starts and makes his debut for new yard on an attractive mark. Distillate put in a good shift at Down Royal recently and is likely to be in the thick of things once more, while the unexposed Air Force One is another to consider, along with Rathbranchurch and Sunday Sovereign.

Another chance is given to AIR FORCE ONE who surely didn't give his true running on handicap debut at the Curragh.

19:10 Bellewstown Handicap 14f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

A difficult contest to assess, with many of these racing over a distance further than they've gone before. One such is GOODBYE VENICE, who might appreciate the extra yardage. The Luke Comer-trained colt has some decent efforts to his name and was a close sixth at Limerick on his latest start, after meeting with some trouble in running early in the straight. Gangster Granny was just over a length-and-a-half in front of him there and she since gave the form a boost by winning on her next outing. Comer also saddles top-weight The Mighty One, who returns to action for the first time since January. Handicap debutants Whispering Hopes and Viyanni are of definite interest coming from top yards, while Gowran runner-up Lilac Lady and Fairyhouse third Thefullbackline are other leading contenders in this open affair.

Plenty are in with a shout here but LILAC LADY edges the vote on the back of her good recent Gowran second. Viyanni could emerge as the main danger now her stamina is drawn out more on her handicap bow, with Goodbye Venice also well in the mix in this tight-knit handicap.

WHISPERING HOPES can improve from her first run of the year in a Down Royal maiden and score on handicap debut.

19:45 Bellewstown Handicap 14f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

Doubly represented in the first divide, Luke Comer saddles three here, with Tom The Plasterer appearing the best of them. For a selection, it might be worth siding with SAY IT SO. The subject of a gamble at Limerick last month, he came from well off the pace to finish a never-nearer third. Shane Foley again takes the ride on the 51-rated bay and it'll be disappointing if he is not involved towards the business end in a contest of this quality. Campaigned over flights in recent times, Macinamillion is the second choice. Twice placed on the level, the Gavin Cromwell-trained four-year-old went down by just half-a-length when last seen at Tramore and it'll come as no surprise if he goes a place better now. A dual winner over flights, Futurum Regem warrants respect, while top-weight Hungry Rock and Yenillik are others for the shortlist.

SAY IT SO is handicapped to win and shaped well having been left with plenty to do at Limerick last time, so he's the obvious choice in a thin race. Macinamillion is well treated returning to the Flat and deserves plenty of respect, while Hungry Rock isn't without hope dropped in grade.

An improved sort over hurdles this year, MACINAMILLION (nap) twice ran well in defeat in this discipline last year and can score.

20:20 Bellewstown Stakes 12f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

This looks to concern just a few, with preference for six-time winner ENNISKERRY. Two from two on the level and successful in a similar contest at Listowel last month, the 10-year-old is highly rated over fences and should have too much class for his rivals. A smart performer over flights, second preference goes to Samui. On his first try under Flat rules, he comfortably justified favouritism at Down Royal in May and is sure to have plenty of supporters in his bid to follow up. A four-time winner in the UK, Eagle's Way is an interesting contender on what will be his second start for current connections. The Gleneagles chestnut is rated just 1lb lower than the selection and should give a good account of himself with Dara McGill aboard. Benjis Benefit and Qasbaz hit the crossbar recently and they both command respect.

EAGLE'S WAY shaped as if better for the run over hurdles on debut for this stable and, if he can recapture something like the form he showed for Sir Mark Prescott, he should have the beating of Enniskerry, who is open to improvement as a Flat performer. Samui is the best of the others.

Barry Connell's smart jumper ENNISKERRY impressed in how he went about his business in winning a similar race at Listowel.

About U.K Horse Racing

Horse racing is a popular and historic sport in the UK, with a tradition dating back centuries. It is a multi-billion pound industry that attracts millions of spectators each year and generates significant economic activity.

There are two main types of horse racing in the UK: flat racing and jump racing. Flat racing is run on a level course and is typically shorter in distance, while jump racing involves horses jumping over obstacles and is generally longer in distance. Both types of racing are popular with spectators and bettors, and they take place at various racetracks throughout the country.

The most famous horse racing event in the UK is the Grand National, which is held annually at Aintree Racecourse in Liverpool. It is a jump racing event that is known for its challenging course and has become a national institution in the UK. Other notable horse racing events in the UK include the Derby, held at Epsom Downs Racecourse in Surrey, and the Royal Ascot, held at Ascot Racecourse in Berkshire.

Horse racing in the UK is regulated by the British Horseracing Authority (BHA), which sets rules and standards for the industry. It is responsible for the welfare of racehorses and the safety of jockeys and trainers, as well as ensuring fair and transparent racing practices.

In addition to its economic and cultural importance, horse racing in the UK also plays a significant role in the breeding and training of thoroughbred horses. Many of the world's top thoroughbreds are bred and trained in the UK, and the industry plays a vital role in the preservation and promotion of the breed.

Overall, horse racing is an integral part of British culture and a major contributor to the country's economy. It is a thrilling and exciting sport that continues to attract a loyal following and generate significant interest from spectators and bettors around the world.
